Everything was great except the steps to the first floor. I had large luggage's for my overseas trip and had hard times taking up and down with so many steps without an elevator.

Access from the street to the lobby is very inconvenient -- I had to carry my heavy suitcase two flights of stairs from the street level to the lobby. There appears to be a freight lift, but the instructions were only in Japanese, which is not helpful for foreign travelers. If you cannot provide help with luggage from the street, at least provide instructions in English for using the freight lift. I will not stay in this hotel in future.

The room itself was very quiet dispite being very close to the railroad. However, I think for what you get, the price is a bit unreasonable. I have stayed at other hotels near stations and they charge less than the Mets. I will likely not stay at this property again.

フロントスタッフの言葉遣いが丁寧でよかったです。初めての機械でのチェックインでしたが、わからずにいたらすぐにオンラインでスタッフさんが対応してくれたので安心してできました。お部屋も綺麗でアメニティーもフロントで自分でいるものが選べて良かったです！

Right next to the Kokubunji train station, very convenient. Bus line also out in front. Room was spacious. 900 Yen breakfast coupon was used in the mall next door but the food was good. Front desk was very helpful when we wanted to transport our luggage to Haneda two days before our flight. The price was reasonable, too, about 2500 Yen/piece.

6階の窓から、中央線のホームが見え、わくわくします。防音がしっかりしており、電車や外の音は全く聞こえず静か。お部屋も共用部も、あたたかみのあるデザインで、素敵でした。また、朝食券は、朝だけでなく、指定店舗が空いてる時間中、金券として使えるのが、驚きだし嬉しかったです。 (ランチに使いました) お泊まり女子会でしたが、とてもリラックス、リフレッシュできました。

Right next to the Kokubunji train station, very convenient. Bus line also out in front. Room was spacious. 900 Yen breakfast coupon was used in the mall next door but the food was good. Front desk was very helpful when we wanted to transport our luggage to Haneda two days before our flight. The price was reasonable, too, about 2500 Yen/piece.

駅直結なので周辺にドラッグストアやレストラン、居酒屋、ショッピングセンターなど沢山あり便利だった。部屋もロビーものすごく、綺麗でした。真下に電車が走っていましたが、音は全く気になりませんでした。居心地が良くて、もう一泊したいと思いました。

I thought the room was laid out smartly, even though it was pretty small. Would have been less so for two people, but we squeezed in our adult son. The hotel was pleasant, attached to a JR station and mall. There were some steps up to entry, but we managed. There was a nice coffee machine in the lobby with seating that I appreciated. Breakfast coupons were for a pleasant bakery located in the train station. The station mall had a variety of interesting places to eat. I would consider this hotel chain again, as the price was reasonable for Tokyo suburb and I liked the hotel. Have learned that being close to train station is a major benefit.
