Arriving quite late at night but a couple of hours before pub closing time, we only expected a place for the night. So we were delighted to learn a lot of issues of local interest from the bar tender and had the best breakfast in our 20 day tour of Britain. The thickest carpet in all the years we have travelled in UK - is this where a lot of the local sheep had gone? A beautiful hotel indeed!

Great breakfasts, amazing dinner too. We loved our room which worked perfectly for the 3 of us. Thanks to all the incredible staff too! We'll be back!
