Nous avons pris un appartement avec 2 chambres de 145 m2 à 180 euros la nuit pendant le ramadan .Le côté positif nous avions de la place la cuisine était super pratique avec son frigo sa machine à laver 2 salles de bain et l’hôtel est à côté de tout à pied . Les points négatifs : en effet c’est vétuste lampadaire cassée taches d’humidité au plafond papier peint décollé mais quand même propre ( ménage impeccable ) et le pire pour nous c’était le bruit de la route car il y a une mauvaise isolation des fenêtres mais étant fatigué par nos journées de ballade nous dormions bien malgré tout , l’idéal serait de demander une chambre côté piscine pour être au calme . Autre déception il y a un grande piscine magnifique où il n’y a personne elle est réservée au club du coup tout le monde se retrouve les uns sur les autres dans la petite piscine quelle injustice et pour finir un Check in très long . Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner qui nous paraissait cher . À réserver pour son emplacement et si besoin d’espace à petit prix .

The hotel is nice and clean. They have excellent breakfast included in the rate. There are surveillance cameras everywhere which provide good security. Things the hotel can improve on included 1. Provide quite time in the early hours. There is an ongoing costruction and noise every morning 2. They close the balcony around the pool around 10PM. Would be nice if they kept it open little longer.

The electric plugs in the room are universal, work for UAE, European, American devices. BUT the business center is outdated. Thete are UAE plugs only, my connection plug was unstable and I had to fix it by a chair. The desktops are slow and do not allow to use zoom connection and, certainly, no option to fownload zoom application (the last is understandable). I am thankful for the opportunity to work in the business centet during late night, but that place must be renovated without delay. All other things are nice.

This did not feel like a swissotel at all. Poor management is clear as soon as you walk in. The building appears to not have been renovated in at least 30 years, old carpet, stains on walls, cracks in the tile in the bathrooms. Every time i've stayed in a swissotel previously, as soon as you get to the lobby all staff greet you and are ready to assist. This swissotel you'd be lucky if anyone in the lobby made eye contact with you. The cleaners had the best customer service; every time i saw them they were very pleasant and would greet us with a smile. This swissotel management needs to be flown out to Qatar to see how a swissotel should be run. Buyer beware: the pictures you see on this listing must have been from when they first opened this place decades ago, it looks NOTHING like the pictures you see here. I would've loved to respectfully give some constructive feedback at checkout but (surprise surprise) not a single person asked us how our stay was.

The property location is excellent. It is at a walking distance from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Less than a 10 minute walk. However, the property itself was a big disappointment. The apartment was huge for three people. There are 2.5 bathrooms. But the carpet was stinking. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. There were dirty spots on the carpet. I almost got an asthma attack. It is depressing to see a renowned brand like Swissotel maintain their hotel in such shabby conditions in a prime real estate location such as Dubai downtown.

This place needs a whole renovation. The tiles were broken and so dirty that it’s stuck like grime. Very old, dirty and creepy. The windows were so old you can hear the cars and wind blowing. The curtains were so dusty. Terrible experience

The room wasn't properly clean. The entire carpet smelled of sand; the illumination was so poor that my family had to remove all of the carpet to see well. The wood floor had a hole, and the bathroom view was hung. Also, I try to call Expedia to complain about the situation. We check out on the 01st of January at 11:00 am.

Loved staying here. We took 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Bathrooms and toilets were spotless. Located right next to Dubai mall it was just 10 mins walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property has 2 big swimming pools that my kids enjoyed a lot.

The rooms are poorly finished. The comfort of the users was the last thing on their minds. The water from the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. The shower mixer is stationary. You can slip when getting out of the bathtub. All the lamps in the room and their switches are very inconveniently located. It is unclear how to turn off the light in the hallway, which makes it very difficult to sleep. The air conditioner does not remember the set temperature and always turns on at 18 degrees. Sometimes it turns on by itself. The general condition of the hotel is dilapidated, many places require repair. The buffet is completely inconvenient. The dishes are located very far from each other. You need to stand in line to eat scrambled eggs. At breakfast, no one will offer you tea or coffee, like in other hotels. You have to go and make tasteless coffee in the machine yourself. There are no large cups next to the machines and there are not always saucers for the cups. Due to the use of small cups, the machines are always flooded with spilled coffee. Apparently, the hotel does not know anything about paper napkins. If you give your car to valet service, be prepared to wait for it for a very long time.

Great location for Dubai Mall and downtown. Hotel is very comfortable with all the facilities needed. Little noisy from road as we were on the 8th floor of Apartment building but absolutely all we needed for 2 nights. Rooms were large and spacious for two teenagers. Definitely will stay again

A lovely hotel well situated. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and functional. We had an apartment which was beginning to look a little tired and needed redecorating but it was still in good condition. We would stay there again.

The one thing that stood out about this hotel if nothing else was the customer service I cannot rate this hotel any higher than I’ve rated them if I’m able to rate them 100 I would. From check-in to check out, the entire staff went above and beyond to help make our trip memorable. Rupa at the front desk was helpful in giving us tips on where to go and what to do. the 2 managers at the front desk, I don’t remember either names, but they were also beyond helpful. I know the hotel is going through some renovations and I look forward to return soon . Thank you all for making this a wonderful vacation.

Disastrous Experience. I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia, enticed by what seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, the price was the only positive aspect of my experience. Upon arrival, I was directed by the valet to another building, as my booking was actually for an apartment rather than a hotel room. The valet provided no guidance on where to park, making it a frustrating start. After struggling to identify the correct building, I checked in only to be told that my apartment was in yet another building, labeled G, at the far end of the street. Dragging my luggage back to the car, I attempted to find building G and its basement parking. This was an exercise in futility as none of the entrances I tried worked. By this point, I was extremely frustrated and decided to return the keys and drive back to Abu Dhabi, forfeiting my stay in Dubai. The property is poorly managed and the staff are not trained to assist guests effectively. My money and time were completely wasted.

My stay was amazing! My room was gorgeous and clean. I loved the fish tank in the hotel lobby too! The staff was amazing! Ahmed, the hotel manager, made sure everything was perfect! Michael made sure there was a shuttle waiting for us at the airport. The drivers were all professional and nice. The hotel was in walking distance to everything! The surrounding area was safe and the hotel staff made sure we had sure we had proper directions to sites and car arrangements for sites that were far away. Make sure you attend seafood night at the hotel. The food was incredible! Also, the Coco lounge on site was incredible too. Claire, the hostess was so nice. The food was great too. The aesthetics were perfect.

Access to the hotel when you walk must be done through the entrance and exit ramp for cars and it is not safe, the ground floor is closed, the cars that provide transfer service charge more than the street taxis that enter to hotel.

We had the best experience with this hotel . Staff very friendly,ready to help with anything we needed,they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Food was great ,way to many choices,everything was fresh and well presented. The price was excellent for the breakfast style buffet. The stay at the hotel was absolute fantastic! The garden of the hotel, the swimmingpool, the rooms, lobby etc were fantastic. Great property, room, staff, everything! They had a breakfast buffet each morning, and although it was good, it was a little chaotic. Perhaps a better way to direct a line around it, especially for the omelette station would help with people cutting or shoving themselves in front of others would help. Otherwise we loved and enjoyed everything else!
