Stayed 10 nights

The room was large and the beds comfortable. Unfortunately housekeeping didn’t make our room up on three occasion’s during the stay. The rooms suffer from traffic noise and other guests holding discussions in the corridor in the over night hours. Breakfast was acceptable at weekends with attentive staff. During the week, not so good, with staff who you rarely saw and on the first Monday started clearing down 40 minutes early. Monday to Friday the warm offering was highly processed cheese omelettes, which were quite unpleasant and sausage patties. The original price raised considerably during the time I booked. We payed just over £120 per night including stealth taxes. We do not feel we got value for money. We would not recommend this property, nor would we consider staying here again.

Stayed 1 night

This is a fine place to stay if you happen to need to spend a night in Lethbridge. They gave me a really nice room, but it smelled of cigarette smoke, the coffee maker didn't work, the fireplace didn't work, and the furniture was a little battered and bruised. On the other hand, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast that's included didn't give too much to write home about either. Cold eggs and cold sausage, right from the kitchen, and the usual selection of breads, cereals and concentrated juices. On the whole, a solid "meh."
