Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti dal lago, pulito, parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento, personale gentilissimo, molto buona la colazione a buffet. Anche se un albergo a 2*, non rispecchia per niente le pessime condizioni che di solito si trovano in altri ibis budget, e questo è il secondo ibis budget in cui ho alloggiato in questo viaggio, non c’è paragone. Consigliato.

Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti dal lago, pulito, parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento, personale gentilissimo, molto buona la colazione a buffet. Se volete un po' più di comfort, meglio prenotare al Novotel oppure all'Ibis. La versione Budget dell'Ibis offre camere molto piccole. La colazione è perfetta, come nei due hotel vicini. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è comodissimo, anche se un po' caro, ma visto il luogo, credo che il prezzo si adegui alla media. La posizione è anche ottimale, perché non troppo lontano dal centro città e dal lago. Consigliato.

Rooms are really small mas bright and accomodating. The only downside was finding an insect on our first night there. But otherwise a good night sleep. Breakfast was nice but items that finished were not put back in the buffet which was quite frustrating. Staff not particularly friendly nor rude. I would rather my stay 3,5/5

Echt een budget hotel maar je betaald wel de hoofdprijs. Een hele kleine kamer, de douche is een klein hokje en staat letterlijk in de kamer. Wij verbleven hier omdat we vanuit Italië naar Nederland reden. O ja en we moesten ook nog parkeerkosten betalen. Stond nergens vermeld. Het ontbijt had wel genoeg keuze en er is een mooi zwembad aanwezig. De omgeving is prachtig, de Lugano meer is op loopafstand.

It is a misrepresentation that the hotel has Air conditioning! It cannot be controlled from your room, they control the entire building at a master temp. I also believe they turn it off at night so it gets really hot especially on the upper floors! Otherwise it was fairly convenient to town and city center. The rooms are very small but serviceable. I would try other options if available

Everything was great. No mini fridge in room and airco was no individual to each room, it was controlled by reception for the whole hotel, so was a bit too hot at night (due to being budget hotel)

Place was ok for a clean place to sleep over if you are alone or with your significant other. Area around hotel was not the best and the shower curtain outside of the shower with a mirror on the adjacent wall was not a good design. Would not recommend the budget hotel for families as extremely small space. We had nowhere to put our luggage and room to walk. It was only three of us and we had three backpacks. Bed almost reaches across the room to the other wall with sink next to bed. So if you want a little bit more room to move in I wouldn’t suggest staying here. If you just need a quick overnight stay to continue on your trip it is perfect.

The room was extremely small. We had a hard time bringing in our two medium sized suitcases. No real bathroom, only a tiny shower stall with no privacy. The door does not stop the water from flowing out and flooding the area. Sheets and towels had a musty smell. After the first night, we paid extra to move over to the regular ibis hotel side, where the rooms are a bit bigger and there is an actual bathroom.

Property is what you get for what you paid. Went for a cheap option as the other ibis didn’t have room available for 3 in same room. However hindsight I would rather pay more because as much as price is cheap room isn’t convenient, very small, so with luggage’s it isn’t great. Just felt very uncomfortable, but once again for the price I suppose it isn’t bad. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very close to Paradies station (1 stop from main station) and the lake. 30 min walk to the city centre along the shore. Dining places close by. Usual standard ibis budget furniture. Surprisingly great breakfast buffet for a budget hotel!

Anche se un albergo a 2*, non rispecchia per niente le pessime condizioni che di solito si trovano in altri ibis budget, e questo è il secondo ibis budget in cui ho alloggiato in questo viaggio, non c’è paragone. Very close to Paradies station (1 stop from main station) and the lake. 30 min walk to the city centre along the shore. Dining places close by. Usual standard ibis budget furniture. Surprisingly great breakfast buffet for a budget hotel!

Lovely inexpensive option in beautiful Area. Easy walk from train station, nearby lake walk is fabulous and there are several nice places to eat. Staff was helpful and efficient. Get the breakfast- well worth the cost, lots of options.

Rooms are really small mas bright and accomodating. The only downside was finding an insect on our first night there. But otherwise a good night sleep. Breakfast was nice but items that finished were not put back in the buffet which was quite frustrating. Staff not particularly friendly nor rude. I would rather my stay 3,5/5

Very average accommodation and breakfast. Pretty much a hostel. No privacy in the bedroom - shower - no lock. Toilet - no lock. No everyone is away with family. Breakfast - perhaps we came late but at 850 there was no egg left and the pastries were empty. Nice staff but I felt it was tough seeing everyone enjoy the Novotel pool from the glass window at reception. Told couldn’t even use pool if I offered to pay. So I think it’s my last ibis budget.

Checkin was straightforward and friendly, the hotels parking is ample and very convenient although overpriced (there is parking close by In a parking lot if you want to pay less and don’t mind a few mins walk) the breakfast was good but also overpriced for what it is. Rooms are spotless as well as everything else as this seems to be a recently built hotel. Free carbonated and still water on every floor was a nice touch and much appreciated.
