This is a very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The rooms are lovely and the food is good. Spent a lovely day relaxing by the pool which is very clean. Has come to Kandy for the Perahera and this was an oasis of quiet after the hustle and bustle. I would definitely book to stay here again.

Super schönes Hotel auf einem Hügel über der Stadt mit toller Aussicht. Professioneller Empfang und Service (uns hat Nikita sehr warm empfangen). Unser Fahrer hat auch ein kostenfreies, schönes Zimmer bekommen mit welchem er sehr happy war. Fahrer bekommen in den meisten Hotels ein kostenfreies Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr zahlreich mit frischen croisants, reifes obst, curry gerichte, pencakes, frischem saft und sehr gutem capuccino. Pool und gym sind auch super. Preisleistung ist top. Werden be nächsten mal wieder hierherkommen.

Excellent hôtel juste à l’entrée de Kandy, très grande chambre vraiment confortable avec vue sur la piscine et la vallée. Télévision et frigo .Extraordinaire petit-déjeuner, belle piscine, accueil professionnel dans un hall magnifique. Personnels très attentifs et professionnels. Certaines chambres ont des matelas plus confortables que d’autres. Je recommande !

This is the ideal place to be away from the daily rut. I was away from work on vacation and made the best of my time relaxing by the pool a day at the spa, the body massage I highly recommend. The bar lounge staff were polite and courteous, don’t miss to order Bloody Mary. Room service was amazing, quick and suggested entrees. One of the managers Mr Mithun was awesome he came to rescue one night when a private party was too loud. Overall the best hotel in Kandy. Thank you for making my stay memorable.

We stayed there one night on our way to Ella. Nice location. Great view. Very good customer service. Kids enjoyed there large pool.breakfast was amazing. So Many food varieties. They had a place where they make Yara tea which you have not seen any other hotel breakfast. Definitely a hotel worth the price.

Wir hatten die Junior Suite gebucht inkl Jacuzzi. Das Bad war leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Jacuzzi unhygienisch und nicht benutzbar. Das Hotel ist generell schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und aus der Zeit gekommen.

Property is poorly maintained, mould in bathrooms dirty and you do not get some basic requirements like toilet paper and face towels. Also, the property comes with pets, coach roaches, gecko, ants, and mosquitoes. The most import issue is the hotel caters to busloads of Indian tourists, who are loud, rude, and have absolutely no regard for other quests. Children running around, people changing tables, walking around eating food, and hogging the buffet table, push right in like they are starving. Overall the staff are very friendly, but not really properly trained, some customer facing staff do not appear to understand or speak English. Basic requests like toilet paper or a wake-up call just are too much. Call someone to pick up your bags 3 times. The hotel is not work the money, yes the rooms are large the staff are friendly, the views fantastic but the food, bugs etc make it worth far less than we paid.

Loved the servers at the restaurant specially Dilshan who would go an extra mile to help guests. I wouldn't give much for the front office and the service desk. When we were leaving, we had to call in two different times to ask them to send someone to bring our bags down. Both times they failed us. After waiting for almost half an hour, we decided to bring our bags all the way down from the 5th floor.

The service provided by the staff was second to none. I want to especially mention Gayan at the lounge, one of the loveliest and friendliest people we have met, he gave us the best and most personalized service. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, it is like being in a movie! Great views, clean, comfortable and the staff is super!

Beautiful location. However, the check out procedure was not very user friendly and the staff insisted on getting the key card back. We had already left the city on a tour and had to come back to Kandy to return the key card (ok, it was our fault for forgetting to return it but insisting on having it back wasn’t very nice).

Terrible service and very dated menu with no gluten-free bread. Dated overall and low quality of room/hotel/service. Unfortunately they should close down and renovate + calibrate and upgrade service and menu. Our room service was delivered without the covers so they stood in the room all day and then the cleaning staff moved it in the hallway outside for well over 15 hours where monkeys ate from the food in the hallway of the hotel. Checkout and checkin was also awful.
