Modern and clean hotel, perfect for one night stay before the early flight! However, we had a bad experience with shuttle. We were told no reservation was required but when we came down to the lobby within 5min of departure time, we were told the shuttle already left because it was full! We had to wait for next one and almost missed our flight! Not a great process!

The staff were extremely friendly, and check-in was very efficient. However, the hotel’s airport shuttle was unavailable during my stay. It would have been nice to have been notified that it was out of service before my arrival, since that was part of the reason that I selected the hotel. Great hotel itself fairly close to airport but absolutely nothing to see in the surrounding area. Shuttle only runs 4 am to noon and then from 4pm onwards … you also have to pre-arrange a shuttle pickup from airport 3days in advance which wasn’t made clear.

I chose this hotel by airport for the free shuttle. You must make a reservation but cant make it till you check it. When I checked in late evening i was told that 7 am shuttle was full but they could take me at 6 am. I was told shuttle is based on availability but i didnt see notice of that. In fact in elevator it says free shuttle and no mention of limited availability. I spent 10 euros on an Uber. I prpbably would have stayed elsewhere if I knew about the shuttle. False advertisement

Industrial area. One issue that we had was with the shuttle that says in the description of the hotel that is coming every 30 min, that is not correct. you have to request the shuttle and than find out that hours that you need are not available. we had to take the public bus that did not accept a 50 euro bill so this was super inconvenient. we tried to call hotel, did it at least 4 times and nobody answer, that is also unacceptable

On the way back to Canada from a cruise. Needed a hotel stay near airport Lisbon. This turned out to be a great choice. Easy check in. Beautiful modern hotel. GREAT breakfast included. Shuttle to airport every 20 minutes. Reliable and a great inclusion. Highly recommend.

We booked this hotel because of the convenience to the airport since we had an early flight. however, even though we booked our shuttle, they did not save our reservation in the system so at 5am we had to book an Uber which took a really long time to come.

There was no water in the hotel but they said toilet worked and it was just low water pressure. Not true! Toilet did not flush and no sink water! We had to leave, pay an uber and book another hotel!

Rooms and bathrooms are small but clean and comfortable. The air conditioning did not work in our room, which was pretty terrible early June. Thankfully my kids had the connecting room with working air conditioning, so I was able to sleep there (my older daughter and my husband are less sensitive to heat). We opened the connecting door so they were able to get some cool air that way too. No compensation was offered for the non working air conditioning by staff in the morning. The restaurant inside the hotel has good food and good service. The shuttle is a nice touch, it was timely and the driver was friendly. We did not get the bagged breakfast that was offered and we asked for, but I guess that happens. There is a shoe store next door to the hotel (accessible from the hotel) with good selection and good prices for leather shoes.

The person who checked us in at night was rude & in a hurry to get us checked in. When I booked it it said there was a shuttle but it wasn’t available for 6:45 am. The hotel needs renovation.

Ich bin nicht sicher ob wir Pech hatten, oder es die Regel ist, dass jeder Check in etwa 20 Minuten dauert. Durch eine kleine Gruppe vor uns standen wir genau 90 Minuten am Check In an. Sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Unsere eh schon kurze Nacht vor dem Flug um 06:00 hat sich dadurch fast erübrigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch wirklich höflich und sehr bemüht, das Problem muss wo anders gelegen haben. Für so eine grosse Hottel Kette ist das absolut unverständlich.

We stayed at this property twice in the last week. The Staff are AMAZING. Everyone we talked to from the airport shuttle drivers to the people at the front desk were welcoming, helpful, super friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was appreciated. This is a great hotel before or after a flight!

Its a nice area close to the airport. There is nothing around the area that I’m aware of. I picked the area due to airport proximity. They offer FREE airport shuttle 4am- 12nn 1630-??? But must be scheduled at check in. I sent them several messages a out the airport shuttle when I booked the hotel, but they never replied back. I give them 0 rating for that. There is also a restaurant on site. My room was small but its nice clean and comfy.

Hotel is exceptionally quiet despite being close to the airport. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is nicely appointed. Staff is helpful and the hotel is clean. The only criticism is that there is no place to walk to- restaurants or shopping. You need a car, and parking is not included in room rates.

We stayed 3 different times. The restaurant is bad. Worst steak I've ever had. I could not eat it because how tough the meat was. I left 90 % of it on my plate. Told the server how bad it was, with no comment or retribution. Last time my wife had vegetable risotto. It was vegetables on white rice? I asked after she was done her meal where mine was? The server never got back to me? After another 20 or 30 mins we got up to leave. My appetizer or meal never did come? At the cash register l got no explanation for what happened to my order? Breakfast was never included and cost of it was overpriced for what was provided.

Os atendentes da recepção foram muito gentis e solícitos. Fomos também bem atendidos no restaurante do hotel, onde jantamos. A comida estava boa e foi servida rapidamente, com preço justo. O transfer gratuito para o aeroporto funcionou muito bem: ágil e no horário marcado. Vale muito a pena para quem pretende ficar perto do aeroporto. The restaurant for dinner was having some kind of issue. They were out of everything and food took a very long time. They were also out of menus?! It was very disorganized. The wait staff were so friendly so it kind of made for that based on the fact that I was just killing time anyway. The breakfast was way better and ready to go! Shuttle to the airport was great!

The hotel was just perfect for our needs and the staff were excellent and very very helpful. The only downside was the restaurant. The ambiance isn’t the best. The menu was OK, but the service was disorganized and inefficient and the food was not great. It was more the terrible management of the restaurant manager. He was confusing his staff, but the staff in the restaurant were excellent. Just not well trained, and mismanaged.

The restaurant is AWFUL. 1 night out of 3 desserts. 1 night , no tonic water, staff arguing among themselves on floor I ordered the mini hamburgers, 1 had a green roll and 1 had a red roll, which I did not like. When I score this hotel poorly, it is ALL because of the awful restaurant.
