I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service. When I arrived I followed the instructions provided and rang the number provided by Novotel to book the free shuttle to the hotel. Unfortunately noone answered dispite trying over 5 times and waiting over 30minutes. I ended up walking to the hotel which is a walkable 10-15mins, however after a long flight and with luggage it is not ideal. Apart from that, the hotel is lovely with a great gym, swimming pool, sauna facility and many tasty food options.

I’ve stayed before on a coupe of occasions. Less impressed with check in this time than previous times. Arrived out of the rain to a young man who had no interpersonal skills. No greeting other than ‘name please’ which was given, then ‘ID’ which was placed on counter. He ignored this. He had still not made eye contact and asked for ID again. I had to pass this over the computer and at this point there was a cursory glance at my face. He went through the process of passing me the form to check and twice asked if I wanted one or two key cards… I was on my own and said one. Then he said Room 428 and that was it! My room was quiet. However….. there was hair on the bathroom floor (dark and long) so not mine, finger marks on the mirror and toilet button, so not cleaned to my expected standard I’m afraid. The food I ordered wasn’t great this time either. I’m booked again in a weeks time and hope for an improved overall standard.

Stayed twice while making connections. Brand new hotel. All good with exception of the first night which had a very dirty floor in the entrance and bathroom. Too tired to take to management but upon leaving a manager requested feedback. (most unusual but effective). Second night a week later all issues were resolved. Very comfortable pillows and mattress. Breakfast was amazing both times.

The bed was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good. I was expecting that the indoor poll was heated but it wasn’t. Also expected that the room was a bit bigger because the picture looks bigger. Can’t adjust the airconditioning lower than 21 degree celsius. Also, the hotel should inform the guests to book the facial and massage before checking in because it was already fully booked when I tried to book on the day. I was expecting a more relaxing day because I chose to spend my weekend here because it’s a hotel spa, sadly I didn’t. Maybe it’s just good for an airport hotel but would not recommend if you want a staycation or relaxation day.

It is very hard to get a hold of someone at the front desk. I had to go down a couple of times. They don’t have many international adaptors, so make sure you have some with you if you’re from overseas. They did find a cable for me so I could at least charge my phone. When I ordered room service, my order was incorrect. Could not get a hold of anyone, and had to go back down and get it corrected.

We requested and paid for a room upgrade on arrival. At checkout, we were advised that no further payment was required. However, later that same day, I noticed an additional charge on our credit card for the room upgrade. This means we have been charged twice for the same service. I would like to make a complaint with our stay at Novotel on 1st March 2025. We checked into the hotel on 1st March, and caught a good trip on the Airport Shuttle, from the airport. We were happy with the room. However when we checked out at 3:30am on 2nd March, the service was terrible. We had booked the shuttle bus back to the airport at 4am, 2nd March, and waited after we checked out. After 10 minutes of waiting, we checked at the front desk staff, and was told that the shuttle bus had cancelled. The male staff even told us that he knew we were booked at 4pm for the Shuttle, but neglected to inform us of the cancellation. This inaction by the staff is not professional at all, and I believe does damage to the reputation of the hotel brand. Can I suggest that the staff be more trained, so that they have more of the well-being of the hotel guests in mind? I don't think a simple message to us informing us of the shuttle cancellation is too much to ask??? We would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Nicely located within a 15 minute walk to the airport terminal, though a shuttle bus is also available if you have a bit of luggage. Also conveniently located to the T4 car park and bus terminal. Very clean and comfortable room with a good shower. Price for the night was reasonable and the check in/out process was quick and easy. Would definitely use this hotel again

Hotel was very noisy in the rooms compared to other airport hotels directly opposite airport. Almost seemed like it wasn't sound proof given its an airport hotel it's necessary. 10min walk to airport terminal 2 but booked shuttle due to kids and early morning, shuttle left early without us even though we were in lobby a few min prior to 6am with no other option other than to walk with young kids and multiple suitcases.

- Restaurant closed until 5PM on Sundays and Mondays after the breakfast service. Ridiculous. - Bar menu cocktail and food menu small. Arancini was ok but overcooked. Calamari and salad were much better. - Bathroom pokey. Hand nozzle was not connected in the shower. Two very small sinks side-by-side, should be deeper or just one big basin. Bath very small. - Initial junior suite looks out on a roof and no view aside from an intersection. Suites shouldn’t have such a poor view. Mattress comfortable however.

Great hotel, so close to airport, the breakfast was amazing. The only negative was as we stayed on a Saturday we either had to do a set menu which wasn’t cheap or only get bar snacks for dinner. A slight disappointment as the place was full of advertising about burgers. But overall a great stay and I will be back

The room was dusty, the air conditioning was not working properly, I could switch it on, but it won’t switch off, addressed the malfunction with the staff, nothing was done Asked for house cleaning on Saturday afternoon, only to come back to untidy room, called in at reception, nothing was done, another call, nothing was actioned until 2pm on Sunday. I still had to repeat myself of what should be done, I asked for manager on site to explain why this happened, he never showed up. I was given drink vouchers to use, while they are cleaning up. Thanks but no thanks I don’t think it should be that hard to simply do what is right. The buffet plates, this is on Sunday were dirty, I had to ask for clean ones, look at this point I thought I was dreaming. Disappointed the hotel that is well established, and brand new would have staff that are incompetent. Maybe I was not lucky. I could have extended my stay, but with that level of service, and the price point, no way. I still have anxiety from the experience, perhaps not to book the sane chain of hotels. Since this has been my first time having to experience this kind of service. Yeah
