Déçu par la politique de l'hotel qui facture un supplément de 5 € pour accéder au sauna alors que celui-ci se trouve dans l'espace piscine qui lui est accessible à tout le monde. Donc il y a des clients qui utilisent le sauna après la piscine sans payer ... Ce n'est pas juste ! En plus pour un hotel comme Maritim c'est vraiment "petit" de facturer un supplément de 5 € pour le sauna et encore une fois 5 € pour accéder à la salle de sport compte tenu des prix facturés pour les chambres ... La carte du restaurant au premier étage est très limitée et celle du restaurant panoramique au dernier étage est très chère ...

Very nice hotel and room. Nothing fancy. But the beds, the pool and specially the breakfast buffet was amazing. Easy to park and very close the the beautiful city centrum of Ulm.

Wellnessbereich zu laut. Türen der Saunen schließen sehr laut. Erholung für Erwachsene nicht möglich, da sich bis spät abends Kinder im Wellnessbereich aufgehalten haben. Negativ auch war, daß sowohl Sauna- und Fitnessraumbenutzung nochmal extra zu bezahlen waren. Man konnte immer nur ins Stockwerk des gebuchten Zimmers fahren. Nur auf Nachfrage erhielten wir als Familie, die auf verschiedene Etagen verteilt wurden, Karten um in diese Stockwerke zu fahren. Überhaupt war man sehr an die drei Aufzüge gebunden, besonders zu den Stoßzeiten unangenehm. Keine Möglichkeit andere Etagen über das Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Einzige Möglichkeit war, jedesmal bis zur Rezeption runterzulaufen, auch wenn man nur Frühstücken gehen wollte. Die Parkplätze sollten für Hotelgäste nicht 18€ pro Tag kosten, sondern kostenfrei sein.

Good overnight. Breakfast was overly crowded in which they couldn't manage. Decent enough. Gym and ironing room need to be found. Your key will work or they will give you a key but good luck walking in the appropriate direction first!

Fangen wir mit positiven an - duschgel sehr angenehm und der Raum ist groß und ruhig. Die Aufzüge funktionieren nur eingeschränkt. Nach 30 Minuten haben wir unsere Koffer im Treppenhaus runzer getragen. Zimmerreinigung funktioniert nach Tagesform. Mal alle Handtücher mal nicht. Gläser werden grundsätzlich nicht gereinigt umd Better werden nach Tagesform gemacht. Zusätzlich ist Baustelle am Hotel. Wenn man in die Stadt will muss man da durchlaufen. Sauna kostet mitlerweile extra pro Tag. Wir waren sehr oft hier und diesmal das letzte Mal. Für den Preis bekommt man besseres. Zumal ein freundliches wir sind das 5 Mal hier und Hotels.com Gold-Member mit einem ok quittiert wurde .... man scheint also an trruen Gästen kein Interesse zu haben, was zum Gesamteindruck passt ....

Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer ordentlich und geräumig, Personal freundlich. Temperatur im Schwimmbad für kleinere Kinder etwas zu kalt! Zimmer wurde teilweise nicht ordentlich geputzt während des Aufenthalts (1 Woche).

Find it so strange, that after many years staying in the Maritim Ulm, also with many UK BUSINESS COLLEAGUES, the ONLY English speaking TV programmes are CNN and SKY International. BBC News(is displayed as an option but not connected. I was placed on the first floor with the view of a grey adjacent building on a 4 day visit as a tourist. As a frequent visitor to Ulm, shall probably use a more individual friendly, and nearer the town centre hotel.

I am surprised that a relatively new multistory hotel would not have air conditioning and then be told not to open windows because of mosquitoes. We were told that there is air going through the building. There is also no complimentary tea or coffee.

Likes, the beds were very comfortable and the restaurant upstairs was amazing. Also enjoyed the piano bar. Dislikes were the air conditioning couldn’t cool the room, and disappointed that we couldn’t get complementary coffee in the morning. But overall was a good hotel

Super Zimmer… gross, geräumig und ruhig. Bequemes Bett, Bad auch gross und top sauber. Die Aussicht, auf den Fluss und das Münster sensationell. Hier komme ich gerne wieder vorbei…!!!

Das Zimmer war zu kalt. Draußen hatte es 0 Grad und innen gefühlt 16C. Decken sind zu dünn. Man hat keine Heizung im Zimmer, die Lüftung welche warme Luft rausblasen sollte, war zu schwach.

Unglaublich tolle Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption und den Servicekräften bis hin zur Reinigungskraft. Hier arbeiten sehr freundliche Menschen. Hervorheben möchte ich die Frau vom Frühstücksbuffet, welche unserem zweijährigen Sohn extra Brezeln gepackt hat, da diese am Tag zuvor schon vergriffen waren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Sauna kostet leider extra (5€/Tag) das war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Zimmer und Frühstück waren super. Das Personal am Empfang war leider nicht besonders Service orientiert. Mit meinem Auto konnte ich zum Bsp aufgrund der Höhe die Hotel-Tiefgarage nicht befahren, das Personal konnte mir auf Nachfrage aber keine anderen Parkplätze empfehlen. Die habe ich natürlich selbst heraus finden können, finde aber, dass Mensch durchaus erwarten darf von 3 Menschen an einem Hotel Empfang eine Unterstützung zu bekommen. Essen und Getränke im Hotel empfand ich auch als deutlich überteuert. Das Reinigungspersonal hingegen war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend! Danke!

The hotel was nice but (with a dinner reservation) we were seated it took 20 minutes to have them come back to the table for our drink order. We had 2 small kids so we ordered everything at once, it then took another 45 minutes to have the food come. More than an hour after arriving we got our food. This was after a long day at Legoland. The rest of the stay was nice, but I would never recommend the restaurant.

I was very disappointed with the lack of service during my stay. When I arrived, I had a large amount of luggage to unload from my car, yet no staff member offered assistance. There were no concierge or bell staff visible, and I had to carry everything inside completely on my own. Even once in the lobby, no one helped me take the bags to my room. For a hotel of this category, this absence of basic guest support was unacceptable and left a negative impression of the property.

Fangen wir mit positiven an - duschgel sehr angenehm und der Raum ist groß und ruhig. Die Aufzüge funktionieren nur eingeschränkt. Nach 30 Minuten haben wir unsere Koffer im Treppenhaus runzer getragen. Zimmerreinigung funktioniert nach Tagesform. Mal alle Handtücher mal nicht. Gläser werden grundsätzlich nicht gereinigt umd Better werden nach Tagesform gemacht. Zusätzlich ist Baustelle am Hotel. Wenn man in die Stadt will muss man da durchlaufen. Sauna kostet mitlerweile extra pro Tag. Wir waren sehr oft hier und diesmal das letzte Mal. Für den Preis bekommt man besseres. Zumal ein freundliches wir sind das 5 Mal hier und Hotels.com Gold-Member mit einem ok quittiert wurde .... man scheint also an trruen Gästen kein Interesse zu haben, was zum Gesamteindruck passt ....

Nice hotel. Definitely not air conditioned. Upon arrival, the one front desk clerk was rude, however, she was the only staff member who was. Others were extremely nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel and room. Nothing fancy. But the beds, the pool and specially the breakfast buffet was amazing. Easy to park and very close the the beautiful city centrum of Ulm.

The hotel is very well located close to the center of Ulm. 10 minutes walking distance. Shopping is there, many dinnnig opportunities. Ulm is a very nice city. friendly people. the Hotel has very friendly staff. Room was splendid.

The breakfast is like the best buffets in Las Vegas. Several choices and a wonderful espresso coffee machine. Breakfast employees are ever present, asking if one wants hot chocolate or coffee. Our room had a great view of the Ulm Minster. The rooms are large with a refrigerator and safe. The shower is high tech with push button and dial controls. Plus the water temperature is displayed. The Maritime Hotel Ulm is a first class facility with lots of high quality marble floors and columns and stained hardwood. Highly recommended!

Good overnight. Breakfast was overly crowded in which they couldn't manage. Decent enough. Gym and ironing room need to be found. Your key will work or they will give you a key but good luck walking in the appropriate direction first!

Lovely hotel! Buffet breakfast was great and parking really convenient. Spacious room with great views. Beds were quite firm but ok found the feather pillows were a bit too flat for me. Great idea to receive a little treat if you opt not to have your room cleaned. Lovely clean pool area with plenty of towels. Felt cool at 26 degrees but fine once you were in ☺️ would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at the Maritim, the pool was a nice bonus. The room was spacious and clean, but just a little dated. The bathroom was clean and modern. I must recommend the breakfast, it was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly
