It was a much needed cool room to sleep on an above average hot day. Very clean and easy to get in and out of. The only issue I had was due to how Expedia pays for the room. There online check in was requesting another payment. However, I was let in by a very nice German lady so I could work out the issue (thx!). The staff then helped me sort the problem. Overall a excellent experience and a cool, quite room.

I would like to know what happened in the night between May 3 and May 4 when the Smoke/Fire alarm started to ring in the entire fifth floor approximately at 5:00 for a couple of times and in total for approximately 20/30 min. I even called the help number that came to the hotel and fixed the issue but there was no follow up if we could stay in the room or we should evacuate or other. I need to book your hotel in the future again and I would like to understand what the issue was and if it is addressed. THANKS

Clean, comfortable room and bed, although small. Had everything I needed and was quiet. The digital entry system is a bit cumbersome via a website, but works.

Easy to check in with the app and use it as key to the room. Nice room with a small kitchen and refrigerator. They say its a bigger one person bed, but i would say its just a normal one person bed. Only downside is the noise, the refrigerator is quite loud in periods and the noise isolation is terrible, you can here everything when people walk by the room. Also when i was there, around 8 people were drinking in the lobby and i could also here them with the windows closed on the 3rd floorlobby
