I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations.The staff at the hotel were welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast has limited variety but always fresh with options to meet your special diet needs. The food at their restaurant was always fresh and tasty. We were never disappointed with any of our choices at the restaurant. It must be noted that hotel guests enjoy at discounted rate at the in house restaurant. The staff are attentive and assist guest with local travels by arranging taxis. A special thank you to Luke for always being ready help with a smile. A big thank you to Vikas Parab who resolved minor issues professionally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be in central Mumbai

I would have given five stars all around but had to dock a star based on the breakfast experience. Seating area far too small for a hotel this size, breakfast offerings very average, no proper system for the omelette station (three times in a row the omelette I ordered was given away to other patrons)- on the whole, chaotic. Needs improvement for sure.

Stayed for one night when in Mumbai on business as close to the office I was visiting. Check in and check out were both quick and staff very friendly. Room was a good size and clean and there was a good selection of drinks and snacks in minibar if you wanted them. Only issue I had was that the hotel does not appear on Google maps so was a little tricky to find. I think it was formally the Sangam Guest House. The hotel should really update this.

Room was very good value for money, bed was comfortable, shower was nice and room was spacious as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only slight criticism I’d have is that the location isn’t as tourist friendly as other hotels, however there are taxis always outside the hotel so it’s not much of an issue. Would happily stay here again, thank you!
