The hotel is clean and well appointed; staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and appropriately priced for the quality on offer. The hotel is very handily placed for the city centre and train station. On the minus side, customer service could in places be improved. We were made on one occasion to feel like a bit of a nuisance for booking a restaurant table which we had been told was free on Christmas Eve; the swimming pool is unavailable during much of the daytime when a guest might wish to use it, opening only around the times when one generally wishes to eat.

Mycket bra hotell för pengarna, iallafall för den tidpunkten jag var där i 5 nätter Bra kuddar och sängar, både aircondition som jag kunde ställa temperatur själv för samt en golv fläkt Okey pool, och skön bubbelpool Frukosten är superb, med möjlighet att få direkttillverkad omelette med vad du själv ville ha i, nystekta ägg som du själv kunde välja hur kocken skulle tillaga, 6 olika juicer, bra kaffe för att vara i Tyskland, 9 olika teer, grovt bra bröd, färdigskalad frukt och även frukt som hela som banan, äpple o päron Mycket trevlig personal överallt, dock är incheckning och utcheckning väldigt långsam vilket drar ner betyget en aning. Bra parkering under hotellet, något dyr dock men praktiskt, dock inte automatisk öppning vilket betyder lite krångligt när man som jag är ensamresande afffärsresenär med 2 väskor och attacheväska o någon kasse med övrigt praktiskt, men det är väl ett ilandsproblem :) Mycket bra bar/restaurang på hotellet med möjlighet att titta på sport t ex fotboll, enda minuset är att jag blev lovad att titta på Sverige VM-kval i fotboll men de visade Frankrike-Ukraina istället, så denna kväll fick det bli Irländsk pub 200 meter från hotellet, vilket är nära. Men lovar man ska man försöka hålla det tycker jag, litet litet minus för detta. Bra mat, både dyrare och lite billigare, så det finns något för alla Toppenhotell, bo här om Ni har möjlighet

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gute Betten, sauber ordentlich, freundliches Personal, toller Poolbereich und Jakussi, leider schlecht zu erreichen, so muss mann immer über diue Lobby, schlecht wenn dort voll ist, so im Bademantel. Sehr gute Lage mitten im Zentrum alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Dejligt hotel i gåafstand til spisesteder, shopping og seværdigheder. Dog var spa-området ikke særligt rart - utrolig larmende og ikke særligt rent. Men utrolig hjælpsomt personale!

The Marriott in Leipzig is perfectly located in the centre of the city, all staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the lounge wonderful. The fitness room is very convenient and has various important machines, swimmingpool and whirlpool are very clean and a joy.

Great hotel in central Leipzig, close to everything. Very comfortable beds. The sound on the tv in our room didn’t work. It didn’t matter, but should of course be fixed. The parking was great, but a little expensive 25 eur.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und nah am Hauptbahnhof, sodass es schnell und einfach zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist genauso wie in den Fotos abgebildet. Es ist sauber und ruhig gelegen und bietet zudem ausreichend Platz und Stauraum. Der hauseigene Fitnessraum sowie der Pool laden zur sportliche Betätigung ein. Das große Highlight ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Es ist immer frisch und abwechslungsreich und bietet somit reichlich Auswahl für jeden Geschmack.

Spa was disappointingly cold. Towels were very old and worn. There was no where to hang them to dry, yet they were not replaced for the duration of our stay. Room was clean and well presented. Gowns were a nice touch. Did not replace teabags. Attention to detail could be better.

Vor ein paar Wochen war ich in der gleichen Unterkunft und Zimmerkategorie sehr zufrieden. Diesmal aber hatte ich Schimmel im Bad, die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers schmutzig und klebrig, das Zimmer zur Straße Nachts extrem laut.

Siamo viaggiatori. Conosciamo i Marriott di diversi Paesi è questo, purtroppo, ci ha deluso. La moquette non era pulita: da quanta polvere aveva, il mio compagno asmatico ha rischiato la morte... non riusciva più a respirare. Chiamata la reception hanno dovuto passare la macchina. A colazione le uova 3 minuti sono state servite in una scodella. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare la F&B per rimediare. Una mattina i croissants erano finiti alle 10:10 ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare 24 minuti. Un giorno siamo usciti dalla stanza alle 11, siamo rientrati alle 16:45; la stanza era stata rifatta ma la tazza del caffè del giorno prima non era stata rimossa. La piscina coperta non era utilizzabile perché dalle 10:30 alle 18 era riservata a clienti esterni. Abbiamo avuto un incontro con la GM e scopriamo che la moquette viene lavata 2 volte l'anno.

Leider mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft feststellen das, dass Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Wir waren etwas zeitigen vor Ort und uns wurde mitgeteilt das, dass Zimmer noch nicht fertig wäre, kein Problem, haben uns die Zeit betrieben, waren dann gegen 16:00 vor Ort, konnten unser Zimmer beziehen, mussten dann aber feststellen das es in der Zeit nicht richtig gereinigt wurde, Haare auf dem Bett, Staub am Kopfende vom Bett, auf den Lampen Staub, Spiegel Fingerabdrücke, im kurzem und ganzem nicht gründlich gereinigt. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, Pool super, Frühstück reichlich, kleines Feedback an euch, mehr auf die Sauberkeit der Zimmer achten, war nicht so schlimm, aber für 4 Sterne erwartet man mehr, sonst super, gerne wieder. Top Lage - schnell in der Innenstadt und nahe am Hauptbahnhof. Es ist nicht empfehlenswert bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. In beiden Nächten wurden wir durch lautes Gegröhle oder Knaller von der Straße gestört. Es ist erschreckend das neonazistische Parolen durch die Leipziger Innenstadt hallen...Das macht den Aufenthalt unangenehm.

Wir waren eine Nacht mit Frühstück im Familienzimmer im Leipziger Marriot Hotel. Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral und eignet sich prima für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super und bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Was uns etwas gestört hat waren die für uns persönlich zu kleinen Betten sowie ein dauerhaftes Lüftungsgeräusch im Zimmer. Schade ist der Einstieg in die Dusche der mindestens Knie Höhe (ca. 50cm) hatte. Das ist nichts für schwache Nerven oder für Menschen die nicht mehr so gelenkig sind. Wir waren eine Nacht mit Frühstück im Familienzimmer im Leipziger Marriot Hotel. Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral und eignet sich prima für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super und bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Was uns etwas gestört hat waren die für uns persönlich zu kleinen Betten sowie ein dauerhaftes Lüftungsgeräusch im Zimmer. Schade ist der Einstieg in die Dusche der mindestens Knie Höhe (ca. 50cm) hatte. Das ist nichts für schwache Nerven oder für Menschen die nicht mehr so gelenkig sind. Wir würden das Hotel grundsätzlich empfehlen, die Punkte die uns gestört haben sind ja für andere vielleicht kein Problem. Trotzdem Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Leider gab es in unserem Deluxe-Zimmer nur eine Dusche in der Badewanne. Heutzutage erwarte ich in einem Nobelhotel eine begehbare Dusche.

Keurig hotel. Wel wat een gedateerde stijl. Materialen zijn wel nieuw. We hadden een kamer met twee tweepersoons bedden. Echter waren de bedden zo smal dat we geen ruimte hsdden om lekker te slapen. Maar past niet meer in deze tijd !

The hotel was nice but the AC did not work. I requested assistance with the AC and was told that it was set as cold as it got. We were offered a fan to assist along with opening the windows which was nice; however, we chose the hotel specifically because it was advertised to have AC.

Mycket bra hotell för pengarna, iallafall för den tidpunkten jag var där i 5 nätter Bra kuddar och sängar, både aircondition som jag kunde ställa temperatur själv för samt en golv fläkt Okey pool, och skön bubbelpool Frukosten är superb, med möjlighet att få direkttillverkad omelette med vad du själv ville ha i, nystekta ägg som du själv kunde välja hur kocken skulle tillaga, 6 olika juicer, bra kaffe för att vara i Tyskland, 9 olika teer, grovt bra bröd, färdigskalad frukt och även frukt som hela som banan, äpple o päron Mycket trevlig personal överallt, dock är incheckning och utcheckning väldigt långsam vilket drar ner betyget en aning. Bra parkering under hotellet, något dyr dock men praktiskt, dock inte automatisk öppning vilket betyder lite krångligt när man som jag är ensamresande afffärsresenär med 2 väskor och attacheväska o någon kasse med övrigt praktiskt, men det är väl ett ilandsproblem :) Mycket bra bar/restaurang på hotellet med möjlighet att titta på sport t ex fotboll, enda minuset är att jag blev lovad att titta på Sverige VM-kval i fotboll men de visade Frankrike-Ukraina istället, så denna kväll fick det bli Irländsk pub 200 meter från hotellet, vilket är nära. Men lovar man ska man försöka hålla det tycker jag, litet litet minus för detta. Bra mat, både dyrare och lite billigare, så det finns något för alla Toppenhotell, bo här om Ni har möjlighet

Das hotel selbst ist sehr schön und auch super gelegen. War schon öfter dort. Hatte jedoch ein grosses Problem mit der Rezeption. Habe an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben das meine Freundin im Zimmer bleibt nur ich schpn früher Abreise arbeitstechnisch. Als meine Freundin vom Einkauf wieder kam war das Zimmer geräumt. Der nicht gut deutsch sprechende arbeiter an der Rezeption hat mich nicht verstanden. Es wurde auch noch mir als gast die Schuld gegeben. Frechheit. Keine Entschuldigung nichts. Für ein hotel dieser Kategorie sehr schlecht.

Top Lage - schnell in der Innenstadt und nahe am Hauptbahnhof. Es ist nicht empfehlenswert bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. In beiden Nächten wurden wir durch lautes Gegröhle oder Knaller von der Straße gestört. Es ist erschreckend das neonazistische Parolen durch die Leipziger Innenstadt hallen...Das macht den Aufenthalt unangenehm.

아침식사는 불포함이라 잘 모르겠습니다. 기차 여행인데 기차역과 가까워서 짐 들고 걸어서 가기 좋았고, 또 걸어서 도시 곳곳 모두 볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치가 정말 좋아요. 그리고 건너편 건물이 큰 쇼핑몰이고 마트도 있어서 정말 편하게 지냈어요. 직원분들도 친절합니다.

Perfect hotel stay! It’s two streets away from the main Leipzig Old City region, very walkable, and is located across a shopping mall. The hotel staff was very kind, always aided to our needs, and the breakfast buffet was some of the best I have seen in Europe! I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Siamo viaggiatori. Conosciamo i Marriott di diversi Paesi è questo, purtroppo, ci ha deluso. La moquette non era pulita: da quanta polvere aveva, il mio compagno asmatico ha rischiato la morte... non riusciva più a respirare. Chiamata la reception hanno dovuto passare la macchina. A colazione le uova 3 minuti sono state servite in una scodella. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare la F&B per rimediare. Una mattina i croissants erano finiti alle 10:10 ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare 24 minuti. Un giorno siamo usciti dalla stanza alle 11, siamo rientrati alle 16:45; la stanza era stata rifatta ma la tazza del caffè del giorno prima non era stata rimossa. La piscina coperta non era utilizzabile perché dalle 10:30 alle 18 era riservata a clienti esterni. Abbiamo avuto un incontro con la GM e scopriamo che la moquette viene lavata 2 volte l'anno.

Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich alles super. Eine Sache habe ich dann doch zu bemängeln. Während unseres Aufenthalts war eine Gruppe anwesend, welche den gesamten Frühstücksraum beansprucht hat, weshalb es uns (mit kleiner Tochter) leider nicht möglich war, zu frühstücken, wann wir es geplant hatten. Das beeinflusst natürlich den Tagesablauf und gerade wenn man etwas terminlich vereinbart hat, ist es dann wirklich schade, wenn man auf sein Frühstück, wofür man ja auch nicht gerade wenig bezahlt, ewig warten muss. Personal war dennoch sehr freundlich und hat versucht, was möglich war. Dennoch muss man sagen, dass man sich als Hotelleitung dann doch die Frage gefallen lassen muss, ob die Planung hier wirklich sinnvoll ist. Oder man muss halt auf einen größeren Frühstücksraum umplanen. Nachdem dann irgendwann mal ein Platz frei war, war es durch diese wirklich große Gruppe leider sehr laut im Frühstücksraum. Wenn man morgens in Ruhe frühstücken möchte, geht dies einem dann schon auf die Nerven, hat die Gruppe aber auch nicht interessiert. Schade. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt gut, auch wenn das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Personal war Zuvorkommend. Der Nassbereich ist etwas zu klein ausgefallen. Das Angebot im Hotelrestaurant ist für diese Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel!

Super great location. American style hotel (as in the AC works but doesn’t go down past 23 degrees Celsius- still comfortable). Staff very friendly. Has shampoo and shower gel, which is rare amenity in EU unless staying at very high end hotel. Clean. Beds comfortable. No fridge as advertised. FANTASTIC antique store called Wente close by.
