Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und Betten sowie Bettzeug sehr angenehm um gut zu schlafen. Highlight des Hotels ist auf jeden Fall der Fitness und Wellness Bereich. Es gibt Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer. Der Aufzug in den 9. Stock ist nicht weit. Alles ist gut ausgeschildert es gibt ausreichend Handtücher und kostenlos Wasser. Die Fitnessgerate sind ausreichend könnten aber mal gewartet werden. Der Pool mit Ausblick allein ist eine Reise wert.

Zentral, in 3 Minuten zu Fuß im Bahnhof. Schönes Spa im 9. Stock mit fantastischem Ausblick. Prima Fitnessraum. Sehr gute Hotelbar und nette kleine Bar im 8.Stock. Essen und Getränke sehr prima. Beim Frühstück ist für 5 Sterne noch etwas Luft nach oben. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich, wir haben in den 14 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Unser Zimmer, weg von der Eilgutstrasse, war sehr ruhig. Wir waren nicht das erste und sicher auch nicht das letzte Mal da. Tip: Der Italiener gegenüber ist prima.

My only complaint was that our room wasn’t cleaned very well when we left for the day. They took the cups and saucers etc and didn’t replace them. We had to go out and request cups and coffee to replenish our room. The front desk was excellent and very helpful.

The hotel property was great; however, our room had a left over roll-away bed left in it (that we easily got resolved). The big issue we had was the bathroom that had black mold. The water and humidity from the shower created a breading ground for this and it’s only going to get worse.

Ausser dem WLAN war alles empfehelenswert. Dass man in dieser Kategorie im Zimmer nur einen äusserst schwachen WLAN-Empfang hat, das reklamiert und auch nach 4 Tagen keine Reaktion erfolgt, finde ich gar nicht gut. Schade!

The hotel was okay for a one night stay on our way to Frankfurt airport. It was within walking distance to Nuremberg old town. However, the facility was old and worn. the cleaning staff were using the same elevator as the guests to go up and down. The front desk staff were not friendly or knowledgable. They forgot that we had valet our car and we waited for 30 minutes before asking them again about our car status.

A beautiful property close to the train station. Convenient to the area and trams its a great base camp point. The staff was exceptional, attentive, and very thoughtful ready to help with whatever we needed. The restaurant was excellent and we really enjoyed the breakfast options.
