清潔で快適な建物と部屋です。収納多く、冷蔵庫部屋に有り。駅直近のレイアウトなので電車利用の方にはとてもいいと思います。車で到着の方はエレベーターで駐車場への出入りをしなければいけない事がストレスになるかもしれません。深夜に到着したが、スタッフは親切で完璧な対応でした。駐車場のドアのオートロックが非常に硬いので強く、とても強く押さないと開きません。ダルムシュタットで10回以上宿泊していますが、次回の候補になります。

Einfach eine praktische Lage, direkt am Bahnhof und zig Bus/Tramlinien. Leider gibt es das kostenlose Nachverkehrstickwt nur noch für HRewards-Mitglieder (Anmeldung da isg aber kostenlos und sowieso empfehlenswert für besseres Wlan). Ansonsten alles ok/gut

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Trotz Lage am Bahnhof ruhig.Mit dem Vorhang kann man das Zimmer,im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Hotels,richtig verdunkeln.Gastronomie kann ich nicht beurtilen,da ich als Selbstversorger dort war.Gegenüber,im Parkhaus vom HBF,kosten 24 Stunden nur 3 Euro. Hotelparkplätze,hinter dem Haus,sind relativ teuer. Man muss mit dem Wagen erstmal in einen Aufzug,der einen dann eine Etage tiefer bringt. Direkt nebenan,im Bahnhof,z.B. ein kleiner REWE,der an 7 Tagen,die Woche,geöffnet ist. Schade,jetzt bin ich wieder zuhause und hier ist es richtig laut. Bett war bequem.Klimaanlage lief. Alles fein,zumindest für mich.

Ich bekam ein Zimmer, das nicht gereinigt worden war, mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, die noch vom vorherigen Gast benutzt worden waren. Man gab mir ein anderes Zimmer, vermerkte dies jedoch nicht im System, sodass ich am nächsten Tag nach dem Frühstück meine Sachen nicht abholen konnte.

My fourth stay during last four months. Yet, the young man in reception couldn’t find my data. Well, no big deal. As always nice comfy room with all necessities, as well as an excellent location. I was in a hurry to my meeting so I didn’t visit the bathroom until late when I returned to the hotel. A bit of a shock when I saw the toilet rim was brownish like someone had…..you know what…..on the rim. Disgusting…… I checked, but probably it was some kind of discoloration, but still not a very pleasant sight. I didn’t tell the reception, because it was late and unfortunately I forgot to tell them when I checked out the following morning due to I was late for my train. Despite the incident in the bathroom, this is (still) my preferred hotel in Darmstadt….I think. Finally, to whom it may concern…please check the bathroom in room 214.

Lampe defekt und ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber ansonsten hat alles gut funktioniert. Zimmer sind sehr nah an den Gleisen. Ich war sehr überrascht, dass man in der 5. Etage nichts von den Zügen gehört hat

The hotel had no food/roomservice except for eventual breakfast. You could not get lunch or dinner at the hotel. They had nothing to chew on. They had an empty minibar, and the bar was not manned all times.The staff was polite except for ONE. She wouldn´t say hello when all the other did this at all times. She did not open the door to us by pressing the button before we give her our room number through intercom. It was heavy rain and we couldn´t just remember the room number at that second, we got all wet cause of her, terrible lady. I´m 37 years old and I spend almost 70 nights at hotels every year, I have never experienced a worse staff at any hotel in any country.

Ich erhielt ein Zimmer zum Bahngelände, aufgrund meiner Reklamation wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich eine bessere Kategorie hätte buchen müssen. Für mich war es aus meiner Buchung vom und in EXPEDIA nicht ersichtlich, um mich an Supertyp es sich handelt. Wie wurde ein anderes Zimmer zur Straßenseite, nur gegen Aufpreis von 15 € angeboten. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr arrogant und auch unfreundlich. Sie konnte auch nicht wieder legen, dass es andere Zimmertypen bei Expedia gibt. Ein kostenloses Upgrade konnte sie nicht geben.

She did not open the door to us by pressing the button before we give her our room number through intercom. It was heavy rain and we couldn´t just remember the room number at that second, we got all wet cause of her, terrible lady. I´m 37 years old and I spend almost 70 nights at hotels every year, I have never experienced a worse staff at any hotel in any country.

Nice location, good price, friendly staff. I will return. First time I had breakfast at the hotel. Hmmm.. good selection but big improvement needed for display/storage. Warm items (e.g. scrambled eggs) was cold due to no heated displayplate. Cold items (e.g. cheese and ham) were warm, due to no cold displaytray. I had breakfast at 9.00 am, and the cheese was warm, hard and had started to curl up. Not a very pleasant sight. If no improvement, I have to eat my breakfast elsewhere.

For the price, clean and suitable hotel. Only issue was there being no open bar and a vending machine that was cash only, so nowhere to grab water. Although free water was provided in the room, I’m a thirsty person :)
