The Hotel is really close to the metro station and close old town. The rooms were pretty large for a European standard and really comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice with a lot of options. The Staff were great during the check in/out process and provided suggestions of activities in town (other than the Christmas Markets). The have a laundry facility in the basement with irons and ironing boards, which was nice when you want to freshen up your clothes after a couple of days traveling.

It has parking on site, but you must get in early because on two out of three nights, I cam too late and had to park on the street in a time-restricted zone. The check-in on a Sunday afternoon, when there was just one attendant at the reception, took an exceptionally long time to complete.

Very quiet! Elevator was tricky to operate. No clear indication of where you are supposed to touch. Even the front desk staff had difficulty calling it. Clean hotel, lots of towels, free water, free coffee. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

Ich kann das Hotel bestens empfehlen, super Betten , absolut ruhig direkte U-Bahn Nähe. Frühstück super, hervorragende Brötchen , nichts hat gefehlt. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich , Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Hotel eigenen Parkplatz.

In all it is a reasonable place to stay if your on the road or have a few things to attend to in the area. The fact that there is a free coffee machine in the lobby makes all the difference and keeps one caffienated during operations. The young man at the front desk sporting an afro hair do was one of the nicest hotel employees I have met in months. A warm smile and friendly chat are a very pleasant addition to a mans stay.

Habe das größere Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht und ein drittes Bett vorgefunden. Habe mir erlaubt das dritte Bett abzuraeumen.... Bitte darunter auch saugen. Frühstückstaum und Frühstück waren super, auch die Mitarbeiterinnen. Hotel ist empfehlenswert..

Freundliche und sehr funktional gestaltete Zimmer mit Balkon und richtigem Kühlschrank. Schreibtisch mit zwei Stühlen - sehr praktisch. Wir sind regelmäßig dort, weil wir in der Nähe zu tun haben und kommen immer gerne wieder. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das vergleichsweise sehr umfangreiche Frühstückbuffet. Mit der U-Bahn, deren Station in unmittelbarer Nähe ist, kommt man auch sehr schnell in die Innenstadt.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft, Bad eher sehr klein, Bett auch sehr klein....Frühstück ausreichend und umfangreich. Also für ein, zwei Nächte durchaus zu empfeheln. Urlaub möchte ich dort nicht verbringen.

Zimmer sind schon recht in die Jahre gekommen und sollten mal überholt werden, alles etwas beengt, TV finde ich zu klein aber für 1-3 Nächte in Nürnberg ist es gut. Personal sehr freundlich, Parkplatz kostet pro Nacht 7€, eigentlich denke ich, dass ein Parkplatz bei der Übernachtung dabei sein sollte aber 7€ ist noch okay. Frühstück ist gut, da kann man nichts sagen, hier gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht inkl. aller Kaffeespezialitäten wie Latte, Cappu, Espresso usw.. Die Lage finde ich wirklich super! In einer Minute ist man an der U-Bahnstation (Bahn kommt alle 3 Minuten) und 8 Minuten später in der Innenstadt. Wenn wir wieder in Nürnberg sein sollten werde ich hier wieder buchen.

Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, aber ruhig und sauber. Kleiner TV an der Wand. Kühlschrank war im Zimmer....gute Idee.

Wir kommen seit etwa 15 Jahren regelmäßig. Diesmal waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht. Zunächst waren aufgrund von Straßenbauarbeiten die gewohnten kostenfreien öffentlichen Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe nicht zugänglich. Okay, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Das Zimmer war auch wie gewohnt in Ordnung, vernünftiger Best Western Standard, kein Luxus aber alles vorhanden, auch ein recht großer Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher, was beides inzwischen anderswo längst nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Enttäuscht waren wir diesmal vom Frühstücks-Service. Da ist uns eine der Servicekräfte gleich mehrfach durch Unfreundlichkeit und Lustlosigkeit aufgefallen, nicht nur uns gegenüber sondern erkennbar aucj gegenüber anderen Gästen. Am zweiten Tag war zudem der halbe Frühstückraum nicht zugänglich, da anderweitig "reserviert". In der Folge mussten die Gäste mit einem Tischabstand von nur 40-50cm sehr beengt frühstücken, ein erhebliches Manko. Ein entspannter Tagesauftakt sieht anders aus. Da am letzten Tag die Bedingungen wieder wie gewohnt gut waren, werden wir dennoch wiederkommen.

Staff was very friendly at all times. Getting help with anything was simple. I was very forgetful with my roomkey more times than I'd like to admit and no one was bothered. Hanna working the night shift most nights while I was there was exceptional and I appreciated her saving my hat. My experience was so good I will most likely be returning next year to this same hotel. Thank you so much again!

Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und reichlich. Es wurde immer aufgefüllt und es gab eine tolle und breite Auswahl. Der Check In war leider nicht so erfreulich. Wir sind an eine sehr unfreundliche Dame geraten. Das ubser Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt war und es nich dauert haben wir natürlich verstanden und an der Seite gewartet. Nach 2 stundne haben wir nochmal freundlich nachgefragt. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte wieder sehr unfreundlich es sei noch keine 14 Uhr. Zu unserem Glück stand wohl die Chefin daneben und schaute sich unsere Buchung an und meinte das Zimmer ist doch sauber, dann dürfen die Gäste auch schon rein. Klar gibt es Check In zeiten aber wenn Kunden wegen Zuganbindung etc. Früher da sind und das Zimmer auch früher fertig ist verstehen wir es leider gar nicht. Schon gar nicht mit dieser unfreundlichen Art. Hinzu kam dass mein Partner seine Zahnbürste vergessen hatte. Es freut uns sehr das Best Western für solche Situationen GRATIS Artikel zur Verfügung stellt, aber die unfreundliche Rezeptionisitin hat einem rundum das Gefühl zu geben zu stören. In all it is a reasonable place to stay if your on the road or have a few things to attend to in the area. The fact that there is a free coffee machine in the lobby makes all the difference and keeps one caffienated during operations. The young man at the front desk sporting an afro hair do was one of the nicest hotel employees I have met in months. A warm smile and friendly chat are a very pleasant addition to a mans stay.

Das Best Western ist praktisch und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind auch bequem und es gibt ein gutes Frühstück. Wenn Bustouristen da sind, wird es leider etwas ungemütlich. Subway Station 50m entfernt. Nachteil: die Umgebung ist nicht sehr ansprechend und es gibt nur ein annehmbares Restaurant in der Umgebung.

Freundliche und sehr funktional gestaltete Zimmer mit Balkon und richtigem Kühlschrank. Schreibtisch mit zwei Stühlen - sehr praktisch. Wir sind regelmäßig dort, weil wir in der Nähe zu tun haben und kommen immer gerne wieder. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das vergleichsweise sehr umfangreiche Frühstückbuffet. Mit der U-Bahn, deren Station in unmittelbarer Nähe ist, kommt man auch sehr schnell in die Innenstadt.

Wir kommen seit etwa 15 Jahren regelmäßig. Diesmal waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht. Zunächst waren aufgrund von Straßenbauarbeiten die gewohnten kostenfreien öffentlichen Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe nicht zugänglich. Okay, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Das Zimmer war auch wie gewohnt in Ordnung, vernünftiger Best Western Standard, kein Luxus aber alles vorhanden, auch ein recht großer Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher, was beides inzwischen anderswo längst nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Enttäuscht waren wir diesmal vom Frühstücks-Service. Da ist uns eine der Servicekräfte gleich mehrfach durch Unfreundlichkeit und Lustlosigkeit aufgefallen, nicht nur uns gegenüber sondern erkennbar aucj gegenüber anderen Gästen. Am zweiten Tag war zudem der halbe Frühstückraum nicht zugänglich, da anderweitig "reserviert". In der Folge mussten die Gäste mit einem Tischabstand von nur 40-50cm sehr beengt frühstücken, ein erhebliches Manko. Ein entspannter Tagesauftakt sieht anders aus. Da am letzten Tag die Bedingungen wieder wie gewohnt gut waren, werden wir dennoch wiederkommen.

Very quiet! Elevator was tricky to operate. No clear indication of where you are supposed to touch. Even the front desk staff had difficulty calling it. Clean hotel, lots of towels, free water, free coffee. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located one block away from the Eberhardshof subway station. The building appeared new, was clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with a hair dryer but the staff was very accommodating and provided a workable solution. The included breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. For lunch and dinner there are several casual and take-out restaurants in the area. We had dinners at Meals of Inspiration (MOI), a Thai restaurant, and at Suryana Imbiss, which serves middle eastern food. The staff at both restaurants were very helpful and did there best to accomodate our english language requests.
