Gute, fußläufige Erreichbarkeit vom Hamburger Hbf. Hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse in der 8. Etage. Von dieser hat man einen schönen Blick in Richtung Hotel Atlantik und einem Gewässer. In unmittelbarer Nähe viele Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Mein Manko. Klimaanlage. Anscheinend wirbelt sie nur die Innenluft um. Für mein empfinden keine ausreichende Kühlung. Das Zimmer war aufgeheizt. Mit Tagen bei 30°C hätte ich es in dem Zimmer wohl gar nicht ertragen

The great location with good value. Clean and quiet. There was no free hot water for making tea or coffee, and the restuarant on site was not open to the guest except the breakfast and we have to pay euro$17

Ligger hamrende godt hvis man er på City tur. Lige ved siden af hovedbanegården, og er man i bil kan den også få et "værelse" i kælderen (der er kun ca. 15 pladser) - for €25 pr. overnatning (ca.) Modtagelsen lunne have været bedre - receptionisten havde vist ikke en god dag..... Brug den elektroniske inden ankomst og få nøglekort i automaten.

Very close to Central Station as well as City centre, but therefore also a bit noisy. Unfortunately bar and restaurant were closed when I stayed.

Bar og Restaurant havde lukket alle 3 dage vi var der selvom der stod i beskrivelsen at der var åbent.

Værelset var lidt støvet, mangler støvsugeren ud i hjørnerne. Ellers fint. Lidt dyrt at bruge parkering i kælderen. Lækkert lokaliseret ang julemarked i december måned

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold i Hamborg. Desværre var baren lukket på hotellet under vores ophold.

Godt hotel og fint værelse. Trafikken kan ikke høres. Jeg kunne godt have brugt en el-kedel og kaffe/te på værelset. God udsigt fra tagterassen på 8. sal Jeg spiste ikke morgenmad på hotellet.

Die Lage vorzüglich. Die Dachterrasse ein weiteres Plus.

Leider war beim Waschbecken und in der Dusche Schimmelränder, wir konnten diese mit Wattestäbchen entfernen! Also ließ die Sauberkeit im Bad zu wünschen übrig! Sonst war alles in Ordnung!

The property has a terrace on the roof that offers some very nice views of the city. For the price the condition of the hotel is not good. No free wifi and mold in the sink.

Dirty toilet cover (brown signs under) dirty carpets..is not a 4 star hotel at all.

Rent på rummet, men städning ”on request” gör mig frågande, om man vill värna om miljön , varför ger man inte gästerna en belöning? En drink kupong? Sänk priset med en 100kr/natt???

Der Check In war sehr angenehm. Lage direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Zimmer sauber. Bad klnnte sauberer sein. Sehr viel Schimmel in der Dusche!!

Temperaturen var meget lav og kunne ikke reguleres. Skal selv bede om håndklæder og rengøring. Ingen rengøring er kun for at spare penge og har ikke noget med miljø at gøre. Værelset er sparsomt udstyret

Ik heb nog nooit zo'n langzame incheck gehad. Al mijn gegevens waren bekend maar toch deed hij er 16 minuten over om ons in te checken. Het zou rookvrij moeten zijn maar we hebben de hele nacht het raam open laten staan vanwege de sigarettenrook. Ook in de lift rook je het. Kamer was erg vies, vlekken in het tapijt en vlekken op het bed. Badkamer was ook niet goed schoon want het wc papier zat nog in de pot van de vorige gast. Al met al zeer teleurstellend. Ik kom hier zeker niet meer terug

Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft war grenzwertig. Das Bad hätte eine Behandlung mit Chlor gegen Schimmel ränder verdient. Die Halterung der Duschbrause fliegt auseinander. Die Tür ist bei Lichteinfall dreckig. Zudem wurde in der Unterkunft auch nicht ordentlich abgestaubt.

Trevligt Hotel beläget nära tågstationen, helt ok frukost. Svartmögel både i dusch och handfat drar ner betyget.

Great for transport connections. Spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. Double glazing cuts noise effectively. Air con was set at 19. I couldn't adjust it to lower temperature despite repeated attempts. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and dining room was pleasant.

Decent room, but by Intercity Hotels standards, quite drab and feeling out of date. Room also poorly laid out with bathroom in the middle of the room rather than by the entrance, lots of wasted space. Also more lighting needed. Breakfast was unimpressive with far less choice and quality than I expect from this brand. All the same the hotel is clean and quiet. Convenient for the main station and the old town. Staff helpful.

Jeg er fornøyd med seng, rom, dusj og ikke minst beliggenhet. Jeg sov godt hele natta til tross for at hotellet ligger i/ved et stort veikryss og rett ved jernbanen. God lydisolering. Det eneste som dro ned opplevelsen, som er noe av det viktigste for meg, var service under frokost. Jeg betalte ekstra for å få frokost, og måtte gå opp på rommet etter jobb-PC. Jeg ble nektet å komme inn igjen til frokost, fordi jeg var krysset av på lista. Jeg forklarte og hadde med jobb-PC ned, men det hjalp ikke. Forsøkte å snakke med resepsjonen også, uten hell. Aldri opplevd lignende på noe hotell.

The room is clean and there is no place for your clothes. I chose this place since it was close to the train station. But with that you get noise traffic and rowdy people. Just a trade off. I’d definitely stay here again.

Allt var jättebra förutom deras wifi. Var tvungen att skapa egna inloggningskonton per person. Vi gav upp och använde eget wifi

Chosen for location next to main station, the whole experience was good from start to finish. Room was spacious, WiFi was good, breakfast of a good standard. Small negatives were the weak air-con (I was glad it was not a hot night), the horrible plastic undersheets (I slept on the spare duvet), tiny bathroom and low water pressure.

För få lampor i rummet. Mörkt utanför badrummet så man fick ha ficklampan på mobilen på för att se sig i spegeln. Saknade med taklampa vid sängarna. Mycket bra med kylskåp på rummet. Uppskattas mycket. Mycket bra städare. Trevliga o duktiga.

A very central hotel close to the main railway station. A very comfortable bed, good tv and bathroom. Only thing was couldn't see how to change the room temperature.

The room was very fine and clean. The view and the lokation was very good. but the room very cold. The outside temperature was very low while we stayed there. But We could’nt change the Temperature in the room. We asked the receptionist for help. Hid did something on at computer. But the roomtemperature did’nt change. So not Quite satisfied.

God beliggenhed med parkering i nærheden. Venligt personale, rent og pænt, god morgenmadsbuffet.

I liked the short walking distance to the train station, restaurants, and museum. The room was clean and adequate for the price. Check in was quick. Staff friendly, and professional.

Desde el primer día en que llegué, solicité que por favor me dieron una habitación con una cama grande y no dos camas pequeñas, me tuvieron tres días, indicándome que me cambiarían a otra habitación, luego él nunca ocurrió hasta que yo consulté en recepción y me indican que la única cama que había tenido una vista que no era favorable versus la vista que ya tenía. Cabe recalcar que la atención entregada por el manager fue pésima, en todo momento estuvo a la defensiva y no fue nada empático con el trato hacia mi persona, también cabe destacar que cada vez que le hablaba en inglés, me corregía cada palabra que él consideraba que estaba mal pronunciado. Entendiendo que su manager debería estar a la altura de su cargo y no optar, por tener actitudes como las que tiene, considerando que al ser asiático debería ser mucho más empático con otras personas de otras nacionalidades, debido a que él probablemente sufrió o ha sufrido el mismo bullying

I would recommend this hotel of two reasons: 1) good location, right beside the sentral station and close to the walking street which leads to the Rathausmarkt. 2) good services. I have my baggage delayed but got a lot of help from the young man at the reception. It is a budget hotel, but still it would be good to have coffee and tea/water cooler at the room.

Leider hat man mir beim Check-In ein Zimmer gegeben, welches bereits belegt war. Anschließend wurde ich in ein Zimmer geschickt, das nur für eine Nacht verfügbar war (statt für 2), weshalb ich dann ein weiteres Mal das Zimmer wechseln musste. Dadurch hat der Check-In fast eine Stunde gedauert.

The stay was definitely satisfactory. +Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty (meatballs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted types of bread and toppings like ham, sausage, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, fruit, coffee and so on). Saw some previous complaints about the composition which I certainly do not agree wíth. +Room was of decent standard! Bed was not too hard, nor too soft, slept like a log. Room facing the inner yard, not much noise despite open window. +Free tickets for buses and trains (including train back to the airport) was included in the price for the duration of the visit, which was awesome. I believe some ferries were also included, though we did not have the time to explore this aspect further. +Hotel is situated right across the road from the main train station, very convenient! Distans to the Town hall is less than one kilometer in the opposite direction. -Ventilation in the bathroom felt insufficient despite the ceiling fan. There was some black mold in the shower area which tarnished the impression a bit. -The train station (while being an impressive piece of architecture) tends to attract a bit of a questionable clientele at night. This is certainly not the hotels fault, but the review asks for a grading of the surrounding area, so. Would definitely stay there again.

Die Lage gleich beim Hauptbahnhof ist wirklich unschlagbar um von da in alle Richtungen Hamburg zu erkunden. Bedeutet allerdings auch, das die Straße recht laut sein kann.

Very good location across the street from the Hauptbahnhof and close to the main shopping area. Easy access to the metro in order to visit other areas of Hamburg I.e St Pauli. The hotel is nicely decorated and well maintained. The room allocated was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. There was a fridge and a bottle of free water in the room. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options available. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider the hotel again if I was revisiting Hamburg.

أهم ما يميز الفندق الموقع. قريب جداً من محطة القطار الرئيسية في هامبورغ ومنها يمكن التنقل عبر الترام او قطار الانفاق إلى المواقع الرئيسية في المدينة. بالقرب من الفندق أيضاً محطة التسوق الرئيسية في المدينة، ورغم إنه على شارع رئيسي إلا أن المنطقة هادئة نسبياً. الغرف من حيث التجهيزات جيدة مقارنة بالسعر. في الغرفة إضافة إلى التلفزيون ثلاجة صغيرة، ولا تتوفر القهوة أو الشاي وكذلك أبريق تسخين للماء. الحمام صغير، ولكنه يفي بالغرض. السعر معقول خصوصاً إذا وضعت في الاعتبار موقع الفندق القريب من كل شئ كما ذكرت. بصورة عامة انصح بالفندق للزيارات القصيرة.

Less than two blocks from Hamburg Central. Very convenient if arriving or leaving by train or bus and just staying the night or seeing the main attractions in central Hamburg (all of which are a quick 15-20 min walk). Clean, comfortable, quiet. Basic amenities but no frills so maybe not the best for longer stays. WiFi works very well: suggest don’t get the breakfast option. Multiple better, and cheaper, breakfast options within a few blocks in every direction .

Hotel carino pulito, camera ampia, abbastanza vicino al centro. La sera la sera però zona poco ben frequentata.

Zentral und fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof . Einkaufsstraße und die Alster sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Kopfkissen sind eine Katastrophe und auch das Speisenangebot beim Frühstück war für den Preis nicht angemessen .

I like the hotel position, near Rail Station and City Center. The room was perfect, clean and cozy. Many TV channels including Italian national channels I like to watch for news and sports. The breakfast was almost perfect.

Den første morgen var udvalget sådan set ok, men der var ikke nok mad, da personalet ikke har blik for at fylde op. De udskyldte sig med, at der havde været mange mennesker - come on - de ved jo aftenen, før hvor mange der bor på hotellet og hvor mange der har bestilt morgenmad. Anden morgen var det bedre, men deres brød var tørt begge dage.

Refurbished hotel, Staff friendly and helpful and the hotel is extremely clean and tidy. Ideally situated close to central railway station. Would recommend.
