We were awake at 3am by loud music blasting. This was accompanied by a very poor but very loud singer. His female friend had an unhealthy, hacking cough. This went on for an hour. Also the pool which was advertised was empty.

Sadly I would have to say overall not very good the floor's were slipery and damp, the bathroom sink timber was bubbling it was biscuit board I had to kill 4 baby roaches in the bathroom and the door handle was falling off, the TV remote batteries were flat I swapped them with air-conditioning remote batteries. However the beds were very comfortable clean and tidy and we got a good nights sleep

The property was close to the venue that we wanted to attend, so was great it that respect. The room we had was close to the main road and was a little tired and run down, but for the price, we could not complain. I would stay here again, however it was disappointing that the Restaurant is still closed due to Covid.

Quick, easy checkin. Over powering fragrance smell in room, now lingering in clothing and bags. Small bathroom, the whole place needs an upgrade. Residents noisy and out in car park to early hours of the morning. Wasn’t brave enough to turn air conditioning on due to allergies already suffering from fragrance. Uncomfortable night.

Was very clean. Bed was comfy although opted for the single as the double seemed a bit too slept in. A lot of road noise as well as people checking in/arriving late and could hear talking. Apart from noise was good value and cleaner than a lot of hotels/motels I've stayed in

Had everything we needed for our quick sojourn. Lionel went above and beyond with his service and is an asset to the motel. Man deserves a raise. Would stay again when we’re in Newy next.

No late check in date when searching up om app. Few people got There after hours to find the office locked and no one there . Had to call to ask to get our keys . If they want to take our money make ius wait after hours when there no information about ,broken handle on cabinet, won’t be staying there again
