Amazing views from the room. Fantastic customer service, and super helpful tips from Hailey, our concierge, to get the most out of our stay. It has a great location connecting to the main attractions of Zhangjiajie, as the National Park, Tianmen mountain++, easily reached with taxi or hotel service. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and pleasant.

When I arrived, I was a bit disappointed that the swimming pool wasn’t function (I had planned to go swimming every day but it's just not possible). But after spending three nights at XMAN, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The real highlight is the staff—they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and ensure you enjoy your stay in Zhangjiajie. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and I always felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the park. Truly a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

This place is fantastic! Right by the Avatar peaks, with stunning views. The pools are so refreshing, the breakfast is delicious, and the free shuttle is a huge plus. The English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful—they arranged all our tours and tickets, making the whole trip stress-free. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. 10/10 would stay again!

This hotel is amazing! The location right at the foot of the Avatar mountains is breathtaking. The two pools are beautiful and so refreshing, and the breakfast was delicious with tons of local options. Huge thanks to the super helpful English-speaking staff—they planned our itinerary, booked all our tickets, and made everything effortless. The free shuttle service is a game-changer. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We could easily get in and out of the park from here. The staff were always on hand to offer help and useful tips whenever we needed them.
