Great property and convenient to all things in Livingston. Easy access to roads leading to Yellowstone. Breakfast was terrific! The staff was always changing the hot menu and offering sandwich suggestions. Housekeeping was also very attentive and the small gym, pool and outdoor hot tub made our stay that much more enjoyable. The only con for me was the pillows in the room. If you like very soft, feathery pillows, you’ll love them! If you prefer a firmer pillow, bring your own!

Everything about it was excellent. The room, the beds, the outdoor area with hot tub, grill area and two fire pits. Breakfast was great too. We'd stay here again.

New hotel, courteous staff, good breakfast. Suite had kitchen with a dishwasher. One disappointing thing was non-functioning Tesla Destination chargers. While I didn't have a Tesla, it was a big letdown for people that booked this hotel for multiple night so they could recharge overnight. 4 chargers shared with Fairfield Inn parking next door.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Several pillow options on the beds. Pool hours are long and pool temperature was excellent. The wind was blowing like crazy and the jets in hot tub were broke so the outdoor hot tub was a bit chilly. The front desk offered us all that was needed to make s'mores on the outdoor fire pits. Everyone was so friendly!! Wyatt was exceptional! If he hasn't had a raise in awhile, he definitely deserves one. The breakfast was sub par, at best. The options were limited and low supply on the items they did have. Our large group of 7 just ended up going up the street to McDonald's.

Phenomenal hotel. Salt water pool was wonderful even though the temperature was a bit colder than I'd prefer, my kids had a blast! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options for everyone. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were very kind and met every request I had. Definitely would be my top choice hotel to stay at again when I go back to Livingston!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. There were 2 things however...when we checked in the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She didn't greet us at all but just stood there looking at the computer. After standing there for a minute I stepped back and looked toward the office door in case there was someone else to help me, then she finally acknowledged me. I handed her my ID and said I was checking in. She didn't say anything like confirming any of my stay details then just told me to swipe my credit card. I looked at her confused because I had already pre-paid and she just said "for incidentals" in a rude tone. She handed me the cards and just said "here you go". I asked if she needed my vehicle information or anything she said, "No. Parking is free" I was just a little confused because usually hotels ask for that. Later she also couldn't be bothered to tell us how to turn on the fire pit and huffed around as she turned it on for us. Finally, there was hair on the wall of our shower. Everything else was meticulous. Upstairs guests were a little loud and the doors slam really hard, but I would probably stay here again on the top floor.

Not sure if we would stay here again. When we checked in the desk person was helpful and delivered extra bedding we needed when we asked but other staff were on their phones and sitting in the lobby. Our refrigerator and freezer had food left in it that had not been taken out since the previous occupants and the bathroom had a dirty counter that had not been cleaned. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Second time we've stayed at this property and unfortunately probably the last. It is FALSE advertising that they offer a continental breakfast. Don't count on it. It was bare 99% of the time and you had to wait 30+ minutes for them to refill the food. We had to purchase breakfast elsewhere.... just like other guests have said in their reviews. The walls/door and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything and it will keep you up at night. There was also pubic hairs in the bathroom when we got to the room. The staff at the front desk doesn't have any sense of urgency and will let you stand in line waiting for a long time while 3 of them chat with one guest. Better to stay at another local hotel that cares about its guests.

We had a fantastic stay and thought the suite was so impressive with a kitchen and comfortable beds. The breakfast was also fabulous. I’ll be on the lookout for more Home2Suites by Hilton. This one had a very reasonable rate which was also a bonus for our family trip.

The property was easy to get to and the staff was great. The breakfast leaned heavily to sandwich but there was no place to warm up your breakfast sandwich unless you went back to your room. I liked the full size refrigerator and the room space was great. Beds are comfortable. A little noisy at time if people were in the hallway.

Loved the Mountain View’s from the room. Liked the kitchenette for anyone staying longer, though Livingston has fabulous dining options. The hotel has poor sound proofing inside. I could hear every person walking in the hall and my neighbor snoring through the walls. Bedding was clean,

Everything was great except walls appear to be thin as late night voices were loud. Hotel is new and clean. Morning/Afternoon front desk was great. Rooms are very specious with kitchens and plenty of room to spread out.

Staff was excellent and our stay there was GREAT! Especially that we were snowed in for 3 consecutive days. All the staff was amazingly kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again. If I had any one thing to ask for improvements on it would be breakfast. It is nice and offer selection, but after a few days is boring. Place was super clean and eco-friendly and pet friendly as well. GREAT JOB guys!

Pros- new and clean. Great outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Kids lived the indoor pool. Convenient location to chico hot springs and enjoying downtown Livingston. Beds and pullout couch were comfortable. Most of the staff were great! Cons- room mix up and was sent to the wrong room number on wrong floor, night shift front desk clerk was rude, day two breakfast bar was empty by 8:15 and staff wouldn’t refill it, many guests were very upset about that. Shower floor is very slippery so be careful!

The staff is the biggest highlight for me. I had to stay here for a month after our home burnt down. They were some of the most kind and welcoming people I have ever had the privladge of staying with. I wouldnt stay anywhere else.

Me and my wife stayed 6 nights at the Hotel. Staff was great and friendly. Very caring about our needs. Breakfast was fresh and always well stocked. The rooms were specious, with everything you need in it. Best was the location though, 25 min to Bozeman and the perfect starting point to drive to Yellowstone NP.

The service was top notch and the location was perfect. We came in for a wedding and it was a perfect vacation with easy access to downtown Livingston and quick drives to both Bozeman and the Yellowstone National Park. As an added bonus, the Peloton and gym was excellent for fitness enthusiasts and the breakfast was great.

This is one of the better hotels in the Home2Suites chain. The property is new, clean and has modern fixtures. The breakfast, however, was inadequate - the items were not restocked in a timely manner, the toaster didn’t work, and they had no non-dairy milk. Other than the breakfast, it was a pleasant stay.

The Hotel is very nice & having a full kitchen is great! Super for families & singles alike. Very clean, quiet & a relaxing hotel. Breakfast is nice but would suggest a way to communicate with guests when food will be refilled. Last time I stayed there wasn’t anyone behind counter, barely anything to eat & no one to ask when food would be refilled. Check-In staff very nice & they reviewed a room location request for my 90 year old Dad/close to elevator! I have recommended this hotel to several family/friends. Keep up the great work!!
