Staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. Reception did not offer the Ticino Card at check in. On arrival our room was not very clean and was not cleaned well during our 3 night stay. We did however like the location.

Room is OK, but breakfast is not OK. I stayed seven days and breakfast was all same everyday.
