Sempre uma estadia muito boa no Artiem. O hotel tem um café da manhã excelente, tem comidas e bebidas de graça durante todo o dia, academia, e um atendimento excelente da equipe, onde todos são muito cordeais. A localização é um bairro residencial um pouco mais afastado do centro, mas na frente de um ponto de ônibus, e a 8 minutos andando da estação de metrô que te leva pra qualquer lugar de Madri. Já é minha terceira vez no hotel e voltaria tranquilamente.

Property was excellent with areas outside of room to relax. A free Buffett coffee beer wine and soft drinks were provided each day to all guest from the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just a little way from the “action”. We caught Ubers in and out of town. 8-10E each way.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, and it was the best decision ever. It is 6 minutes walking distance to a metro station. Hotel has a free snack bar, that includes finger foods, desserts, sodas, beer and wine! Great added amenity! Hotel is new and rooms are spacious as well as bathrooms. Has a gym as well. Would stay here again.

Very clean, modern and massive rooms, phenomenal breakfast, tea/coffee facility in the room, snack and drinks available for free all day (including beer and wine). The large breakfast area becomes a working area for those who need to with good Wi-Fi connectivity everywhere in the hotel. Slight downside is that it’s 30 minutes from Madrid central with 10 minute walk to the metro station. There is no restaurant but there are many local bars and restaurants nearby and a lot more reasonably priced that centre of town. Will happily come back again.

A great experience - would stay again. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well-appointed. The only thing I that could be improved is that I never successfully figured out the AC and was too warm at night - probably user error. 20 minute Uber ride to ariport or downtown and about 45 min on public transport.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! I am staying in the junior suite with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. My amenities are exquisite along with the breakfast and food options on property. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful. I was only supposed to stay for two nights and I have now extended my stay for five and canceled my reservations at another property. I was able to check-in early in the morning and all I had to do was pay a small fee. This is the kind of flexibility that bigger hotels need to pay attention to. The room was very nice and clean. Also, I paid for the breakfast and I enjoyed the eggs cooked at the moment. Coffee, beer and snacks are also available during the day for all guests.

I arrived early in the morning but they allowed me to check in early (for a small fee) which was great. The staff was very helpful with providing me with information regarding public transportation. What I was impressed with was the hotel provided a afternoon tea and late night snacks. Very impressed. I wish I was staying longer. Although it is further from central Madrid I was still able to conveniently get into town. Staff was very helpful.

This is a very clean and comfortable stay. Not very close to city center, but a great option near the airport. Loved how eco friendly it is and the tea/snacks/coffee that are offered as a courtesy is a very unexpected surprise. Very nice touch.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is walkable to Arturo Soria Plaza. An easy cab ride/uber to center city Madrid, clean and quiet with friendly staff. Only negative is the use of air conditioning is controlled by property and temperatures outside. Our room was extremely warm even with AC on. Loved the gratis tapas, cafe and juices in lobby. Nice touch.

Pleasantly surprised of the quality and service of this place! Very clean, spacious room, high quality linens and towels provided. Appreciated the great water pressure and spotless rainshower. The lobby feels like a zen, cozy atmosphere with soft music and there is a coffee station and refreshments available at no cost to the guests, at any hour. The breakfast is amazing, lots of food choices presented beautifully. Will highly recommend this hotel to loved friends and family.
