First of all it is an amazing place to stay for its top higine and service. We just stayed for a night but it was enough to appreciate everything. We had the massage in our room, the ladies were on time and had one of the best massages. The food is on point, the only thing is that they close the kitchen at 8 pm which left us with no other option than going out for dinner but there are a lot of restaurants near the place so I do recommend to take a walk and look for the options. Our room had a private pool, it takes for around 2 hours for it to fill it completely but water is clean as well as the tub. Room is big, bathroom is outside so it has no air conditioner but it was ok. They have a private pick-up shuttle that provides service 3 times a day; 10 am, 11 am and 12 pm to the Zicatela shore. You always have the option to walk , since it´s like a 12 min walk. The hotel is 10/10, will comeback.

Muy cómodo, bonita y funcional decoración. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Lo único que no nos gustó es que tienen un menú limitado y a pesar de haber piscina no hay espacio para tomar el sol, a menos que pagues una habitación con so alarium. En general muy recomendable.

We had the pleasure of staying at Punta Nayaa for two nights and to say it was a little slice of Heaven is an understatement. Right from the beginning, the staff was attentive and friendly. We arrived at the hotel very early and they were happy to keep our bags for us, and let us lounge around by the pool till our room was ready, which they had us in well before the check-in time (very much appreciated). We booked the king with roof plunge pool, which was stunning to say the least. The food the hotel offered was also amazing! They have the best sourdough bread I have ever eaten. It's located in a quieter area, which was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle by the beach. The walk to town is on dirt roads for the most part, so just bring decent sandals/shoes and you shouldn't have any issues there. We also arranged the Bioluminescence lagoon tour and our transpiration to the bus station through the hotel, which was easy and convenient. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. We definitely will plan to stay at this hotel again in the future, it was beautiful.

Beautiful property! We loved the room, the staff, the quiet, the view of the ocean from our terrace, and the swimming pool in the lobby was nice to cool off in during the midday heat. The staff was so helpful and kind. They allowed us to park our car right outside the entrance and even connected us with a local scooter rental which made it easier to get around the small roads. The room was beautiful, quiet, spacious, and comfortable with the a/c at nights. Hotel is on a dirt road set back from all the action, but still close by. Cute baby chickens running around and liked hearing the rooster in the morning. Felt like a nice reset for us, coming from nyc. Thank you for a great experience!

Beautiful new hotel, very close to la Punta, excellent service. The road around the property can be improved. We rented the roof top, it has an excellent pool and view. Bonus points for the Amazing smell in the hotel.

El acceso a es terrible, no está pavimentado las calles son irregulares y muy obscuras por la noche. Las habitaciones son algo ruidosas por la noche. La alberca es muy pequeña, pero el espacio de las habitaciones es adecuado. Tardó mucho en llenarse la tina en mi habitación.

El hotel está increíble, habitaciones y baño muy amplios, la tina genial, la alberca puede usarse 24/7, da el sol , los camastros y camas increíbles, la atención de todo el personal espectacular, te hacen sentir como si fuera tu casa. La playa está a 10 minutos caminando. Muy muy buena experiencia, regresaremos. Un lugar muy tranquilo y de relax.

The hotel is new so it’s in excellent condition, the rooms are finished to a very high spec and very tastefully done. The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it. Definitely a hotel for having a chill time. I thought the pool location was odd to begin with but actually ended up using it a bit. Only slight annoyance was inability to get food or drinks after 17:00.

Una experiencia inolvidable, definitivamente. El personal del lobby es atento, amable, respetuoso y siempre servicial. El area compartida siempre limpia, muy tranquila y excelente para pasar el rato relajado. Los cuartos son una maravilla, tienen refirgeración y, por lo menos en el que yo me quedé, un tina en el balcón con una vista hermosa. Todo es perfecto, lo único a lo que le pondría un "pero" es al precios de las bebidas y alimentos, pero hay tantos restaurantes cerca que en realidad no es tanto problema. Definitivamente regresaremos!

El hotel está hermoso, una arquitectura muy fina. Está bien ubicado pero sugiero que renten una moto porque la subida y bajada hacia la playa están pesados caminando diario. La atención del personal increíble. El colchón de la cama no está taaan rico, y las sábanas estaban limpias, pero no olían a tanto jabón, eso es lo único que mejoraría. Pero sí lo recomiendo. :)

En general el hotel está muy cómodo, pocas habitaciones con buen diseño y bien ubicado. La limpieza es buena y el personal súper atento. El restaurante fue lo que nos decepcionó un poco, pocas opciones y precios elevados. La calle principal de punta Zicatela queda a 10 minutos caminando entonces está muy práctico, pero a la vez se siente privacidad.
En general el hotel está muy cómodo, pocas habitaciones con buen diseño y bien ubicado. La limpieza es buena y el personal súper atento. El restaurante fue lo que nos decepcionó un poco, pocas opciones y precios elevados. La calle principal de punta Zicatela queda a 10 minutos caminando entonces está muy práctico, pero a la vez se siente privacidad.

Bello el lugar. La mejor parte de la estadía fue Punta Nayaa. La villa de 2 habitaciones está espectacular.

Beautiful property! We loved the room, the staff, the quiet, the view of the ocean from our terrace, and the swimming pool in the lobby was nice to cool off in during the midday heat. The staff was so helpful and kind. They allowed us to park our car right outside the entrance and even connected us with a local scooter rental which made it easier to get around the small roads. The room was beautiful, quiet, spacious, and comfortable with the a/c at nights. Hotel is on a dirt road set back from all the action, but still close by. Cute baby chickens running around and liked hearing the rooster in the morning. Felt like a nice reset for us, coming from nyc. Thank you for a great experience!

El acceso a es terrible, no está pavimentado las calles son irregulares y muy obscuras por la noche. Las habitaciones son algo ruidosas por la noche. La alberca es muy pequeña, pero el espacio de las habitaciones es adecuado. Tardó mucho en llenarse la tina en mi habitación.

El hotel está increíble, habitaciones y baño muy amplios, la tina genial, la alberca puede usarse 24/7, da el sol , los camastros y camas increíbles, la atención de todo el personal espectacular, te hacen sentir como si fuera tu casa. La playa está a 10 minutos caminando. Muy muy buena experiencia, regresaremos. Un lugar muy tranquilo y de relax.

El hotel está hermoso, una arquitectura muy fina. Está bien ubicado pero sugiero que renten una moto porque la subida y bajada hacia la playa están pesados caminando diario. La atención del personal increíble. El colchón de la cama no está taaan rico, y las sábanas estaban limpias, pero no olían a tanto jabón, eso es lo único que mejoraría. Pero sí lo recomiendo. :)

El hotel tiene problemas con el suministro de electricidad! Tuve que moverme a otro hotel a 2 cuadras de distancia donde si tenían electricidad y todo funcionaba al 100%! En el caso de Punta Nayaá durante varios días no tuvieron electricidad y por ende nada de AC ni wifi u otros servicio relacionados! Además me quisieron cobrar un masaje que nunca tomé! Terrible experiencia, no lo recomendaría y nunca regresaré a este hotel! No se dejen engañar por el Instagram del hotel, comunicaban que sus servicios funcionan al 100% y al momento de hospedarse no contaban con AC, luz y tampoco wifi! The best service I’ve ever had in a hotel - anywhere. My husband and I arrived sick - they literally walked us to our room, called doctors, brought us water and bread (the only thing we could keep down), and frequently checked on us. We healed quickly with their help. Another plus - individually controlled AC. We were able to have a very cold room to heal and relax in. Also get the rooftop massages, book in advance.

Desde antes de la llegada la experiencia fue mala, lo que no sabía es que se pondría peor. Especialmente la bienvenida y el trato del gerente fueron terribles. Tu como cliente te tienes que adaptar a lo que ellos dicen, desde a como regístrate y hacer el pago, a lo que se tiene o no en el menú, a sus decisiones de limpieza y accesibilidad hasta a toallas y jabones. No recuerdo una experiencia tan mala, trato muy burdo, dando prácticamente órdenes y con cero flexibilidad y sentido común.

We had the pleasure of staying at Punta Nayaa for two nights and to say it was a little slice of Heaven is an understatement. Right from the beginning, the staff was attentive and friendly. We arrived at the hotel very early and they were happy to keep our bags for us, and let us lounge around by the pool till our room was ready, which they had us in well before the check-in time (very much appreciated). We booked the king with roof plunge pool, which was stunning to say the least. The food the hotel offered was also amazing! They have the best sourdough bread I have ever eaten. El servicio fue excelente desde la reservación estuvieron en comunicación, todo lo que se necesitaba estaba el personal muy atento , en especial Frank , sin duda regresaría por más días , solo como área de oportunidad estaría ideal que tuvieran servicio gratuito de traslado al área de restaurantes ya que las calles están difícil de transitarlas caminando , pero en general servicio , costo , instalaciones y la alberca de 100%. Mi acompañante olvidó su bolsa en una de las áreas comunes y regresamos varias horas después a buscarla y ahí se encontraba , todo muy seguro . Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Primera ocasión y de entrada pensé que no sería mi tipo, sin embargo, me topé con un excelente hotel tipo boutique. En las imágenes se muestra más amplio de lo que es, la verdad es que no requieres de mucho, además el staff es atento y amigable, a los pocos días obtienes un sentido de pertenencia y comodidad. Todo te queda a 10-15 minutos caminando (el camino es sin pavimentar y áspero pero se logra). Yo le pongo un 9/10 y si lo recomiendo como hospedaje en punta zicatela.

First of all it is an amazing place to stay for its top higine and service. We just stayed for a night but it was enough to appreciate everything. We had the massage in our room, the ladies were on time and had one of the best massages. The food is on point, the only thing is that they close the kitchen at 8 pm which left us with no other option than going out for dinner but there are a lot of restaurants near the place so I do recommend to take a walk and look for the options. Our room had a private pool, it takes for around 2 hours for it to fill it completely but water is clean as well as the tub. Room is big, bathroom is outside so it has no air conditioner but it was ok. They have a private pick-up shuttle that provides service 3 times a day; 10 am, 11 am and 12 pm to the Zicatela shore. You always have the option to walk , since it´s like a 12 min walk. The hotel is 10/10, will comeback.

Muy cómodo, bonita y funcional decoración. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Lo único que no nos gustó es que tienen un menú limitado y a pesar de haber piscina no hay espacio para tomar el sol, a menos que pagues una habitación con so alarium. En general muy recomendable.

The hotel is new so it’s in excellent condition, the rooms are finished to a very high spec and very tastefully done. The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it. Definitely a hotel for having a chill time. I thought the pool location was odd to begin with but actually ended up using it a bit. Only slight annoyance was inability to get food or drinks after 17:00.

We booked the king with roof plunge pool, which was stunning to say the least. The food the hotel offered was also amazing! They have the best sourdough bread I have ever eaten. It's located in a quieter area, which was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle by the beach. The walk to town is on dirt roads for the most part, so just bring decent sandals/shoes and you shouldn't have any issues there. We also arranged the Bioluminescence lagoon tour and our transpiration to the bus station through the hotel, which was easy and convenient. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. We definitely will plan to stay at this hotel again in the future, it was beautiful.
We had the pleasure of staying at Punta Nayaa for two nights and to say it was a little slice of Heaven is an understatement. Right from the beginning, the staff was attentive and friendly. We arrived at the hotel very early and they were happy to keep our bags for us, and let us lounge around by the pool till our room was ready, which they had us in well before the check-in time (very much appreciated). Una experiencia inolvidable, definitivamente. El personal del lobby es atento, amable, respetuoso y siempre servicial. El area compartida siempre limpia, muy tranquila y excelente para pasar el rato relajado. Los cuartos son una maravilla, tienen refirgeración y, por lo menos en el que yo me quedé, un tina en el balcón con una vista hermosa. Todo es perfecto, lo único a lo que le pondría un "pero" es al precios de las bebidas y alimentos, pero hay tantos restaurantes cerca que en realidad no es tanto problema. Definitivamente regresaremos!

Todo fue perfecto, Azael y todo el equipo del hotel fueron sumamente amables y dieron las mejores recomendaciones, las instalaciones son bellísimas, exactamente como en las fotos, el olor del hotel delicioso y relajante, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca pero lejos del ruido y la comida del restaurante buenísima, sin duda el mejor lugar para hospedarse, gracias por hacer nuestras vacaciones tan agradables!! En general el hotel está muy cómodo, pocas habitaciones con buen diseño y bien ubicado. La limpieza es buena y el personal súper atento. El restaurante fue lo que nos decepcionó un poco, pocas opciones y precios elevados. La calle principal de punta Zicatela queda a 10 minutos caminando entonces está muy práctico, pero a la vez se siente privacidad.

Great hotel, great room, great staff. I would 100% stay here again, our room was so nice and the plunge pool and daybed made it even better. It's not too far from town, so walking isn't a big deal. The only thing I would say is the food isn't amazing, it's not bad but you can walk into town and get a better (cheaper) meal. The welcome cocktail was lovely though. Really beautiful hotel and they let us check in early which was great.
