Mały pokój, duże łóżko, duży telewizor, ogólnie pokój już dość dawno nie odnawiany, popękana, odchodząca od ścian farba lub tapeta. Czas na remont. Brak czajnika w pokoju. Drogi parking 15 euro. Parking bardzo mały, na kilka samochodów. Śniadania bardzo dobre, jak w hotelu 4-gwiazdkowym lub wyżej. Polecam ten hotel gościom, bez samochodu. Hotel nie jest na samym starym mieście, ale bardzo blisko. Kilka minut spacerem.

Otroligt fint hotell som genomgått en smaklig renovering. Vi hade 3 rum och alla hade en väldigt trevlig standard. Personalen var väldigt serviceminded och vi kunde checka in på hotellet flera timmar innan avtalat. Bra frukost som var värt priset. En jättefin renoverad spa-del med bubbelpool och trevlig turkisk ångbastu (hamam) samt vanlig bastu. Och fina faciliteter tillhörande spa-delen. Rekommenderar!

Great night sleep with soft comfortable beds. Spacious feeling rooms, which were nice and clean. Lobby area is amazing, and the food and drink served there was good quality. Location is right in the town, so easy to walk to nearly anything you need, even though taxis are very cheap! Had a bonus of a lovely sauna, steam room, and hot tub area. Last but by no means least, the service was excellent. The whole team did their job professionally with a smile on their faces, especially Anna and Liga! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Room was not what we expected compared to pictures. Bathroom was dated, and for a 4 star hotel, we expected to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but instead got an all in one version. Also the room amenities mentioned screen casting but that was not the case, couldn’t screen cast to the tv. However, spa was decent, hotel and room was clean and staff were friendly enough.

Based on the photos from the lobby, reception etc. I was expecting a very fancy place. But once I entered in the room, it wasn't really that way. My friend had another room for the same price and there was a heated floor in the bathroom, in mine there was no heating at all. In my shower there was a mold, but not in any extreme level, so it was acceptable. There was a hair drier, but no place to plug it in (in the bathroom), so I dried my hair in the bedroom. There was a smart TV that you can connect with your devices and watch anything. There was a bar with water, but it was not plugged in. The cleaning lady was making a lot of noise since 8AM and anyway you could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. The bed is super high, but it felt really nice. It felt a little bit cold in the room even when I turned the heating on full temperature, but the blanket was really good and kept me hot during the night. Overall it was a good place to stay for quite good price for the center. And the staff was really kind and helpful!

We asked for a calm room by the booking. It was marked that we will recieve one and we "did". But the first night was the music from the lobby very loud. We had to talk to the receptionist. Otherwise was the room daily cleaned, big and modern. The bed was cozy and comfortable. It's in a good neighberhood so we had a few min by walk to the center. In whole was our stay very good.

Staff are super nice and helpful. The decor is really cool, but it was done on the cheap and i don't think it will hold up for long, not in the rooms at least. The bathroom already shows a lot of wear and tear and someone is definitely going to slip and fall on the shower tile at some point. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were inconsistent. The rooms also lacked places to hang clothes. We found ourselves hanging things on the stylish wall sconces. However, the mattress was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked really well during a hot and humid week. In short, we liked this hotel but hope they hire a more practically minded designer for their next renovation.

The rooms facing the front street was extremely hot as the air conditioning did not work. Other customers were complaining about this too. We managed to persuade the girl in the front desk to give us a new room in the back. The communication was not easy due to language problems. There are some construction on the building and rooms are very small.

Non posso dire che sia stata un esperienza negativa ma 1 la camera era piccola e in necessità di ristrutturazione 2 troneggiava un bel cartello con scritto SAVE WATER e avrò dovuto utilizzare 100 Lt di acqua per radermi visto che non c'era un tappo per chiudere il lavandino + la pressione dell'acqua della doccia alle 0730 era praticamente inesistente

Väldigt trevlig personal, och allt kändes rent och fräscht. Första natten (av tre) fick jag dessvärre ett rum på nedre plan mot gatan - med trasig rullgardin, så det gick inte att sova. Men sedan fick jag direkt byta, och med ett rum mot innergården var det väldigt lugnt och tyst. Helt okej frukost, men inte mer än så. Läget är också okej, närmasta kvarteren är rätt trista, men på tio minuter kan man ta sig till alla trevliga delar av staden.

Et godt hotel i en passende gåafstand fra den gamle del af Riga. Mit værelse lå ind mod baggården, så ingen trafikstøj, men til gengæld heller ingen AC. Det ville ellers have været rart da temperaturen lå omkring 32° under mit ophold. Meget sødt og venligt personale, der var behjælpelige med forskelligt. God morgenbuffet. En del restauranter i området, samt kiosker og mini- supermarked.

Lovely hotel on the edge of old town. Very walkable. Staff excellent. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very nice. Never used gym or spa but looked decent. Wouldn't hesitate to come back to tribe Riga next time I am in Latvia.
