Lovely cafe on ground floor. Great to have a little gym and roof top pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend and would stay again.

Not satisfied with gym, broken bicycle

I have stayed here before and had a bigger room, I think it might be a struggle for two people in the smallest rooms. The pool is good, if small and the changing facilities not good. (Change in your room). I arrived early and they let me swim to freshen up, for which I was very grateful

The rooms are quite spacious for HK - the two of us are able to fully open both large suitcases to pack and unpack. The location is tiny bit inconvenient - about 15 min walk to the closest MTR but the free shuttle and many bus options serve as great alternatives.

The shuttle bus is good, if it runs 30 minutes intervals during rush hours even better

Das Frühstücksbuffett oder das Restaurant haben wir nicht probiert, da es im Ground Floor noch ein kleines Café mit gutem Kaffee gibt und in der Umgebung sehr viele Bäckereien und kleine Restaurants. Wir waren im 15. Stock mit den Fenstern von der Straße weg, dort war es sehr ruhig.

The hotel is in good location where you can take public transportation easy. The staff is friendly. The room is small but the room old and need updates. The pool and gym is small.

Lifts quite busy

This hotel was very reasonably priced and within easy walk to the nearest MTR, however the hotel also does free shuttle to MTR of you do not wish to walk. Luggage storage and late checkout was required and easily arranged. Very clean and well organised however the rooms are dated and could do with redecorating. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Service at the hotel was good and we were very happy with this. The hotel building itself is getting dated and the light switches are oddly arranged in the rooms. The carpet in some rooms and certain parts of the hotel is old and smells musty, like an old cinema. Location is good, being near a lot of shops in the Mong Kok area, but not near the MTR. The location is good anybody happy to walk around the shopping district.

The room I stayed in is 1134. The staff in the hotel is very helpful especially when I injured my forehead in the room in the evening on 12th. The house keeping staff turned up quickly after I called for help. He helped me to put the wound dressing on my forehead and also gave me 3 more wound dressings for follow up replacement. The fridge in the room is very noisy and stopped me from sleeping in the first night. I got waked up by the fridge noise after 2 hours sleep. The hotel replaced the fridge with a much quieter fridge the next day. Although the room information says it has a pillow menu, the hotel has run out of the type of pillow I wanted when I checked in on the 4th. I also found a small cockroach, about 1cm long, in the room. It hides behind the fixed desk and sometimes crawls on the desk surface when I am having takeaway food on the desk. It was very disgusting to see a small insect moving quickly on the desk surface and not far from my food while I was eating. The hotel staff sprayed pesticides in the cupboard underneath the desk but it does not help. I eventually killed the cockroach after a few days attempts when it turned up on the desk surface. The hotel room is a bit dated but the staff service helps to make up for it. I would stay in this hotel again the next time I am in Hong Kong

6 night stay and bed was only made once. Cups were never cleaned, tea never replaced. Only given new towels every day

Hotel is very old, dated. Smelled of mildew and always damp. Mold in sleeping area and in washroom. Not clean at all. Hard to sleep as you had to have the fan blowing which just blew the smell around the room. I was there for 1 week and it was too long. Concierge staff was great. That was the only highlight to this hotel. For the price, I suggest you look for another place unless mold, unhealthy condition, and uncleaned rooms are on your list !

The hotel is a bit dated but clean and great value for money. Walking distance to shops, train station and restaurants are close by.

There was one cockroach in the elevator. Otherwise, all was good and very good.

Local is good to walk to Mong Kok ladies market or the local shopping centre. My son really enjoyed using the pool during our stay. Deco is quite outdated and really do need some work. The room temperature was fixed and couldn't change which was annoying. The curtains and shade was half broken so wouldn't close completely.

At a convenient location and with good facilities. The room is spacious and provided with all the basic daily hygiene necessities.

The furnitures in the room were old, rust and mold. Mattress was dipped and a little hard to sleep on. However, the hand held shower head was great. The area of the hotel is where you can go to the Main Street to find anything to eat and buy.

The Metropark Kowloon standard Queen Room for 7 nights was good value for money. Nothing flash: rooms were a bit old as is the hotel and no noise from outside ‘chaos’yet noise heard from banging doors from time to time. We’d rate this a 3 star hotel. If you’re looking for a nice bed at night, great AC, close to Mongkok East MTR and close to a vibrant night life: you are in the right place. TIP: we used the MTR and Bus network extensively: super super cheap & 10/10 on every level: taxis expensive in HK: avoid. In summary, for <$140 nightly this hotel is a bargain: PS: their room fridge is excellent: keeps things nice & cold! unlike other places. A final TIP: a MUST DO: take the 2a bus from Argyle St, around the corner and go 5 stops: just a minutes walk is Oi Man Restaurant: best food in HK!!!

The room door lock not working properly

The guests opposite our room were very noisy

The bed is comfortable. Floor is quiet. Have a good rest here after a tired day. Only being a slightly far from the nearest MTR (about 15 minutes walk). The wifi inside the room is terrible, nearly none. If you don't need wifi and don't worry about 15 minutes walking to MTR, then, it's a very good hotel for resting. We had a sound sleep here. Will come back next time.

Room is fine, except A/C in that particular room was so freezing that we’re almost turned into icicles. In-house technician came, adjusted the thermostat which didn’t help after all. Room access card failed 2 times during our 4 day stay - which was a hassle for us as well - needed to run down to reception to re-activate.

Rooms were not cleaned even though we asked for the room to be cleaned. No bottle water provided with the excuse plastic ban but in the shops they sell the same plastic bottled water. Staff were not helpful as we wanted to book some tours and we were signalled to go away. Need some English speaking staff

Arrived at 8:30AM, front desk staff checked us in, not needing to wait for the 2PM check-in time. Hotel staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit dated, bit the room was clean and quite. The date we checked in the hotel, it was the typhoon Ragasa hitting Hong Kong the hardest, but we didn't hear any wind noise from our room. It is a nice hotel, will stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong.

Easy walking to Mongkok although hotel also provides free shuttle service to save walking in the heat.

It is not close to the subway stations

Struttura un po vecchia, ma per il prezzo e' ok. C'e' un autobus che ti porta al metro ogni ora, comunque altrimenti 10-15 minuti

The hotel was average, small space. The most importantly the location was terrible for travellers especially with young children's or elders. The MTR is so far and i would say the hotel surrounding was quite remote nothing much to shop and see unless you walk a 8 to 10 mins to mongkok. Yes the hotel make an effort to provide shuttle bus but its only at every 1 hour. How many 1 hour does the travellers have while on holidays? Should consider every 30 mins slot.

We booked a 2 Adults 1 child room we were charge extra more for room for 3 days, then travel out and return to stay another day. To our surprise, on the return 1 day stay, we realised the room for 3 was actually 1 twin and 1 single bed given. The first 3 nights we were given a room with only a 1 twin bed and room was smaller in size, we were wonder why it was so small, but thinking of it maybe hong kong hotel is normal for smaller in size. However, i am not sure why we got a different sizes hotel room and beds given for same booking. Beside the above, the stay was fine. The only issues I want to highlight is the location of the hotel. Its not convenient if you are planning to travel around by MTR, the nearst MTR is almost close to 15 mins walk. However, online some says 6 - 8 mins or 10 mins. Based on my personal experiences its almost a 13 - 15 mins walk, it depending how fast you walk, or if you are with young children or elders. All I can say is not near train station. Although there are free shuttle bus service to MTR but it only take place once every hourly. Would suggest that travel by Public Bus to some destinations outside or opposite the hotel is easier.

The hotel is convenient and close to various locations that are of interest to us. However, it is not quite close to the MTR stations (about 10 minutes walk). To us, it is acceptable but I can see it may not be convenient to others.

Great location in a very safe area. Local nearby eateries and bars were perfect, especially as the bar and lounge area at the hotel were closed. With the bar closed, the atmosphere inside the lobby/lounge area was lacking that “holiday vibrancy “.

Very happy we chose this hotel! Housekeeping lady is so nice. Room is big, bathroom is clean. Complete basic needs. They use balmain paris and super nice to use and smells so freakin good!!! so we bought a few shampoo and body lotion $28/piece only!! Availed breakfast buffet for only $100/person. Every day housekeeping they replenish every towels and slippers. Xiexie!!

Reception and lobby are very welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice little cafe with long opening hours has great snacks and drinks with comfortable seating area.

I like the way they take care of the check in and check out process, and I like the restaurants in the hotel, and I like the people in the reception, they are very helpful and friendly, the room services and house keeping are very good, and the room is very good, Metropark Kowloon hotel is a very good hotel to stay at.

It was a comfortable stay. The hotel is not newly renovated, but it is clean. The staff is friendly. The best thing about this hotel is the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor. The food is good, and the staff members are very polite, particularly Ann and Natalie, are very efficient, professional and courteous. Next time I go to HK, I will choose this hotel again.

Slitet hotell, frukostbuffé dålig. Rekommenderas ej. Rummen helt ok men slitet. Generöst med vatten.

Housekeeping staffs did a good job, but on Dec 3 I was so upset with the staff/manager in house of Tang who insisted to charge me $22 for a small dish of XO sauce which was siting there before I sit down. I paid it even though I never touched it. I don’t care the money but I want to tell your management it’s not the way to do business.

ホテル目の目にはバス停やスーパーも７イレブンも徒歩圏内にあり便利でした。 部屋は普通ですが、TVもまあまあ大きいし　シャワーの水勢いも問題なし 手荷物もチェックインまえから預かってもらえる ちなみにホテルのGにあるパン屋さん　とってもおいしかったです。
