Hotel cómodo y muy bien ubicado; el problema: el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras y no te entregan el ticket para estacionar mientras no hagas el check in y los policías no permiten estacionar en la puerta del hotel mientras haces el check in y te dan el ticket y puedan ingresar a la playa de estacionamiento, ni nos permitieron bajar las maletas al lobby.

Atención, servicio, limpieza e infraesctructura cumplieron las expectativas, el incoveniente fue el estacionamiento, eligimos esta opción porque informaban que contaban con estacionamiento propio y viajábamos en carro pero no fue así tuvimos que pasear por los estacionamientos de la zona con quienes tienen algún convenio y todos estaban llenos y otros no respondían, pasamos mala noche en esta espera y tuvimos que madrugar para mover el carro por la mañana. Si viajas en carro recomiendo buscar un hotel con estacionamiento propio.

The hitel in a very central location. Right at the main square near all shops , banks, money exchange places, historical locations and restaurants. The employees were very helpful, that customer service. The restaurant has delicious food and the setting is very traditional and classy. I enjoyed the cleans and comfortable rooms. The sauna was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this place to stay.

I have too many issues to report. Definitely, this is not a 4 star hotel. The main issue was discrimination. The lack of empathy and understanding from the front desk staff, that is not properly trained. When I presented my US passport, they asked me proof of my address in US. I told them that I can provide my home’s tax for 2025 (I keep my notices online). I had to call the manager because I wanted reimbursement to move to another hotel. They refused to do it. Other issues: no soap on the guest’s bathroom, one of the lifts did not work for three days, old carpets, dirty doors. When I told them about the hotel’s transportation, they told me it was not included for passengers with reservations abroad (for my return, on my insistence, they gave me the free transportation to the airport). They also gave me a different room that the one I paid. All in all, that was the most unpleasant stay of my more than 50 years traveling around the world. I’m not the only disappointed and dissatisfied customer. All my friends that traveled to attend an important city event, were very dissatisfied, almost for the same reasons that does not grant a four star to this hotel. ‘

We stayed here for an extended vacation that included the Christmas Holidays in 2024. The hotel is ideally located in the main square and we were right in the center of all the festivities. The staff can only be described as FANTASTIC and attentive to every need. The hotel is spotless and the staff can always be seen cleaning areas that don't even look like they need any cleaning. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trujillo.

Très bel hôtel à Trujillo se trouvant sur la place principale. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propre. Le seul petit bémol est le bruit de la rue pour les chambres donnant sur la rue. Il y a des chambres qui donnent sur la piscine et qui sont certainement plus calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

We had the junior suite, which was very nice with patio overlooking Plaza de Armas. I would definitely stay there again, but would ask for a room overlooking pool/ center of building, away from plaza. There was alot of street noise including sirens and loud vehicles most of night ( even with windows closed) and also noise from the hotel bar immediately below the room.

Friendly staff and a lovely building but it's a noisy place....music blaring from both inside and outside the property. Main niggle was there was no complimentary water in the room. I travel a lot and in countries where the tap water is not safe to drink some bottled water is always provided.....poor show here.

Nice location on main plaza. Employees are friendly and helpful. Have stayed here before in rooms with A/C so was surprised our room had no air conditioning on a hot summer day which made the night more difficult to sleep, in addition to loud street traffic coming through the windows. We arrived late so didn't bother to request a change of rooms and left early the next morning after a very good breakfast. We reserved and were charged for two nights but could only stay the second night due to flight delays, so that made the experience worse. I won't return unless I have a reason to stay on the plaza.
