建物はちょっと古いと思いますが、コスパを考えると良いと思います

お値段に対して十分なホテルでした。お部屋も綺麗で、スタッフの対応も良かったです。 連泊しましたが、ランドリーが2つしか無かったのでよく混んでいた印象です。

This was a great place to stay as far as convenience goes. The train station is only 2 or 3 blocks away, and there are tons of shops and food options nearby. The staff was very friendly, and you have the option to skip housekeeping if you want. We left this hotel as home base and left out suitcases behind so we could make day trios and speend the weekend elsewhere. They still left us extra towels on the door while we were gone, which was sweet and appreciated. The room itself was small and cramped. 3 beds, a bathroom and shower, a short hallway with a wardrobe, and thats it. It would have been less cramped with 2 people.The air conditioning didn't work the best and started blowing hot air at one point. You can open the window, which helps. There were coin laundry machines next to the lobby. The machines wash AND dry your clothes, and have a soap dispenser built into them, so no need to find soap at the store! I'd never seen that before, so that was cool. They're small and save space, so that means you can't wash a full size load of clothes. But, to refresh a couple days worth of laundry is nice. All in all, it was great for the price and the convenience!

They updated the lobby and that's it. Everything else was dated. The food was undercooked, please avoid the eggs and chicken. I refuse to use a coffee machine that was ancient. The AC did work in the triple room. But those beds left everyone in pain.

施設は古いが素泊まりなら駅から5分位でキャリーバッグもクロネコの扱いがあるので帰りに送れるから便利。 シャワーカーテンがかび臭く交換してもらった。 問い合わせの電話の対応はやるがない感じの対応で予約の電話なら宿泊を止めていたかもしれない。 もう少しサービス業意識を持った対応をしていただきたい。 チェックアウトの時間くらい複数のスタッフがいた方がよいと思う。 荷物を送る対応に追われていて一人では大変そうだった。 チェックイン事前荷物の預かりは助かった。コスパてきにはこんなもんかな。 可もなく不可もなし。 ちなみにレンジはロビーに一つ。 空気乾燥注意。

The property is super outdated

周辺にもコインパーキングがあり良かったです。

施設は老朽化しています。廊下が少々タバコ臭い。しかし、部屋は広く快適で、ゆっくり休めました。

スタッフも丁寧な方が多いです。 ちょっと建物は古くなってるかなとは思いますが、値段を考えたらかなり満足です

세탁기가 2대뿐이라 기다리는시간 맞추기가 힘들었음

Super-clean, near Kamata Station, near an affordable airport bus and adjacent a large mall, grocery and restaurants.

Do not stay at this hotel as it is unsafe. The room and bathroom were covered in black mold which cause respiratory issues with myself, my wife, and my daughter. It claims to have air conditioning, but it does not. They only have heat! Ok top of that, the beds were hard as rocks and the pillows are filled with very hard plastic pellets that are terrible to sleep on. Between the heat, the terrible beds, the rocky feeling pillows, and the black mold, me and my family were up all night, sneezing, wheezing, and unable to sleep because of this plus sweating, plus back problems. This was our last night in Tokyo before travelling home and we didn't get any rest. The breakfast was OK. Not great, but OK. When speaking to the staff about not having AC, they looked at me as though I was stupid and just said that the "AC is heat" then provided me with a bulky fan to bring up to my room that didn't actually cool anything down. Aside from this, before getting into the bed, there were a bunch of pubic hairs everywhere which makes me think they didn't clean the bed sheets but just remade the bed after someone else slept in it. Do not give this company any business as they do not care about the health and comfort of their customers.

駅から3分、分かりやすい場所にありとても便利です。設備は新しくはないけど、とてもきれいに掃除が行き届いていて気持ち良く泊まれました。

部屋に置いてあるコップが埃だらけで、ベッドサイドのライトのスイッチが取れていたり、あまり目が行き届いてないと感じました。

掃除が行き届いていない感じ。電気周りもホコリ、前の客のゴミ有り。コンディショナーのボトル周りコンディショナーべっとり。寝るだけだったので十分っちゃ十分。

お部屋も清潔かつ綺麗でとても快適に過ごせました

We booked one night stay due to our flight being cancelled and all other hotels near Haneda airport were fully booked or price was way above the airline reimbursement allowance. The hotel is very run down, the room was very old and quite dirty, the bathroom had mold and a strong smell, however it was quite late at night and we had to go back to the airport very earlier next morning, and my child was very tired, so we had no other option than staying for the night. Absolutely nothing worked in the room, we couldn’t even turn the TV on.

飯店比較老舊，但房間蠻大的 空調沒辦法調整，暖氣實在是太暖了，室內很悶，打開窗戶外面又很吵！

ベッドの枕元にコンセントがないのが少し不便かもしれないですが、部屋自体にはたくさんコンセントがあったのでよかったです！

The room was quite small for the 3 of us. The beds were too hard and was given 1 pillow each. Our room had 2 full size beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was much more comfortable than the bed. Restroom toilet paper was not new. It only had a quarter of a roll left. Other than that it was ok for the price.

Very understanding staff and great shopping and sight seeing around the area.

新千歳空港行きの夜便が欠航し急遽宿泊しました。行きの電車内でオンラインチェックインを済ませたのですが、フロントでまたチェックインを求められ用紙に記入する事になり、結局オンラインチェックインが出来ていた事が分かると言うやり取りがありました。 しかし建物も部屋も申し分なく、フライト欠航のストレスと疲れを癒してもらいました。 周りにはコンビニや飲食店が多く、立地も良かったです。

Very pleasant hotel, ideal for accessing local facilities, shops, train station . Would recommend staying there. Staff friendly and helpful.

Amazing property close to the train station!

Room is spacious, the location is good near train station with 5 minutes walking distance, a lot of restaurants and shopping area around, also there is a hidden famous bar nearby the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much.

每次去东京都住着家，因为性价比很高，是比较旧的旅馆，但是蛮整洁的，旁边有超市，离蒲田站超级近

Can’t beat the location. Shopping is more or less 5 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurant and shops. About 2 minutes to Haneda Airport. I will definitely stay here again.

主要駅を避けてこちらに。 駅からは少し歩きますが、部屋も広めで、朝食バイキングも美味しかったです。

I am happy to staying the Hotel. Staff are very nice and kind.also, I had desert breakfast the hotel that served.

I enjoyed my 18 days in a large room for Japan. The cleaning staff are friendly and amazing. There is an option for brunch with lots of variety. The hotel is very quiet and close to everything - only steps to many, many eateries and train station.
