Hostal muy viejo y habitaciones muy mal organizadas, viejas, balcón inutilizado porque está ubicada la maquina de a/a, y lo principal, no se puede ir con niños chicos si llevas carrito, ascensor muy muy pequeño, solo cabe el carrito del bebé y muy justo.

No estuvo bien, no volveremos. Habitación mínima, no había lugar para abrir la valija directamente. Nos toco al lado de la recepción, pegadas a la puerta de entrada, horrible. No tiene para guardar las valijas si tienes q dejarlas unas horas.. hasta en el hotel más mugroso te las guardan, aquí no. No tiene ni para pedir un vaso de agua caliente, nada. Servicio CERO. No volveremos. La ubicación lo único bueno y la limpieza está bien también.

el lugar muy limpio, excelente ubicación, la habitación era igual a la de la imágen, el único inconveniente que uvimos fue que llegamos muy temprano y no tienen servicio de guardar el equipaje hasta la hora del check in así que estuvimos de las 9 a las 2, cansados tras 15 horas de viaje paseando las maletas por españa

Das Hotel ist wirklich nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber, die Handtücher waren schmutzig, im Bad gab es kein Shampoo und der Spender war leer. Der Eingangsbereich hat stark nach Abwasser gerochen – insgesamt sehr unangenehm.

Limpeza no box do banheiro e reposição de papel higienico, ficamos sem e não tive retorno de cominucação. Também deixo como sugestão colocar as fotos de todos os quartos, porque o quarto que me foi disponibilizado não vi em foto alguma, era bem apertado para 3 pessoas, principalmente a área de banho no banheiro.

Limpeza no box do banheiro e reposição de papel higienico, ficamos sem e não tive retorno de cominucação. Também deixo como sugestão colocar as fotos de todos os quartos, porque o quarto que me foi disponibilizado não vi em foto alguma, era bem apertado para 3 pessoas, principalmente a área de banho no banheiro.

It looked like a haunted mansion. The steps were old, creaking, and oddly placed. The elevator could only accommodate one person at a time. The room is terrifying; I thought ghosts might appear at night. The beds resembled flat prison beds with prehistoric grandma covers. The bathroom had a small shower and was roughly the size of an a cabinet. The hostel itself was conveniently placed near Plaza Mayor, but it did not resemble the photographs offered. Do not book unless you are willing to sleep in a prison.

Para una estadía cerca al centro de Madrid por precio y ubicación está bien.. atención!!! con el sistema de check in! Es automatizado y falta de instrucción para ingresar, el hotel no te manda instructivo por adelantado, tuvimos que llamar a un número y pedir ayuda pero esperamos más de 40 minutos en la entrada y no hay nadie en el lugar que te atiende. Pero una vez ingresamos , soluciona la estadía. La señora del aseo llamada Endy es un amor :), ella no resolvió vario inconvenientes

A/C Breakers Off.. I had to call service to support.. quick response and issue resolved in few minutes. Little more info or clear instructions to follow on confirmation message would help much. No labels on elevator, or signs to go to 3rd floor hotel reception. Had to call in to phone noted in entry door to get directions! After that.. key and room acces.. Ok. Room very clean, bed comfy and hot water in shower..! The basics all included.

This property Is very very well located, but the check-in process Is automated, the staff Is never there, nobody answers the phone, the key card stops working very day and they charged me again for my reservation at check-in... Beware... I saw a korean couple stranded with no place to sleep at 2 AM.... I've still to recieve my refund... Only for the most adventurous turists... If you like no frills experiences THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU

The ubication was very good; close to Main Plaza and Puerta del Sol. The room was OK, with a balcony and the bathroom only had toilett and liquid soap for hands. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, or hair dryer, and the shower soap dispenser was completely empty. It was impossible to take a shower. There's no reception, and you need a code to enter the building, as well as the hostel itself. Last night, my mother and I arrived at midnight after dinner and couldn't get into the building because the code they gave me didn't work. After 15 minutes (it was freezing, and my 84-year-old mother was there), some guests arrived and opened the entrance door with a new code, which it wasn’t informed to me. Finally, when I tried to check in at the hostel's automated machine, I entered my last name, and it said I hadn't paid, even though I had paid the reservation in full. I had to contact them via WhatsApp, and they told me to check in again with my reservation number. Only then did it show that my reservation was fully paid in advance.
