Nice facility with a good restaurant on site. Right on the river with a walkway and benches.

Hotel is being renovated. Rooms being rented are freshly remodeled. No construction noise during my overnight stay. Laundry, arcade, breakfast bar and workout room are all functional. Bring a roll of quarters and some small bills if you want to play in the arcade.

Great breakfast with waffles, yogurt, eggs, etc. indoor pool is great with hot tub and they also have free use of washer and dryers. Game room also for the kids,

The hotel is under construction. It is kind of a maze right now. Hopefully when things are finished it'll be better. For example, 3 if the ice machines I found were not usable. It was a fine stay still and has a nice breakfast.

OK place to stay, but it needs an elevator

Only OK. Pool water was cloudy. The milk and juice machines didn’t work at breakfast. Lots of construction in the hotel. The shower curtain did not effectively keep water off the floor. Room smelled like smoke. Otherwise, it was fine for a one night stay.

They are doing a good job of keeping it nice while under construction. All the employees are awesome and really try. They are doing construction so there are things that you deal with. I'd like to see a couple more options for breakfast. However, they do serve until 10am which is awesome. Whiskey Butter their restaurant is amazing. The Chef's menu is delicious and the bartenders are mixologists.

Nice, clean hotel. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Only negatives were that the hot tub water was cloudy, so I didn’t use it although that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The ice machine on level 2 was not working. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was empty. Fortunately they had coffee near the check-in desk.

This hotel is very large and spread out, so be prepared for a long walk to breakfast. No elevators, but big rooms. Nice, big selection for breakfast; i wish their juice wasn't so watered down, though. There is a nice trail for walking dogs along the river.

Breakfast selection was limited. There were many Tesla EV chargers but none for other EV compatible. Please add other types of chargers.

Very clean, good size room and employees are nice and friendly.

Clerk at front desk was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We went into our first room and found a swimsuit in the bathroom. Then we found food in the refrigerator. Then we noticed a food container under the bed. It still had food in it. The housekeeper did a horrible job cleaning the room after the previous guest. The front desk clerk apologized and quickly found another room for us. Unfortunately, even though the clerk was great, we probably wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

While the staff were very nice at the hotel, the hotel smelled horribly. We felt uncomfortable staying there and checked out early.

Room was not clean, found a shirt in the room that was left by the previous tenant. Shower curtain was missing. Asked for one the next morning and it was not in the room when we got back that evening. Tried calling the front desk to ask for one, but the phone didn’t work.

Waited for receptionist for a while when we first got there that even the guy in front of us waiting first ended up putting his drink and snacks they have for sale back. Bedding had many stains on them which we had to ask for fresh new bedding twice. Floors were extremely dirty. Food crumbs all around the bed and underneath. Mold in the shower. Didn't want to put my toddler and infant in the bath because I was paranoid since it looked like they don't deep clean at all. AC in the room smelt very bad like mildew and had me sneezing and congestion with wheezing all night. Very disappointed with this stay especially for the price.

Clerk at reception was fantastic. Bed was comfortable room a bit dated. Carpet in room was dirty. Gross spots of mystery.

The room we got was NOT like shown on website/expedia. Was old, dirty carpets, room smelled stale. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Would not recommend.

The staff was super friendly when we checked in. They gave us warm cookies for the whole family. There has definitely been upgrades made to the hotel when you first walk in. Our room…. There was black stuff on the white comforter, stuff all over the phone. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be updated and is extremely stained. When we crawled into bed, there was food in between the sheets.

Overall the hotel was fine. I liked the pool/hot tub area. My stay was fine and I really didn’t have any issues. The only inconvenience was the air conditioner in the room wasn’t to my liking; it either wasn’t working properly or it was regulated by the hotel….the room was a little too warm for me. I did notice the shower curtain rod was a little damaged and I’m not sure how much longer it is going to stay attached to the wall. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to other travelers.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and quietness. Nice amenities. We did have 5 people tracking with us and our room was too small for a roll away bed, so we had to cram 3 kids into one bed.

Stayed for one night while traveling. Arrived late and left early in the morning. Overall it was a fine hotel, but my main complaint is that the room is advertised as having two queen beds. The beds were definitely not queen size. They must have been full size. I would not stay again because of this.

Enjoyed the stay. Didn't like TV service, didn't have normal ABC, NBC, CBS channels. Wanted to watch Monday and Sunday night football but couldn't without streaming service. Only had Roku channels and couldn't access games there! Big disappointment!

This property looked great from the listing photos, but did not look or feel great when we arrived. Our room was cold and the blankets were scratchy, stiff, waffle-weave blankets. There were no other blankets. I honestly thought they had forgotten to finish making the beds based on the lack of blanketing. The door didn't feel like it latched securely, we could hear everything from the hallway, the plugs sparked when we plugged in our phone chargers, and the outlets, switches, tissue box holders in the bathroom were really rusty and partially painted over. The ceiling tiles in the hallway were really gross and needed replaced. Our room smelled VERY strongly of carpet glue. We just felt very uncomfortable there the entire time. Before I even commented on anything, my 14 year old son said it felt really creepy to him and he kept asking if he could just go sleep in the car. I felt the same and were glad we were just staying the one night. After we checked in and kids were asleep, I looked a bit closer at reviews and it really did feel like we were staying in a place that had been trashed and was being refurbished. We stayed in a different hotel a few days before in Casper, and it was cheaper and much better quality. I honestly felt tricked and deceived by the listing photos and the reviews I initially saw, compared to what we actually stayed in. On a positive note, continental breakfast was good and they had a pretty good variety of food options available.

The rooms are decent, but noisy. You hear so much of what is going on in the hall or the room next to you. Overall it is worth the price. For some reason the lobby smelled like a septic system, but the rooms didn’t smell so that is good.

Room was clean but dated. The breakfast was minimal. Our room didn’t have a remote for the TV -tried calling the front desk-continually busy?

The interior was updated from the last time I stayed here and under the former name. But it is still gloomy and dark. Beds were comfy. Room was freezing when I got in and took a while to warm up. The whole hotel was freezing. Was the heater not working or conserving energy? I had to put my coat on before going out of my room into the hallway. I noticed employees wearing jackets or sweaters while working too.

I didn't like the fact it had Roku and not cable

I won’t be using this site again to book rooms. When we arrived to check in, the motel only had one of the three rooms I reserved and was completely sold out for the night. I was left scrambling to find places for my family to stay. Extremely disappointed with both the motel and booking site.

The atrium area was so neat. It somehow worked perfectly for breakfast in the morning, a gathering place in the afternoon and for kids in the pool later. The woman at the check-in desk was an absolute gem too!

Overall had a good stay. The breakfast was good and the staff serving were very nice. Couldn’t find anyone at the front desk, check in was slow and no one was there for check out, tried calling the number they left to reach someone and it never got answered. They were doing a renovation and our rooms looked like they could use some improvement. Was cheap and would stay again if prices stayed the same!

Nice setting next to the river, and along a walking path. Staffing was problematic, and the front desk was not staffed adequately during expected busy times - afternoons for check in, mornings for check out. I would stay here again.

There were a couple of pickups (with men) that parked near the river, in the back, after work hours, pulled out their portable BBQs and started their dinner. I had planned to do the river walk but I was uncomfortable and uncertain so I went somewhere else to workout. The shower soap was out, the 2 light switches in the main room did not work on the lamp like fixtures. The guy from front office had to come make the tv work because the previous people had adjusted it for their games. I was pretty disappointed because this is usually where I stay if we’re coming to Casper.

Very good service. Free laundry. Hotel undergoing some upgrades, so some things a bit undone, but decent sized room.

We had a reservation yet. When we arrived, they said, yes, there were no clean rooms. Available, it was almost 7 pm. We waited over a half an hour to get a room

Checked in and keys did not work. When we got in the room it had not been cleaned. Went back to lobby for the 3rd time and had to wait 30-45 minutes for help at the front desk. The new room was cleaned but had a mildew smell and carpet was very stained.

Nothing was unique except the bad service. No towels or wash rags in rooms. Manager rode around on segway through all the halls and outside property while on cell phone. Would put a sign up saying he was with guest - all the while he was on his segway & cell phone. Even left it outside the main desk door blocking the hallway. Had to request towels EVERY day for 4 days. My sister was handicap and we were not told of parking lot repair till late in the evening on the first day. Therefore, we had to park in the front parking lot and she had to walk from all the way in the back of the hotel to the front whenever we had to leave. Very hard on her to walk and was slow going. We were there for Natrona Graduation. She came all the way from Texas and she was not treated well - NO SERVICE. She and her daughter called 3 time in one day for them to deliver toilet paper and I called the front desk as well - never did attempt to deliver toilet paper. Had to get some from another room. Every day we had to call. ABSOLUTELY Horrible service. Do not recommend this hote.

I got in extremely late for check-in (almost midnight) the gentleman that helped me was amazing! Very friendly and polite and had my family and I set with a room in no time. The hotel has a very classy feel as soon as you walk through the doors. The beds are comfortable, the pillows weren't flat or lumpy, and our room was clean and tidy. They are doing renovations as noted when I set the reservation, there's even a sign by the door when you come in. I was expecting more mess or something based on some of the other reviews but it was very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Super great and walkable distance from Downtown Casper which was very fun, everyone there was so sweet and helpful, breakfast was ready early morning, quiet but relaxing

It’s a very convenient location next to the North Platte river and close to the highway exit. We had our bikes with us and loved hopping on the river trail.

It is a quieter area, has a walking path by the river. The staff have always been friendly and make you feel welcome.

Love that the hotel is right on the waters of the North Platte. My son fished right on property and caught two fish in about a half hour of fishing. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Air conditioner was a bit hit or miss. Overall, this is my number in choice for a hotel in Casper.

We wanted to love this…. But unfortunately it turned out to be horrible. The site said we checkin was at 2, we showed up after long travel at 2:10 and was told they changed it to 3. Then we came back at 3, and they said they don’t have enough employees for housekeeping and it would be a few minutes. We got into our room a few minutes before 5!!!!!!! AC was terrible and we sweated through the night and could not sleep. When we tried to call the front desk for help? No response. I paid an incredible amount for this. It was for a special occasion and I got the “king suite” I’ll attach all photos. Carpet was unfinished and pieces of the wall were falling off and missing. The add boasted “ soundproof rooms” and we ended up making earplugs out of napkins to cover the sound of the screaming toddlers in the next room. The front desk staff were kind but soooo stressed. Breakfast was cold and out of almost everything. Cookies were amazing! Pool/atrium was great.

Breakfast was not great, no eggs just potato's, turkey sausage (not good) & waffles.. oh pastries & cereal.

Hotel is good, onsite restaurant a little expensive and breakfast doesn't have much diabetic dietary needs. Other than that I like this place. I have stayed here 3 times now.

Great restaurant, and bar on 1st floor. The food took a bit lo g but was told new cooks wers being trained, so understandable.
