Generally a good and on a budget hotel but rooms must be cleaned better, lot of dust over the desk and where TV is placed. Breakfast is good but I've never been in the resturant i I can't review it. Very nice wellness area wit sauna, massages and pool. The gym is ok but there was 2 machine out of service, can be improved.

The biggest problem with this hotel is that you cannot control the temperature of your own room. All AC systems are connected to one system. The rooms were way too hot, 26 Celsius through the night. They kept “trying to fix it”. Finally, someone admitted that the hotel was going to be remodeled in the next year. They should not be charging the rates they are charging when the hotel is tired, and in need of remodeling and being in the modern age. If you don’t need to be at the university, I would not recommend for you to stay here.

Ac was not working in our room. Although we asked many times, they didnt fix and they didnt change our room.it waa too hot and we coulnt sleep I dont recommend using pool area with kids as stuff doesnt care whats happening. A few couples was literally acting very inappropriately in the pool and in front of the kids. there was no warning at all..they should have said adult only pool area....

2018 yılından beri Ankara 'ya geldiğimde kaldığım Otel. Ancak odalarda kullanılan halılar hiç değiştirilmemiş.kirli ve tozlu. Otelin lokasyonu ve Çalışanların ilgi ve güleryüzlü davranışları nedeni ile tercih ediyorum.

The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, despite opting for a non-smoking room. I changed and in the new room I had no electricity in the morning as the bathroom light blew it. Not a good experience for a 3 night stay.

Had to change 2 rooms before settle in the 3rd one during our 2 nights stay. We\'ve booked a deluxe room which was an upgrade from the standard ones on the "renovated" part of the hotel. We walked in to our first room and immediately run out because of the terrible septic smell! Without properly apologizing, front desk moved us to our second room. The room was outdated, the bed was so awful it would be better if we slept on the floor. The plumbing in the shower and bathroom sink weren\'t working at all, even during a very quick shower walk-in shower flooded. We had to complain once again after our first night in agony and they moved us to our third room on our second night. The accommodations weren\'t improved at all but at that point we just wanted pushed through the night and leave immediately in the morning. Will never stay there again!

Bir arkadaşımızın kızının düğünü için otele geldik. Gece de otel de kaldık. Oldukça büyük bir organizasyon olmasına rağmen kusursuz servis vardı. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Otel odamız sigara içilen bir oda da olsa sın derece temiz ve kokususuzdu. Yeni renove edilmişti. Çok memnun kaldık ailece.

The biggest problem with this hotel is that you cannot control the temperature of your own room. All AC systems are connected to one system. The rooms were way too hot, 26 Celsius through the night. They kept “trying to fix it”. Finally, someone admitted that the hotel was going to be remodeled in the next year. They should not be charging the rates they are charging when the hotel is tired, and in need of remodeling and being in the modern age. If you don’t need to be at the university, I would not recommend for you to stay here.

Bilkent Hotel is in an amazing location, serene, quiet and calming. The staff is fantastic, every single person we interacted with was very kind and polite. We will definitely go back and visit again soon. We loved our stay here. Thank you.

Check-in hızlıydı. Çalışanlar samimi ve güler yüzlü Odamız temiz ve düzenliydi. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli ve bol çeşitliydi. Ayrıca North Shield otele dahil olması çok hoştu. Bundan sonra Ankaraya yapılacak seyahatlerimin adresi kesinikle burası.

Memnun olmadığım hiçbirşey yok. Oda servisi ve Akdeniz restoranı da mükemmeldi. Odanın temizliği düzeni, resepsiyon herşey çok iyiydi. Sadece tek eleştirim eski bir otel olmasından olsa gerek klimadan gece boyunca garip sesler geliyordu, sürekli oda kapısının açılmaya çalışıldığı gibi bir ses vardı. Ac was not working in our room. Although we asked many times, they didnt fix and they didnt change our room.it waa too hot and we coulnt sleep I dont recommend using pool area with kids as stuff doesnt care whats happening. A few couples was literally acting very inappropriately in the pool and in front of the kids. there was no warning at all..they should have said adult only pool area....
