wir hatten das Pech und hatten das Zimmer im 7. Stock! Im 8. Stock ist die Roof-Bar (die auch toll ist) abervam Samstag war da eine Musikveranstaltung und der „Lärm“ war im Zimmer laut zu höhren. Dann sind noch die Toiletten der Bar im 7. Stockwerk. Die teils gröllenden Gäste,….. Gerne wieder aber nicht im 7. Stock!!

Genügend Steckdosen, Nespresso-Maschine, Minibar, die gratis zur Verfügung stand (2 Mineralwasser, 1 Cola, 1 Fanta). Grosser TV. Im Badspiegel war ein Schminkspiegel integriert, Haartrockner vorhanden. Moderne Regendusche, WC separat. Das Frühstück wurde im 8. Stock serviert, wo es auch eine Rooftop-Bar hatte (leider ohne Aussicht). Es gab Rührei, Speck und Würstchen, diverses Brot und Kleingebäck, verschiedene Wurstwaren und Käse. Weiter verschiedene Cerealien, Birchermüesli (vegan), Joghurt und Früchte. Diverse Konfitüren, Butter, Margarine. Diverse Kaffeearten. Parken kann man im nahegelegenen Parkhaus Deutschhaus (18€ für ca. 23 Stunden). Das ganze Hotel ist bargeldlos, man kann nur mit Debit-/Kreditkarte bezahlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider gab es bei unserer Buchung ein Übermittlungsfehler und sie konnten unsere Buchung zunächst nicht finden. Dennoch konnten wir ein Zimmer beziehen, sehr unkompliziert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist am Anfang der Einrichtungsstil im Empfangsbereich ( subjektiv)... Die Zimmer sowohl funktional als auch angenehm eingerichtet, für die zentrale Lage erstaunlich ruhig, der Frühstücksraum und die Dachterrasse sehr schön! Habe den für ein Hotel sehr gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum genutzt.. für das Fahrrad gibt es einen abschließbaren Raum. Sehr freundliche und offene Mitarbeiterinnen und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück trugen zu einem insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei!

Die Bar war eher schlecht! Leider waren die diversen Getränke nicht gut zubereitet und die Zutaten wie tonic aus Plastik Flaschen so auch das Wasser! Bei einem Cocktail für um die 10€ sollte man schon mehr erwarten können!

Tolles, modernes Hotel in perfekter Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und die Betten extrem bequem. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders gefallen haben mir das hochwertige Frühstück und die gemütliche Atmosphäre der Bar. Absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder! 🌟

Very welcome and friendly staff at reception when arrival WE really feel WELCOME. First room we got SAFE BOX was Not working well so the friendly lady in reception change room for us and even want to help moving our stuff … FREE soft drinks is a very nice touch and more on the plus side NICE coffee machine (NES) …ok NO The and cream….…but the room at top and backside look like inside a jail (not like I had been there) just image NO really view from the window and another very strange things was open bath/shower room and NO private and separate toilet. NO space for your belongings. Sorry this was not our style – 1night was enough but give a BIG plus to reception female.

Das Hotel war sehr neu und sauber, jedoch waren die Zimmer sehr klein. Dadurch gab es leider keine Sitzmöglichkeit außer dem Bett. Am Abend konnte man die laute Musik der Bar in der 8. Etage deutlich im Zimmer hören. Unser Sonderwunsch, der bei der Buchung angegeben wurde, konnte leider nicht erfüllt werden. In der Nähe gibt es einige öffentliche Parkhäuser. Dort empfiehlt es sich erst nach 19:00 Uhr zu parken, da man dann von einem reduzierten Nachttarif profitiert. Alles in allem für eine Städtereise ok und preiswert.

Room was ok. It was such a dark place. Staff was rude to say the least and Restaurent food was cheap good one could by in Iceland or Aldi and heat up. Very low quality. Forgot something and tried calling and calling but they can’t be asked to pick up phone

A great modern hotel in a handy location right near the main rail station. The staff are really friendly and gave me a free welcome drink on the rooftop bar to apologise for the long wait to check in. The rooms are different with an open bathroom with just a curtain separating the shower from the room so be aware of that if sharing with friends! Toilet is in a separate room and there is a great free soft drink minibar with free cola, orange, water, alcohol free beer etc and a great Nespresso machine. The rooftop Arabic mezze restaurant is great if a little expensive for the size of portions. Really enjoyed the breakfast/brunch until 1pm at weekends, lots of choice, fresh items and good coffee! Right opposite the main station and minutes walk from the beautiful old town too!

A few problems at check in, they initially could not find our reservation and then could not see that it was pre-paid, so do be sure and keep that information with you, if you prepaid. All was handled well in a polite and friendly manner. The room is nice, compact and trendy, bed very comfortable. Location is perfect. Parking is available nearby in the Sedelhof. Breakfast was good.

Im Badspiegel war ein Schminkspiegel integriert, Haartrockner vorhanden. Moderne Regendusche, WC separat. Das Frühstück wurde im 8. Stock serviert, wo es auch eine Rooftop-Bar hatte (leider ohne Aussicht). Es gab Rührei, Speck und Würstchen, diverses Brot und Kleingebäck, verschiedene Wurstwaren und Käse. Weiter verschiedene Cerealien, Birchermüesli (vegan), Joghurt und Früchte. Diverse Konfitüren, Butter, Margarine. Diverse Kaffeearten. Parken kann man im nahegelegenen Parkhaus Deutschhaus (18€ für ca. 23 Stunden). Das ganze Hotel ist bargeldlos, man kann nur mit Debit-/Kreditkarte bezahlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider gab es bei unserer Buchung ein Übermittlungsfehler und sie konnten unsere Buchung zunächst nicht finden. Das Hotel hat einen guten Standard und ist hip :), sauber, tolles Frühstück, moderne Einrichtung. Lediglich das Bahnhofsviertel (was viele aber sicher schätzen werden) und fehlende Parkplätze direkt am Hotel gaben für ein gut und nicht sehr gut bei meiner Bewertung gesorgt. Gerne wieder!

Die Zimmer sowohl funktional als auch angenehm eingerichtet, für die zentrale Lage erstaunlich ruhig, der Frühstücksraum und die Dachterrasse sehr schön! Habe den für ein Hotel sehr gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum genutzt.. für das Fahrrad gibt es einen abschließbaren Raum. Sehr freundliche und offene Mitarbeiterinnen und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück trugen zu einem insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei!
