Großes Appartment mit Tisch, Sofa etc. Küche aber obne Ausstattung. Kostenloses Parkhaus. Pools leider geschlossen. Liegt etwas außerhalb. Gute Lage zur Metro und Supermarkt.

Espectacular habitación, muy buenas zonas comunes, zona exterior, garaje, todo muy bien.

This is not a 5* hotel. The condition of the rooms and corridors are tired and shabby. We finally arrived in our room at the third attempt. The first room, doors were hanging off units. The main door looked liked it had been kicked in. The second room wasn’t much better and the a/c didn’t work. The third room was just as tired but this was it. The pool was closed as was the spa, not mention when originally booked even it says that now. The only saving grace was the breakfast. It was excellent.

Great hotel with AC, clean, friendly staff and great service. Convenient location with access to public transportation and free parking.

Fandt hotel tæt på privatklinik grundet operation, MEN var IKKE opmærksom på at hotellets store udendørs areal var under ombygning/renovering - så pool, udendørs servering m.v. var lukket....

Accueil sympathique. Chambre très propre et très vite nettoyée tous les jours. Piscine surveillée par un maître nageur. Chambre spacieuse avec petit coin cuisine, micro onde et mini frigo. Baignoire et douche séparée. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre ville et il faut prendre la voiture

The aircondition could not be lowered and therefore it was too cold during the night. The bathroom was not Well cleaned. There was cutted nails in the shower and on the floor. Furthermore the room was only prepared for 2 and we were 4 (towels, beds, water and so on). The bars outside were open but no bartenders and the spa was under renovation. But nice hotel and friendly staff at the reception.

El hotel está alejado del centro pero es precioso, las habitaciones son enormes y cómodas. Tiene piscina, desayuno excelente, el estacionamiento es gratuito, tiene cerca un mercadona, un shopping donde hay de todo, tiene servicio a las habitaciones,lo único q deberían mejorar es la TV, tiene muy pocos canales y no es S-Mart xa un hotel de esta categoría. Igual sin dudas volvería y lo recomiendo .

Arrivati alle 17:50 in hotel per riposare un po’, la camera non era stata riassettata… mi hanno proposto di farla … e sono venuto a farla alle 19:30.

I usually don't write reviews. Just wanted to put in some thoughts for the management to take note and also for future occupants to consider. Good things - the place itself is reasonably clean and it is close to bus stops, taxi stands and super markets/pharmacies. There's not many restaurants or food options around the area, but you can find some good places in a 20 min walk radius. Things to consider - House keeping needs to improve, all they do is tuck in the bed sheets. The descriptions of the place said daily housekeeping and it is a five star establishment, but they don't seem to do that. They also don't serve complementary water bottles, when we called they told us just that. Its fair if it is the policy, atleast state that in your room descriptions please. Air con doesn't work and after we told the staff downstairs, they sent someone who asked us to leave the windows open. He tried opening one of the windows which didn't work and he opened another one and left. Only when we reported this again the next morning we were offered another room. I would expect this was their job to ascertain and give us options when the issue is reported first time. And in all my travels, this is the first time I am seeing the hotel staff asking us to leave windows open when an aircon problem is reported. Will not go back again.

Very clean, spacious, quiet area near Madrid. Attentive staff, resolved my non-functioning A/C immediately. Highly recommend!

Hotellet bære preg av at det har vært dårlig vedlikeholdt over mange år. Det første rommet vi fikk hadde ikke kaldtvann i kraner og var meget møkkete i den tiden vi er inne i. Betjeningen den første kvelden tok ikke tak i dette, men dag 2 ble vi flyttet på og fikk ett mye renere og ikke minst rom hvor vi kunne dusje.

Clean, modern, quiet, safe and the hotel staff members were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Neighborhood surrounding the hotel is quiet and safe. 15 to 20 minutes by taxi to most any tourist attraction including Prado and Plaza de Toros.

The hotel is located far from the city so you have to take public transport to get anywhere There is a supermarket very close by which is convenient cause there is really nothing around Overall rated it a 4 star cause the room had issues with the power blowing while using a tea kettle The doors had to be slammed to close

En la 211 no funciona la calefacción del aseo. Y el agua caliente sale tibia y por la alcachofa de la dicha , si eliges la ducha a techo ni siquiera tibia por más que esperes. Los muebles están destrozados. Una pena con lo que fue este hotel.

A little bit of a disappointing stay. I arrived very late due to a delayed flight, but although there was no queue at hotel reception, it was very slow to check in, and i was very tired. In addition to the above, the hotel and room is not 5 star standard, it was very dated and not very upmarket in its style and decor. In my room there was tea and coffee and a kettle, but no milk. When i asked the room service for milk to make my morning coffee, they tried to charge me €5.00! It would have been cheaper to just buy a cup of coffee! Its very poor standard not to provide the small sachets of milk for the room in a 5 star hotel! It is even worse to try to charge a guest €5.00 for milk for 1 coffee! Very shocking and below 5 star standard. Lastly, i booked 2 night stay, with breakfast for 1 morning. But my itinerary changed, and i was not able to have breakfast on the first morning, so i asked reception if i could take breakfast the following morning instead, but they refused! Once again, not a good experience and not 5 star service. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom are very spacious.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms and relatively close to everything

A real sample of hospitality! The Hotel was beautiful, with a modern deco and huge and beautiful lobby. Spectacular view of "Sierra de Guadarrama" Since we went for 15 days to Spain this end of the year it was important for us to stay in a comfortable room, we made the right choice! The rooms were very spacious, clean and well maintained. 5 stars to the beds! Is far from the city center, but you can take a bus just in front of the hotel (every 7 minutes) that will take you to Madrid Center (Bus No.133) If you decide to rent a car they have a big and very safe parking garage. Dinner options are the only thing I would change, since the menu is very repetitive and just a few things are offered, however we tried everything and it was delicious. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Thank you very much to Mercedes, the sweetest person that we have ever met in a hotel, always working, multi tasking and running, but also smiling. What a hard worker you have there Eurostar! Also thanks to Martha, our room service was ready even before we called! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

The reception staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them - room space is best we have ever had, pool area was lovely

The facility is very nice overall and the room was nice and large. The staff were very friendly. Property is nice but a little dated. The location of the hotel far from central Madrid to walk but only a 10-15min taxi ride.

Service was not as expected at a 5* hotel. Had to pay a 60€ early check in fee which was not advertised on the site. Advertised spa which they did not have. Rooms were old and outdated. Requested a double size bed and they tried to trick us with two twin beds pushed together. Was very surprised with how they treated their guests with the amount it costed.

Absolutely fabulous stay. All the staff were great and Sara on reception was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Hotel is amazing. Excellent location and so close to Metro Herrera Oria station. 100% recommend this stunning hotel.

This was a great location for having our convention, it is however a bit out of the city historical center. Accès to le central city is easy using Madrid Metro. Very spacious rooms considering européen standards.

Fantastic property and very friendly staff. About a 5 minute walk to the metro and 30 second walk to the bus stop which was so convenient. The only negative is that there are no convenient restaurants near the hotel, but there is a good grocery store about 2 min away.

Nos gusto mucho la habitación y la atención en recepción. Muy mal el restaurant en la cena, la comida y la atención no es buena

Todo perfecto excepto el desayuno que hubiera podido ser mucho mejor
