屋外プール、ジム、スパなど設備も充実していてホテルもキレイで豪華でした。ホテルマンも皆対応が良く、気持ち良く過ごせました。海までバスで送迎もあり、海で使えるバスタオルも用意があり、ホスピタリティの高さに感動しました。また必ず訪れたいです。

Hotel was clean tidy and all equipments are in good condition.Breakfast was very good.We try yakiniku restaurant inside the hotel and it was very good experience.Foods were delicious.hotel staff is helpfull.Hotel beach is just 7-8 mins walking distance and there is shuttle bus between 0800-1700.

6月にクラブ・ツインの部屋に夫婦で滞在して大変気に入ったので、9月に再訪問しました。6月時は部屋の冷蔵庫やロビー階のラウンジにペットボトルのミネラルウオーターが用意されていたのですが、今回は缶入りに変更されていたので、外出時やプールサイドに持ち出すのに不適で、少々減点要因でした。ただ、クラブ・ツインはラウンジがほぼ1日中利用でき、17-19時に限っては数多くのアルコール提供があり、酒好きの方には天国です。スパ内のジャグジーも23時まで無料利用できます。部屋もバスタブとシャワーブースが独立していて、家族・カップルなどでしたら、同時に2人で利用でき便利です。「クワッキー」朝食ブッフェはかなり充実しているうえ、持帰り用の備品も常備しており、部屋でもう少し食べたいときなどは最高の環境でした。立地に関しても、小高い丘の上なので展望がよく、ローソンや居酒屋ファミレス「美ら花」も近くにあり、夕食を割安で済ますことも可能でした。ぜひまた訪問してみたいです。

The hotel has a little bit of a dated feel though I think they tried upgrading it a bit. Location on the island itself was good for us as we spent 3 days with activities northward from the hotel. The pool was great too! However, it is not beachfront & while we can walk there, to walk back it would be uphill. The shuttle is only every hour, so it is not as convenient as I would like. Check-in is 3pm, we arrived 2pm & the receptionist said our rooms were ready but would only let us in early for 2000yen/room. I felt that out if goodwill, they should at least let us have one room free of charge. It is only 1hr & the rooms are vacant & ready! That left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Parking is also chargeable at 1000yen for the stay. They have Eco Cleaning for housekeeping which meant they only change your towels & clearing trash. I think it should minimally include making of beds & also changing out used cups & mugs.

すべてが最高でした。部屋からの眺めも良かった。プールは11月で少し寒かったが、温水プールだったので入れなくもなかった。スライダーも意外と長く楽しかった。お土産ショップも充実している。特に良かったのが、料理。朝食は和食と洋食が選べる。洋食は種類が多すぎて食べきれないほど。もっと食べたかった。3家族で行ったがみんな満足していました。沖縄行く時は、必ずまた利用したいです。

Especially liked the spacious rooms compared to other places we stayed at in Japan. Heated pool (31degrees C), large breakfast buffet, indoor shop, lots of free amenities such as hair oil. Easy parking for a small fee. Friendly staff. Small side note: pool bar is only open during high season (3 months in summer)

We did not have the best room our room was right outside the ice cube machine and microwave and people keep using it late at night and super early like 6 am and 00.30 am. The door wasn’t soundproof at all We could hear children running around from the room above us.

The room size is amazing and there is also a washer dryer in my room. The room is super clean and functional. Daily basic housekeeping, should you need thorough cleaning you may book in advance.

Hotel ist „ok“ im positiven wie im negativen Sinn. Sehr organisiert, mit ganz vielen „Regeln“, primär auf japanische Familien ausgerichtet. Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber, aber wenig gemütlich. Balkon ist nur ein nackter Betonboden mit Industriebeschichtung, kein Sessel, kein Tisch. Frühstück reichhaltig aber lieblos, mit elektronischem Warteschlangensystem. Umgebung ok, leider nur Touristenlokale - man braucht unbedingt einen Leihwagen!

Ich habe für 3 Personen gebucht und Alter der Kinder angegeben. Als ich ankam, hieß es, dass die Buchung für eine Person ist und ich muss genau so viel drauf bezahlen, sonst wäre ich nicht eingecheckt und meine erste Zahlung wäre nicht zurück erstattet. Es war kein freundliches Gespräch und Empfang, zumal wenn man die lange Anreise hinter sich hat. horror, man ist müde und steht abends in unbekannter Gegend und eird mit solchen Aussagen konfrontiert. Warum sollte ich auch den Betrag, der schon bezahlt wurde verlieren, war mir sehr suspekt. Ich kenne Japan als super korrekt und zuverlässig. Ich war quasi erstmal gezwungen fast den selben Betrag nochmal zu bezahlen. Später Fr. Uezu Rina und Hr.Hanashiro haben geholfen und waren absolut nett und hilfsbereit, aber ich müsste trotzdem mehr bezahlen,als gebucht war.Expedia Buchung war sehr schlecht! Die erste drei Tagen waren mit Diskussionen komplett belastet und Urlaub stelle ich mir anders vor. Hotel ist abgelegen, ohne Auto ist es schwierig mit den Restaurants. Frühstück war ok, aber sehr Kantine mäßig. Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber mit fantastischen Service.hotel hat 2 Lounge und eine ist nur für bestimmte Gäste zugänglich. Das Hotel teilt den Strand und die Liegen müssen extra bezahlt werden. In der Beschreibung wurde sowas nicht erwähnt. Personal war super nett, aber für solchen Liegen zu bezahlen, wenn man auch Aufenthalt im Hotel mit 4/5 Sternen zahlt, ist nicht akzeptabel. Also : Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist mäßig.

スタッフの皆さんが非常に丁寧に対応されていたのが印象的でした。部屋もオーシャンビューで広々しており快適に過ごせました！ご家族の方で泊まられている方が多く朝食は非常に混雑しますが、テイクアウトも可能なのは助かりました。

facilities only partially renovated but the rest like bath room is old and smelly. Staff unfriendly attitude, and pop up unexpected charges double the room charge for 3rd additional kid occupancy ( original 140K yen for room charge and asking for 140K yen for extra kid occupancy. This is like a blackmail and fairly I quit after the 1st night stay. If anyone plan stay in this hotel better aware of the ridiculous policy of Oriental group.

The hotel has a little bit of a dated feel though I think they tried upgrading it a bit. Location on the island itself was good for us as we spent 3 days with activities northward from the hotel. The pool was great too! However, it is not beachfront & while we can walk there, to walk back it would be uphill. The shuttle is only every hour, so it is not as convenient as I would like. Check-in is 3pm, we arrived 2pm & the receptionist said our rooms were ready but would only let us in early for 2000yen/room. I felt that out if goodwill, they should at least let us have one room free of charge. It is only 1hr & the rooms are vacant & ready! That left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Parking is also chargeable at 1000yen for the stay. They have Eco Cleaning for housekeeping which meant they only change your towels & clearing trash. I think it should minimally include making of beds & also changing out used cups & mugs.

직원들이 모두 친절하고 호텔 시설도 모두 깨끗했어요~ 호텔 음식들도 다 맛있었는데 조식은 8시정도에 가니 30분 기다려서 먹었어요 주변에 식당이 없어서 무조건 차타고 나가야 하는게 좀 불편했지만 호텔 자체로는 너무나 만족이에요!!

My husband and I came here to conclude our trip around Japan. Our goal was to relax and enjoy! This was an excellent hotel with helpful staff, wonderful amenities, and comfortable rooms. We never needed to leave! I will warn, it is far from the center of Okinawa so be warned you’ll be far from activities.

The Oriental was a great choice for a visit to Okinawa. Located in the middle of Highway 58, it offers easy access to the forest preserve and northern Okinawa, where you can visit the aquarium and the traditional feel of Bise and its tree lined streets. There are three beaches within a 30 minute walk from the hotel and it offers an amazing view from its perch on the hill top.

The staff were fantastic every time. The room and facilities were lovely. There were only a couple of issues for our stay - it wasn't obvious that the hotel is up a sharp hill which is a hot and sweaty climb if you don't have a hire car, and was difficult for older customers. There is a shuttle bus, but it is only once an hour. The other main issue was a lack of vegetarian options at lunch and dinner - everything had meat in it, there was very little tofu - but this is true of the whole prefecture, not just this hotel.

We loved everything about our stay at the Oriental Hotel Okinawa. The facilities are beautiful, the staff very welcoming and kind, and the food was delicious! Our hotel room was very spacious, very clean and had a great view. The hotel’s setting was gorgeous with amazing ocean views and we especially liked the lovely pool. We had breakfast buffet included in our room rate and it was very extensive - so many options. There was a little wait one morning when we arrived at a particularly busy time, but it didn’t bother us. We also had buffet dinner twice during our stay, they offered such a great variety of food. The hotel is a little further from tourist attractions, but we had a rental car during our stay in Okinawa and there was lots of parking at the hotel available for a small fee. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It’s a large resort with good facilities, great to stay with young children as they’ll love the pool area, it’s huge and is fun for everyone in the evenings with a dj and pool bar. The room was a decent size but pretty dated, needs an update. The bed wasn’t so comfortable for me. Breakfast has wide variety and is quite good, the staff were quite helpful overall. Other onsite dining options are quite pricey and not great. There are a few places you can walk to nearby otherwise you’ll need to drive or take a taxi. I recommend booking tables at offsite restaurants in advance during peak season.

We weren’t informed from reception that the bus was suspended because of the typhoon, so the hotel shuttle bus gave us ride to the bus station and later we were informed by the reception of another hotel that the first 2 buses of the day has been cancelled, so we had to return to the hotel. Also we had the dinner included and in the restaurant almost we had to pay the dinner because they didn’t pay attention to the yellow cards for the dinner that we had given them.

The hotel is nice with big room and good facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. I didn't realize it would be full of families and their kids. For this reason I would not recommend staying here. Breakfast and pool area was too busy and not peaceful.
