We stayed 2 nights to visit Zion in early April. Hotel is less than 1 year old and very clean and neat. Large lobby with food service available, although there are also grocery and restaurants nearby. Pleasantly surprised the outdoor pool and hot tub was open, although it was a bit cool outside for us to enjoy. Be aware this hotel allows pets, presumably only on the 1st 2 floors, so be sure to ask for pet-free room if sensitive like we are. Was almost bit by a small dog (on a leash) in the back stairwell when surprising the owner who was also taking the stairs.

Super easy to park, fresh lemon and normal ice Water for filling up water bottles, the pool was warm on a cold day, the gym is spacious and clean, and the room was comfortable and great. Close to everything you need from grocery to food and about 25 minutes of an easy drive to the gates of Zion

Great place - almost new. Mostly clean but I kept finding king black hairs in my room-in the bathroom, in the floor, on the bed spread. Also a used disposable contact in the bathroom floor by the bathroom trash. Other than that the only thing I might have wished for was an insight ATM. The restaurant and front desk stff were wonderful!

We liked the location. We did not like how the hotel room toilet had urine on the outside of the bowl- it was not cleaned properly- Gross! The TV wasn’t working in our room and it took around 1 hour for the hotel maintenance to show up and fix the issue.

We were most excited for this hotel because it looked lovely online and even in the lobby it felt very well taken care of and new and clean. Unfortunately it just went downhill from there. The first room they gave as soon as we walked in we noticed a used bed and dirty dishes on the desk and it appeared as though someone was in the bathroom. We quickly rushed out of there and went down to the front desk to tell them there may be a room mix up. The next room they agve us, we went into seemed great until we went into the bathroom and someone had clearly used the toilet and There were stains and marks all over the toilet bowl. Very nasty to see when you are paying for and expecting a clean room. At that stage we were so tired and were only there for one night so just decided to flushh it a bunch of times and stay. When we checked out the next morning we mentioned this to the staff at the front desk who just said that he wasnt working so wasnt responsible for it and was nothing he could do. Very dismissive and disappointing. Unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel due to these issues and lack of care for its guests

It was okay, walked in after checking in and noticed a big stain on the carpet and under desk. Bathroom tub was dirty. Room walls had fingerprints all over room. Nextdoor neighbors were noisy and at one point they were banging on walls. Staff was great and provided great service. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend.

Well, it was very clean, loved the bar area and the restaurant for dinner was convenient ...the ONLY thing unfortunately was the maid service, we stayed 3 nights and they never once cleaned the sink or taken out the garbage! They so-called made the bed but just threw the bedspread wrinkled and all up! we had used empty paper coffee cups on the desk ...garbage piled high and a dirty sink...so sad because it would have been a 5 star for me.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and chose this hotel to be closer to Zion on the days we didn’t have a game. the property was clean the bathrooms were clean even in the lobby area were clean and new. We had dinner in the lobby restaurant one night and the food and drinks were fantastic. Finally we had zero issues with our room and the housekeeping team was also great. Our room was on the fourth floor and had some amazing views, definitely would recommend this hotel.

The walls and ceilings very thin. We heard everything around us. After a long day of hiking all we could hear were footsteps above us. In the morning we were woke up by people yelling in the other rooms.

The rooms where huge and seemed to cater to families (I was alone and had two Queen size beds in my room). Every member of their team was very polite and cordial. I was there to visit two National Parks and not much of a foodie, so transportation, food, and walking area weren't a concern of mine. I had a WONDERFUL STAY I definitely recommend it.

Wow, thanks for creating such a lifetime memorable experience for our stay in Room 101—right next to the exit door. We had taken a flight, slept less than 4 hours, drove over 6 hours, and did a 6+ hour hike. We were completely exhausted—physically and mentally. After finally showering and getting to bed around 1 AM, we were just hoping for a decent night’s sleep. But no—thanks to the banging exit door, that didn’t happen. We even called at 2 AM to ask about switching rooms, knowing we had to be up again at 5:45 AM. And just when we thought we might get a little rest, the door started slamming again at 5 AM. So yes—really appreciate the “peaceful” and unforgettable experience.

Absolutely beautiful modern hotel in a lovely setting. Everything was so clean including the pool and the reception smelt so lovely with complimentary coffee available all day. The rooms are so well equipped with everything you need, bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. After booking a room months in advance, I confirmed last week that a cot could be provided, only to be told the room was too small. I then canceled and rebooked a larger room, specifically to ensure the cot would be available. Upon arrival, I was met with unprofessionalism and outright dishonesty. The front desk staff initially claimed the hotel didn’t have cots, only to backtrack when confronted and admit that the one cot available had been given to another guest days earlier. The second staff member I dealt with was even more dismissive and rude, repeatedly stating that she was "not a magician" when I sought an explanation for the mishandling of my reservation. This lack of accountability and empathy is unacceptable. How can a hotel of this size only have one cot, and how can it be promised to multiple guests? The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the standard I expected. I will not be returning and would caution others to avoid this establishment if they value honesty and competent service.

The hotel itself is new and very nice. The staff is young, unprofessional, and need training on customer service. When we arrived, the gentleman was sitting in the lobby. Our initial key cards didn't work and he only gave us 1 for 3 people. In the morning, I had to search for the staff. They were outside taking a vaping break. The young lady proceeded to tell me that breakfast wasn't included and she hates when people book through 3rd party vendors. I assured her breakfast was included in my booking. She eventually honored it.

I booked the hotel through Expedia with complementary breakfast but hotel refused to honor it. The front desk said it is Expedia’s problem that they allowed us to book room with complementary breakfast and they cannot do anything. I paid more for the room knowing that I would be getting complementary breakfast. The front desk (forgetting the names but there were two ladies in both the occasions) does not have hotel management skills. They just don't know how to treat guests. They do not greet or want to listen to your concerns.

Stayed here for our trip to Zion NP. A bit of a drive to the park but not bad and good to be a little away. They let us store our bikes in the luggage room so we could explore the park without them on top of the car. Laundry on our floor was convenient.

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel was absolutely IMMACULATE. Our room had a nice view of the area outside of Zion National Park. The blackout shades were the best I've ever encountered at any hotel. The room was pitch black when they were down and the beds were quite comfy. The area felt very safe and was quiet. One downside was the fact that most fast food restaurants (which my daughter prefers) were a bit far away from the Inn.

We travel a lot. Staff was nice. Only issue was the signs said dinner til 10:30 and they cut it at 9:30 pm. We arrived at 10 pm… that would have been nice but luckily they had frozen dinners available. One other thing that bugged me is that they placed a 100$ hold on the card while the sign said 25$ - please be transparent. Property was clean and we would return

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is new construction so everything was clean and in working order. We had a fridge and microwave in our room, as well as a bathtub. It was only about 20 minutes from Zion and it was so nice to be able to get away from the crowds. It sucked they didn’t have free breakfast but their restaurant was fabulous and had excellent variety of food. They do need to updated their TV options. The TV didn’t work very well and the picture was pixelated but we didn’t need to watch it anyway. (Who wants to watch cable instead of streaming services?) The pool was on the east side of the hotel which meant it was in the shadow of the hotel by 2pm. I guess this could be a positive or negative. Either way, the pool was wonderful and my teenagers enjoyed it. And their gym was magnificent!

The property was very nice and the location worked for us while visiting Zion NP, and at a fair rate. The restaurant was a nice plus even though the menu was limited. As for breakfast, the scrambled eggs were pretty awful. They looked to be from a powdery mix and their mouth feel was like beads. Otherwise, the food and drink were good.
