I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shibuya. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurants offered great food. I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again.

Great location in Shibuya but also close to train stations for getting to the other local major cities without having to stay right in the real busy areas. Bigger rooms and beds. Daily housekeeping. Amenity bar and special products in your room along with a mini fridge and kettle. Air conditioned, quiet and the inexpensive breakfast add on was worth it with both Japanese and western options. Great deal for the price and staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

It’s just OK. Some of the staff was helpful, others not so much. Japanese intractability prevails. It’s near Shibuya station, but not as near as I would’ve liked. The breakfast is OK, but not great. The rooms are fine. All in all, it seems a bit overpriced. Our stay at the hotel above the station was much, much better, and the price was similar. The reason we stayed here was because we imagine the parking would be easier, but, frankly, it’s the same at either. If you don’t have a car, none of this comes in to play. One thing this place did have going for it, and it cannot be denied, is that the check in time is at 2 o’clock, the checkout time is 12. That is nice to see.

Excellent Tokyo hotel in the heart of Shibuya. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us forward our luggage onto Osaka (as we’re travelling through Japan). An amenities bar in reception was great for little things you had forgotten like toothbrush, tooth paste, body cloth etc - and it was all complimentary. Everything had been kept to a very high standard and the stay was highly enjoyable.
