The kitchen needed some dish towels but the kitchen was otherwise great. A hairdryer would have been nice. The hot tub is not heated but the pool area is really nice. Used the gym and it was great. Looked out over the ocean. If you are doing a lot of things in the city, it might be better to stay closer. Uber rides were $15-20 each.

Although the condo was pretty small, the building amenities made up for it! The views are great everywhere. The rooftop pool, gym and co-working area were clean, super comfortable, stylish and again had amazing views. Staff was also very nice. However, the communication with Arcadia was not good at all. We couldn't get an answer on WhatsApp before we checked in and during our stay it was iffy. The condo was very comfortable even though you had to ask for additional paper products.

This is an excellent alternative to a traditional hotel or those requiring longer stays and would like a kitchen. Business condo is a good option and has laundry. Only real disappointment was electrical switches are poorly wired, which made light operation difficult. Recreation, pool and fitness areas on upper floors are quite nice and clean, and have excellent views. Cafe on ground level has simple, but good food choices, but operating hours are limited. Location is safe and walkable to nearby shopping and activities. Good access to indoor parking garage, as well as street parking.

Place is immaculate. Rooms are exquisite,clean and functional. Excellent for persons who like to prepare their meals, Local grocery nearby,close to towncentre complex. Safe,I enjoyed running around the block. Excellent gym,and the pool is a beauty.

The Arcadia is a well maintained property centrally located in walking distance to a mall, various restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. The staff are very friendly. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars is that we were charged twice and it took several days to get confirmation that the extra booking charges were credited.

The property was beautiful and the staff was great. Unfortunately, there are many nightclubs on the block and you cannot sleep until they stop which is around 5 AM. The hotel was nice enough to give us a white noise machine, but it didn’t do the job and so for two nights we did not sleep. It’s really sad because the room is lovely. The hotel is lovely, but you will not get any sleep.

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures! We stayed in unit 1508 and it felt brand new—super clean, stylish, and in a very safe area. I was nervous about booking last minute, but check-in was smooth. Irving greeted us and made us feel at home. Another huge plus is the location—you’re right across the street from a beautiful, modern mall with tons of great stores, cafes, and restaurants. There’s also a dog park directly across the street, as well as a family-friendly park nearby that’s perfect for walks or letting the kids play. Costa del Este is such a fantastic area—clean, safe, and ideal for both relaxing and exploring. It really added to the overall experience! A few areas to note: The hot/cold water is reversed (hot = cold), but once we figured it out, the showers were amazing! Rooftop pool and lounge area? Perfect. Lobby? Bright and comfy. A few more notes: no dishwasher, no shelf in the shower, and makeup lighting was really dim. For longer stays, bring your own paper towels, dish soap, and coffee supplies—plus there’s no dustpan for sweeping. Still, we absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. Would book again in a heartbeat!
