All good. Staff is kind and cordial. Location is perfect, railway station and parking right opposite. Just a tad bit expensive but that's the case with every hotel in interlaken.

Com as avaliações mais antigas que tem aqui, ficamos receosos em nos hospedar neste hotel, mas acabou sendo um dos melhores durante toda nossa viagem. Simples e confortável, tudo limpinho e com café da manhã excelente! E alem de tudo, com funcionários muito receptivos! Nós adoramos e recomendamos!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - there is NO AIR CONDITIONER in the room, rooms are dirty, and spider webs in the corners. The carpet in the hallways is probably 100 years old and smells like a dirty bathroom. The whole building smells. Located right across the street from the train station - so no air, you have to open windows, and train and traffic noise is literally in your room - no escape. There is no stuff during the night, you are on your own. Overall - terrible experience, would not recommend this hotel.

部屋が清潔で、スタッフの方の説明も丁寧でした。目の前がinterlarken West駅だったのでかなり便利でした。チェックアウト後にお昼頃まで荷物を預かってくれて助かりました！

Atendimento gentil e cordial da senhorita Maddison, excelente. Quarto confortável e limpo. Banheiro limpo porém o box de banho é bastante estreito, podendo ser um problema. Café da manhã pontuo 6/10, poderiam melhorar na qualidade dos produtos. Recomendo e voltaria.

Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof, einmal über die Strasse und schon ist man da. Das Personal, von der Reception bis zum Frühstücks-Restaurant ist so hilfbereit, nett und immer gut gelaunt, man fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts und zudem makelos sauber. Das ganze Hotel ist perfekt gepflegt. Die Betten sind super bequem, es gibt genügend Steckdosen (auch am Bett) und einen grossen Smart-TV. Das Frühstück auf der obersten Etage ist umfangreich und immer sehr frisch und fein. Bei schönem Wetter kann man es auf der Terasse geniessen und sonst im modern eingerichteten Frühstücksraum. Wir waren am Schweizerischen Nationalfeirtag dort und durften das Feuerwerk von der Terasse aus geniessen - einfach toll. Alles in allem, verdiente 5 Sterne!

This place is nothing but a scam. Don’t fall for the pictures and the good reviews posted regarding cleanliness and the quality of their breakfast, you will learn the hard way if you stay. The location is probably the only selling point for this hotel. The staff are very rude and not friendly and understanding at all. The breakfast is just horrible and it is just couple of stale breads and plain coffee. The room is old, smelly and not clean at all. We found someones socks right by the bed and eyelashes on the bed and hair. This place is a disgrace to swiss standards of hotel so I advise to find a better option.

Before saying anything, let me just mention that the receptionist and other staff were very sweet and I couldn't talk to them about the issue unfortunately - I got severely bitten by bed bugs in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor and it was just horrible.

Congrats to the new management, inviting all guests to the new management celebration was a great touch. Enjoyed meeting the staff. The friendliness of the owners and helpfulness is memorable. Special mention to Noah at the reception for her professionalism! Only issue I had was street noise, I asked for 3 quiet rooms, unfortunately for me mine was on the street and couldn’t keep the window open past 4am due to noise. But then without cooling system the room became too warm. I’m sure management will find a solution :)

This is very close to Interlaken West Station if you want a short walk. The bedding is comfortable in our liking. Breakfast floor has an amazing view of the area. Breakfast was very good in our tasting. I would stay here again for the convenient to train station.

The hotel staff didn’t even bother to help with my heavy luggage when being asked to help. So disappointing! I suggest the hotel to indicate under their hotel information that there will not be someone to help with your luggages even when u asked.

This was one of the better hotels that I’ve stayed at in Europe. Marcel, the front desk manager was excellent, so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and an all around great guy.

Receptionist-Joanna was very friendly & helpful. She advise on where to go. Good job! Breakfast was good. Hotel is very convenient, next to Interlaken West station, just need to cross the road.

Hotel very well located, just in front of the Interlaken West train station (there are 2 train stations on town, West and Ost). Hospitality was amazing, they even offered me a city card that gave me free transport inside of the city (and some places around) plus discount in some activities. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. No complains.

Bei schönem Wetter kann man es auf der Terasse geniessen und sonst im modern eingerichteten Frühstücksraum. Wir waren am Schweizerischen Nationalfeirtag dort und durften das Feuerwerk von der Terasse aus geniessen - einfach toll. Alles in allem, verdiente 5 Sterne!

Está exactamente frente a la estación de tren “interlaken west”! Para mi viaje resulto ser muy conveniente ya que tomamos el tren para ir a otros destinos! Por lo que no había que desmañanarnos!

This is very close to Interlaken West Station if you want a short walk. The bedding is comfortable in our liking. Breakfast floor has an amazing view of the area. Breakfast was very good in our tasting. I would stay here again for the convenient to train station.

Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof, einmal über die Strasse und schon ist man da. Das Personal, von der Reception bis zum Frühstücks-Restaurant ist so hilfbereit, nett und immer gut gelaunt, man fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts und zudem makelos sauber. Das ganze Hotel ist perfekt gepflegt. Receptionist-Joanna was very friendly & helpful. She advise on where to go. Good job! Breakfast was good. Hotel is very convenient, next to Interlaken West station, just need to cross the road.

This place is nothing but a scam. Don’t fall for the pictures and the good reviews posted regarding cleanliness and the quality of their breakfast, you will learn the hard way if you stay. The location is probably the only selling point for this hotel. The staff are very rude and not friendly and understanding at all. The breakfast is just horrible and it is just couple of stale breads and plain coffee. The room is old, smelly and not clean at all. We found someones socks right by the bed and eyelashes on the bed and hair. This place is a disgrace to swiss standards of hotel so I advise to find a better option.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, the staff were very good, particularly Susana, who help me to print off tickets, very professional. Breakfast was very good, particularly the multi-coloured eggs. The breakfast room had a great view and the hotel is very close to the station (bus/train). On departure the receptionist helped us carry our suitcases down the stairs at the entrance. Good location as Interlaken is not too big but has access to many mountains to wander up. Very pleasant experience.

Both receptionists were excellent. The young lady, Maryam from Spain, was very polite and pleasant. The gentleman who works in the morning was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable — he can guide you anywhere with full information and clear directions. The hotel provides free local transportation tickets within the city and a 10% discount for the Harder Kulm funicular. It is located directly in front of the train station, with 15‑minute free parking available for unloading luggage or passengers. All essential amenities are within 20–50 meters, and full‑day parking for CHF 8 is conveniently located across the station. Breakfast was very good. One thing to note: if you prefer firm mattresses, you should inform the staff in advance, as the standard mattresses are quite soft and the comforter is shorter, which may not be ideal for taller guests. There are many restaurants within walking distance, including European, continental, Muslim‑friendly, and vegetarian options.
