Escale intermédiaire pour rejoindre le sud de la France, cet hôtel est bien placé, facile à trouver et très agréable. La piscine est très agréable même si il peut y avoir beaucoup de monde dans l'eau. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et est polyglotte. Je referai avec plaisir une escale plus longue dans ce bel hotel.

Virkelig godt ophold. Udsigten fra pool området er intet mindre end vidunderlig! Okay med parkering, dog koster det 15 chf per nat, men hvis man er heldig, kan der være lidt gratis parkeringspladser til rådighed. Bissone byen var ikke noget at skrive hjem over, lidt resturanter og okay flot by, men vil klart anbefale en tur til campione som også er i gåafstand, hvor der er en hyggelig gade med massere af spisesteder, og så kan man slutte dagen af på en af Europas største casinoer, som også er en oplevelse at se, både ude og indefra!

sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Garage steht gegen Gebühr von 15€ pro Tag zur Verfügung. sogar mit etlichen Ladesäulen ausgestattet. kostenlose Parkplätze sind leider nur 7 Stück am Hotel vorhanden.

Hotel molto bello, la posizione è meravigliosa, purtroppo non posso mettere il massimo delle stelle in quanto pecca in manutenzione, la piscina ha delle viti svitate su una delle quali mio figlio si è tagliato sotto il tallone. Quando ho segnalato questa cosa semplicemente la risposta è stata “manderemo qualcuno “ la struttura è legalmente responsabile di infortuni dovuti a mancanza di manutenzione e per cui andava attivata l’assicurazione, ma probabilmente non tutti lo sanno.

Wir hatten die Overview Suite, Balkon, Seeblick die war echt super,mit schönen Seeblick.Parkplätze hat es nicht viel aber eine Tiefgarage[ist sehr eng und klein].Wirklich super schön gewesen .Das Frühstück Buffet kann man verbessern,aber so alles top gwesen .Service war sehr Nett.

Hotel room was decent enough and spacious enough for family of 4. Recommend to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The pool and view however was spectacular. Hotel was conveniently located to some great restaurants and short drive to the city.

Zimmer grundsätzlich Sauber, gutes Bett Alles sehr lieblos & zweckmäßig. Im Bad sollten Silikonfugen ersetzt werden, da Schimmelt es. Auch die Rostflecken in der Badewanne oder der verbastelte Ablauf könnten überarbeitet werden. Preise passen nicht zum gebuchten über Expedia. Für eine schweizer Unterkunft naja.

Grande chambre, mais peu de place pour ranger ses affaires, l'armoire était encombrée de coussins et la commode remplie de duvets.... Literie moyenne, nous n'avons pas bien dormi, couverture en laine à la propreté douteuse (on se serait cru en cabane de montagne). Grande salle de bain mais la douche dans la baignoire très étroite, se révèle être dangereuse, fort risque de glissade... Article de toilettes réduits au minimum (savon liquide mais pas de shampoing ou lotion) Par contre, chambre plutôt calme au 4e étage avec vue sur le lac. Manque de variété au petit déjeûner, et repas du soir décevant, spätzlis brûlés, légumes visiblement réchauffés, sauce pas top. Nous ne conseillons pas ce restaurant malgré la gentillesse de la serveuse qui s'est occupée de nous. Dans l'ensemble, rapport qualité-prix décevant.

Escale intermédiaire pour rejoindre le sud de la France, cet hôtel est bien placé, facile à trouver et très agréable. La piscine est très agréable même si il peut y avoir beaucoup de monde dans l'eau. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et est polyglotte. Je referai avec plaisir une escale plus longue dans ce bel hotel.

All of the hotel has heavy smell of clorine, it come from the pool on the roof. The the service in the restaurant at dinner was terrible, and the food had the standard of a motorway cafeteria 🙈 too bad its this low standard, the location and scenery is amazing

Rien à dire sur l’hôtel. J’ai mis une étoile en moins pour le Service car un jour dans notre départ vous allez au petit déjeuner et il n’y avait personne la première chose quand je me lève c’est de prendre mon café mais ce fut le contraire car l’employé est arrivé 10 minutes en retard c’est dommage

Wir hatten die Overview Suite, Balkon, Seeblick die war echt super,mit schönen Seeblick.Parkplätze hat es nicht viel aber eine Tiefgarage[ist sehr eng und klein].Wirklich super schön gewesen .Das Frühstück Buffet kann man verbessern,aber so alles top gwesen .Service war sehr Nett.

Toller ort und liegt auch gut Viel verkehr wennn man am Abend dorthin fahren möchte von Lugano aus. Schade dass über den Mittag das Restaurant zu ist. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereite angestellten top 👍

Hotel room was decent enough and spacious enough for family of 4. Recommend to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The pool and view however was spectacular. Hotel was conveniently located to some great restaurants and short drive to the city.

Joli hôtel avec piscine extérieure. Accueil à la réception agréable. Grande chambre, mais peu de place pour ranger ses affaires, l'armoire était encombrée de coussins et la commode remplie de duvets.... Literie moyenne, nous n'avons pas bien dormi, couverture en laine à la propreté douteuse (on se serait cru en cabane de montagne). Grande salle de bain mais la douche dans la baignoire très étroite, se révèle être dangereuse, fort risque de glissade... Article de toilettes réduits au minimum (savon liquide mais pas de shampoing ou lotion) Par contre, chambre plutôt calme au 4e étage avec vue sur le lac. Manque de variété au petit déjeûner, et repas du soir décevant, spätzlis brûlés, légumes visiblement réchauffés, sauce pas top. Nous ne conseillons pas ce restaurant malgré la gentillesse de la serveuse qui s'est occupée de nous. Dans l'ensemble, rapport qualité-prix décevant.

Hotel located very well. Nice breakfast. Good food. But the hotel could use renewal of lots of things. Mattresses for example. Beware of restaurant ticket. Ate there twice. Twice a mistake on the ticket. Ticket redone without discussion though.
