The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and in good condition. The indoor pool was such a lovely way to unwind after a long day in the car. The restaurant was more than happy to cater for the two Ceoliacs in our group and understood the need for gluten free food.

The book was done with ease. Excellent communication back and forth regarding late check in which wasn't a problem. Confirmation by both phone and SMS as to room allocation. On arrival easy to find room and it had been preheated. Well set up excellent facilities. Large shower . Excellent onsite indoor pool and spa but unfortunately no time to use it .

Was happy to call northparks home for the week, loved the large rooms with plenty of room to move around. The grounds was neat and tidy and although i didnt have time to jump in, there is an indoor heated pool, plus toddler's pool and spa was nice to hear it turn on for a breif moment.

Clean and friendly staff. Advertise indoor heated pool (which is why we chose this place over others). Definitely NOT heated, even spa stone cold. Advertise air con, but then not allowed to turn it on to less than 22 degrees otherwise leaks water and charged for damage (according to booklet provided. Very outdated rooms. Won’t be back

Having stayed at many Parkes accommodation, this venue is on par with many others. The unit was well equipped with new super quiet air conditioning unit. The shower is roomy and clean. My only remark was that the side table was not wiped when room was serviced. A comfortable stay.

Everything was great ,except at 8 am a staff member tried to open the door without knocking and half-hour later the owner/ manager tried the same thing. Common sense to knock first.

I was very happy with my last minute overnight stay, I had booked a room online so on arrival it was after hours and the owner was unaware of my booking. I called the reception and he came straight away and fixed everything up. The room was lovely and the shower was nice and hot and very spacious I would highly consider staying here again in the future

Property is just on edge of town coming in from the north. Easy checkin & complimentary milk was a bonus. Room was large & bathroom was roomy with large shower. The onsite restaurant is a BIG bonus. Staff were very friendly and food delicious (big portions).
