Everything was great! Clean room. Daily room cleaning. Helpful staff. Buffet breakfast had both Japanese & Western food. Location is excellent. Next to Kinshicho Station. Close to shopping centers-Termina1 & 2, Parco, KIT, OIOI, and others. Haneda & Narita Airport Limo Bus stops here. Close to the Skytree tower and many sights to see and visit.

I've stayed here a few times and the staff are great always friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and the location is convenient with easy access to both Haneda and Narita airports, bonus access to Tokyo Disney as well. Kinshicho station is nearby and there are many dining and shopping options as well.

Nice hotel close to the Kinshicho Station in Tokyo, from where you can quickly get connected in many directions. We had a room with Sky Tree View on the 12th floor, which was very nice. Friendly employees, clean rooms and a roof top bar on the 24th floor with great panoramic view over Tokyo. We were happy with our stay at this hotel.

The property was great due to location. Many spots were within walking distance. However, this was clearly an older building so the room itself was not as clean as i would have hoped. It appeared to be very dusty and the bathroom had so many spots that had mold growing. The bathtub would not drain properly which was kind of gross. The bed sheets were dirty. It just felt uncomfortable staying here. The views were beautiful though!

都内で妻の誕生日祝いの食事をしたので、その後自宅まで帰るのも面倒だったので、素泊まりで1泊させていただきました。雪の降る寒い日だったのですが、ロビーやラウンジが寒くてたまらない。普通はエントランスから一歩中に入ったら寒い所から暖かい所への安心感があるはず。スタッフの対応は普通で問題ないと思います。部屋もめちゃくちゃ狭い。シングル用の部屋を強引にツインなので、今時は当たり前のようにベッドの脇にコンセントがありますが、それも片方のベッドにしかありませんでした。

This is a Great Hotel. Wonderful location. Close to train, shopping, food. Amazing views. Rooms were just VERY outdated. Our room had an old musky smell to it. BUT, rooms were clean, staff was wonderful and helpful. We got a 3 bed room as rooms were very small and we wanted the extra room (we folded up couch). All in all I’d stay there again..

Upon early arrival at check-in, we were informed we could check in immediately when requesting luggage storage. However, upon checking out, I discovered this was an early check-in charge of ¥8,000. This fee was not explained at the time of check-in, which left a very poor impression. Additionally, I suspected I'd been pickpocketed at the station, losing my wallet and room key. The hotel informed me that replacing the key card would cost 3,000 yen – which I can only describe as rather inconsiderate. In 2022, I stayed at another chain hotel in Tokyo where the staff only charged 500 yen when my child accidentally broke the room key. The hotel lobby reeks of cigarette smoke; it's unclear whether this is due to a fault with the air conditioning or simply that the unit hasn't been cleaned. Compared to most Japanese hotels, this establishment lacks coin-operated laundry facilities, making it rather inconvenient for guests wishing to do their washing. The hotel was booked as part of a cruise package so we weren't sure what to expect. Unexpectedly, we had to stay for two extra nights, the staff were helpful in ensuring we stayed in the same room. The hotels location was great for the Kinshicho station, and within walking distance of the Sky Tree. We dined at the hotel on the first night, the food was amazing, as was the view of an illuminated Sky Tree. We arrived before check in time, and left after check out time and the staff were very helpful in storing our cases so we could carry on exploring. If I were to return to Tokyo (and I very much hope I do), I would definitely return to the Tobu Levant.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've stayed here several times and they remember me. The hotel is also very easy to get to from both Haneda and Narita. Kinshicho station is nearby and there are great dining and shopping nearby. I'll return soon.

Hotel is old but is very clean. Staff is nice but they are not very flexible or accomodating. They charge for storing your luggage even for one day. We asked if there could be an exception for not paying to store the luggage for the one day since we will be coming back to stay for a few more days and they refused. During our returning stay, we checked out from a 2 bedroom to check in for a 1 bedroom stay but of course check in is not until 3pm so the front desk guy kept asking us when we will be back. We first said 3pm but then later we were speaking amongst ourselves that we don't need to rush back to check in, we will check in whenever we get back. The front desk guy maybe felt overwhelmed and thought we were talking to him and he all of a sudden raised both his arms and said we will bring the luggage into the room once it's available. I think if he had just suggested that in the beginning then it would of been great customer service but raising his arms and his tone seemed a bit unprofessional. They also don't have certain amenities like other hotels. I wasn't feeling well so I had to go buy peppermint tea for myself whereas other hotels I previously stayed had teas and coffee.

Hotel com ótima localização, com conveniência, lojas e shoppings proximos. Estação próximo ao Hotel que faciliatava a locomoção. Quarto limpo, agradável com café da manhã muito bom. Atendentes gentis. Achei excelente a disponibilidade de traslado para os parques da Disney gratuitos e a possibilidade de contratar o traslado para os aeroportos com saída bem na porta do hotel. A cama achei muito DURA, sendo assim desconfortável. Internet não funciona muito bem no restaurante.

El hotel está muy padre. Me gustó eldmesayuno, te preparan tu omelet al momento. La vista a la Tokio Sky Tree increibleee. Todas las noches me quedaba viéndola un buen rato. Lo que no me agrado: No hay lavandería para lavar uno mismo, como en hoteles de Kioto. Hay un servicio pero es demasiado caro. El bar cierra demasiado temprano. Por lo demás, un hotel limpio, bonito y con una terraza para tomarse fotos. Aunque yo no pude usarla por qué también la cierran muy temprano y yo llegaba todas las noches muy tarde.

Really liked the location of the property as it was on the metro and with a 72 hour pass at 9 euros one could go everywhere. The cleanliness was good but the fixtures and fittings were old and very worn. Carpets in the corridors were faded and the lifts were scratched and marked. The hotel really needs a refurb. Breakfast also finished at 9:30 which was very early compared to a lot of hotels I have stayed in normally 10:30/11. The hotel bar also closed early 10:30. I enjoyed our stay but the hotel needs work.

Close to train & subway terminals. Very nice room, really superb breakfast, especially if you're willing to venture from traditional western/American fare. Omelets were cooked to order, and reliably good (across 3 days). We were given a room upgrade (size), which was nice, although from lying in bed, our view of the skytree was blocked by wall. Good room service, nice helful staff. Only knock was the mildew under rim of sink, which some bleach could knock out.
