Mayan Playa Bacalar

Nous sommes allés en famille au Mayan Playa Bacalar. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. De par sa taille, il y a peu de logements, nous nous sommes sentis comme seuls au monde. L'endroit est juste magnifique. A notre disposition une chambre juste splendide qui donne directement sur la lagune. Des transats, des hamacs, des kayaks et des paddles mis à disposition. Juste une précision, l'établissement n'offre pas de service de restauration sur place, nous avions une voiture de location donc ce n'était pas un problème si ce n'est pas votre cas, il faudra compter sur des services de livraison ou retourner dans le centre de Bacalar. En tout cas, n'hésitez pas. c'es vraiment un endroit de rêve!

The lagoon view is spectacular from inside the rooms. You can swim and kayak from a few steps from your cabin. It’s a safe, private hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always available to assist. They don’t have a restaurant only a small bar with limited access to order drinks but they will order food and deliver to your room promptly from local restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with great shower pressure, mini refrigerator, comfortable beds and AC that kept the room at a nice temperature at night.

The team was incredibly attentive, and communication was always quick and seamless. No request was too small, and they consistently made us feel well taken care of. We also loved that amenities such as paddle boarding and kayaking were available for us to enjoy at no extra cost. It gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure whenever we wanted it. Another highlight was the convenience of the tours. We booked an excursion, and the tour company picked us up directly from the property, making the entire experience effortless and stress-free. From the peaceful surroundings to the exceptional hospitality, Maya Playa exceeded our expectations. After just four days, it felt like we had discovered our own little piece of heaven on Earth. We left refreshed, happy, and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to truly unwind and reconnect with what matters most. 🌴☀️💙

The lake view beautiful , very peaceful, clean room, staff very friendly, and the air conditioning works good.
