This is one of our best hotel experiences and we would absolutely stay here again. The staff were so accommodating and even though the latest we could check out was 1 pm, our flight was at midnight and they let us stay to use the pool, order food to the pool, use the spa and even shower. They were so generous and we spent 3 hours at the spa with a foot massage, facial, and an hour with the sauna and steam room. It was relaxing and the staff were wonderful. The room itself was luxurious with a super comfortable bed, nice view of the city and riverfront and hot shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was decent, typical buffet style with pastries, cereal, stir fry, fried rice, etc. the views from the restaurant and the pool were so incredible! We ordered lunch and they brought it to the pool, the fish amok, Caesar salad and French fries were all great. Easy walking distance from the Royal palace as well.

The hotel is just great, no other words. Everything was well presented and clean, both the room and the common areas. The staff was really kind and they quickly helped us with our requests. Everybody spoke good English. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices, both sweet and salty. If we'll go back to Phnom Penh, we'll stay here again for sure. They truly deserve the best!

The check-in/greeting staff were super friendly All of them were great and were especially helpful with suggestions on things to do. And the staff at The Savory Restaurant were very polite, efficient and obliging. We looked forward daily to service from the restaurant manager and all the waiters. Chaiya Palace is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and excellent. The breakfast was great and staff very attentive. The location is great and walkable to many locations. Tuk tuk’s available if you need a ride anywhere. The rooms are very clean, bright and large. We booked for 4 nights and then added 5 more nights. I totally recommend.

Food in restaurant is excellent and in expensive for the ambient environment. I had the seabass for usd7.5, delicious! Cocktails are served in proper glasses with the accouterments, and only usd5! Not watered down, very proper creations for an exceptional price. Only complaint is the small TV. Hotel location is also great. Definitely will stay here again.

Rooftop pool was really beautiful and clean. The views from top restaurant area including breakfast or rooftop bar oranywhere in the hotel really are stunning. Great place to walk at night with beautiful fountains and pagodas. Great place to jog and exercise and right behind hotel is a ton of street food vendors. Basically your own local night market. Riverfront is also easily walkable and safe.. we will dedifinitely stay here anytime we visit.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Booked a double deluxe and the room was spacious with one double and also a single bed. Friendly welcome from Sam at the front desk. Also got a really relaxing Khmer massage from Cherooi at the Spa. Also allowed to chill at the pool after check out while waiting for my evening flight. That's cool!

Close to night-life streets but not too close so it's quieter (one tuktuk away). Love the roof top pool and bar. Room is big. Sadly lots of insects tend to come in at night even with windows closed. Also, not much food options nearby. We walked few blocks around hotel but no decent local cafes. Would like to recommend staff, his name is Kasak. Very friendly, helpful and hospitable!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were the FRIENDLIST people I have ever met. Always smiling, it was impossible not to be happy. So accommodating too. We had a very spacious room, which was really clean. The pool area was really nice, and the pool was so refreshing after exploring the city. Great location for walking to all the must see spots.
