Overall, my stay at the Radisson Blu Hannover was disappointing and certainly did not justify the rate of approximately €700 per night. When we arrived, the hotel offered us early check-in, but only for an additional charge. The staff did not even check or acknowledge that we were loyal Radisson Rewards members with a strong membership status. Given the exceptionally high nightly rate, this felt unreasonable and left us feeling taken advantage of from the very beginning. Furthermore, the woman handling our check-in was not welcoming and behaved as though she were doing us a favor rather than assisting paying guests. Her attitude made the experience even more unpleasant. The hotel itself simply does not offer the quality, service, or overall experience one would expect from a property charging €700 per night. While I understand that rates may increase during major events in Hannover, the service should rise accordingly. Unfortunately, it did not. Wellness area still in “renovation” after several months.
