Stay Hotel Lisboa Aeroporto

The worst room I ever had. Broken door to the balcony facing the highway resulted in terrible noise all night long. The staff was nice but the manger hiding her office stopped any customer service effort from the staff. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I needed a hotel close to the airport for one night and this hotel served this purpose well. It’s very simple, room was small, bed was comfortable but pillow was extremely uncomfortable (too hard and too high). A/C was not working but I guess it’s controlled centrally. I asked the reception and she turned on at my desired temperature right away. Location was great, less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, there is a Lidl grocery store right in front and also a convenient Taxi stop. It’s ok for one night but I wouldn’t recommend for longer stay.

Rooms were clean, comfortable beds and pillows, didn’t find the remote to switch on the air condition when phoned room service ( 9 ) no answer left several messages requesting for the remote there was no response so had to sleep in the warm room waking up sweating. I thought breakfast was included in the price but was told no, I thought I read as breakfast included (maybe I read wrong) we were there only till 3am, the initial check in was very warm and the lady at the front desk was so kind spoke very good English and went out of the way to help us, even staff at the desk in the evening were very helpful, the wash basin top in the bathroom was Pealing off, but overall it was a pleasant stay would recommend friends and family, will go back any time when an occasion arises
