The property is beautiful and amazingly built. This is on the shore and we stayed in a pool suite. Overall the property has the making for a five star review but there were a few items lacking attention. For starters, the main pool was closed for our entire visit. Then half of the hotel was closed on one day for a private event. Lastly, they could not seem to keep up with the food items on the menu. Two nights we ordered room service and were told items were not available. The second night it was our main course choice so we cancelled the order. This is a place for solitude. The only time we saw other guests was breakfast.

I stayed in one of the new Yaya rooms. Before arrival, I read through reviews posted on different sites and came in with concerns, but once we arrived, all were cast away by how wonderful this property is. The breakfast options and venue were great. The staff was lovely and always helpful. The spa was heavenly. I especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants on the property. We did seem to be only one a handful of people there, but it felt so special to have the place to ourselves. Areas for improvement: - The gym: I was hoping to exercise while I was there. The gym needs serious improvement. The exercise equipment is in good condition, but there are no free weights and the room itself needs attention. It looks and felt abandoned. No water. No towels. Little lighting (like working out in a dark room). I ended up swimming laps in the main pool to get a workout in. - The beachside pool needs a proper bar and music. The infrastructure is there (bar and speakers). So much opportunity to make this space special. When we wanted to order drinks (even water), it took 20 minutes because everything is coming from the main building. - The building A pool was not clean. There's rust on the bottom and quite a bit of algae on the glass facing the beach. The water did not feel clean. I communicated this to the staff. Did not return to know whether this was fixed. That said, the pool in my room was perfect, so I turned on my BT speaker, took out my book and got a nice tan.

Amazing hotel with lots of food options and it's so massive. You have to literally ask for a Tuk Tuk to drive you around this hotel. Rooms and bed are comfortable and very spacious. Plenty of food choices for your taste buds. And definitely must go to the Baba Nest Rooftop for some awesome views of the sunset and ocean. Staff have been great... definitely giving props to the drivers of the Tuk Tuk for their friendly service.

The hotel has great views from almost everywhere. It has interesting nooks and corners and seating / relaxing areas indoors and outdoors with great views. The rooftop bar - babas nest is outstanding ! The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are great . The property has character and charm although it is short of top end luxury. The beach is small but other things more than make up for it. The infinity beach pool has stunning views and it was a pleasure to hang around that area. Although it is expensive, for the price point it is definitely great value. For us, the interesting spaces all over the property with great views mattered more and we would definitely choose this resort again over most resorts in Phuket.

The hotel is very beautiful, breakfast is very good, pools are beautiful. The beach is terrible. You need to go down and climb 102 stairs. The beach is full of rocks and it is almost impossible to get into the sea.

The hotel has the most incredible views! We absolutely loved looking out over the cape. The room (Luxury 1BR Villa) was also huge and very comfortable. The staff were all wonderful and the hotel has good facilities. The reason for our average score is that our room had no sun, despite plenty of space for sunbathing. We asked to move but there was no where else available. The other reason is the bars were fully booked and it was hard to find somewhere to watch the sun go down. One evening, two venues were taken over by a wedding, which limited options further. The food in the restaurants was great and we found it good value.

Ugh this place is so beautiful you don’t want to leave. They do room service twice a day AM and PM. Beautiful big bathtub and shower. It was so spacious for a single room. Loved the couch and having our own pool so we could stay out as long as we’d like. The public pool thats near the bar/breakfast area isn’t too big for the size of the resort. We never experienced a crowd only a couple joined the pool and that was it. Room service was delicious go for the chicken bacon sandwich and burger. Overall beautiful stay ordered room service mostly to just relax in our room. Beach was beautiful you can kayak and paddle board for free at the small beautiful beach. Sometimes there’s jelly fish but the people working there will tell you if they’re out there. one day we couldn’t but the next day we could. Great experience and service from the staff

The staff were so friendly and nice. The pool villa was beautiful, and had a “wow” factor upon entry. The in-room dining, and food at the restaurants tasted great. I loved the greenery in the resort, it made walking around very enjoyable. The breakfast spread was the best I’ve seen. There was a great variety of breakfast items, drinks, breads, salads, Thai cuisine, fruit, etc Housekeeping was diligent and did a great job. We received a couples massage, which was the highlight of our stay. It was three hours long and felt absolutely amazing. Cons: the 1 BR villa didn’t face directly east or west, so we don’t see the sunrise or sunset. The pool and patio did not receive direct sunlight, which made the pool very cold and resulted in us only using the pool once. The handheld faucet in the tub leaked all over, causing a mess in the bathroom after taking a bath. We called for a ride a handful of times, and the rides never came. We ended up walking most times. The food, while amazing, was overpriced for the area. We went to the cafe twice, and received very slow service the second visit. We never spent less that $100 USD a lunch, which felt like a lot for the slower service and casual cafe vibe. We wanted to do the cooking class, but there were no openings. It would be nice if the resort reached out with possible activities before arrival. Overall, would maybe book again if there was the possibility of a sunny patio with view of a sunset or sunrise

Pros - The service is fantastic. The best team of dedicated, polite, friendly and service minded staff ever. Everybody will go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. You feel very special here. - The view at this property is amazing. Baba Nest and Tu Bar has the best view - The rooms are large and comfortable. The layout is great and the bed is very comfortable - The food and the daily buffet are amazing - This resort has zero flies. It’s really odd but you don’t need to worry about trying to fend off the flies while having your food outdoors. Not sure what their secret is but it makes it a good experience. - The experience at Cool Spa is fantastic. My therapist was professional and attentive. Cons - The property is showing its age. The decor and furniture need a major refresh for this price. - We stayed at Pool Suite 2 and the room needs reno. The shower has mold around the edges. The bathtub has permanent scratches and needs a replacement. Water was leaking near one of the windows near the door. - The tiles in the pool in our suite was super rough and just not pleasant to walk on or touch. - The pool is cold. It’s not heated or anything so we couldn’t even use it because we were cold - The food at Soul Food was disappointing. Given that we are Thailand, the Thai food here is sub par. Not worth the price.

Dear Sri Panwa, My husband and I recently stayed with you for our honeymoon, and we would like to share some honest feedback regarding our experience. We chose Sri Panwa because of its strong reputation for exceptional quality and service, and we were truly looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that left us disappointed: • Our room appeared noticeably old and worn, which did not meet the expectations we had for a hotel of this standard. • The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — there were visible stains on the mirrors, and the overall level of cleanliness felt insufficient. Additionally, we would like to mention that our stay at Sri Panwa also did not feel comfortable due to similar concerns. Although the staff genuinely tried to accommodate our expectations by offering us a different room, we would have preferred to receive a refund for the remaining nights so that we could choose another hotel. Unfortunately, this was not an option, and we felt obliged to stay for the remainder of our booking. Despite these issues, we want to acknowledge that the staff were consistently kind and did their best to assist us, which we sincerely appreciate. We chose Sri Panwa for our honeymoon with the hope of a smooth, relaxing, and memorable experience, which made these shortcomings especially disappointing. The property itself is simply stunning. The staff is amazing and super helpful and friendly. I’ve never been to another country and felt so comfortable like at home even though we didn’t speak the same language. They all try very hard and do good at what they do to provide an excellent experience. We booked tours through the concierge on property and there were some of the best tours we’ve ever done. The people of Phuket all help one another to make sure everyone has a good time and great experience. The Villa was clean and the hotel staff had plenty of bottled water in our room, rooms and complementary snack snacks. The views of this property are some of the best views around highly recommend. We will be back.

The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but the hotel's jungle location meant we had to deal with mosquitoes. Bug repellent is recommended. The hotel is a little dated.

One bedroom Penthouse Ocean View we had during our honeymoon month. Superb room. My wife isn't really into much too large room or a round bed--I didn't mind much though. Two large doors to get out into pool. Sunset view with trees is beautiful from your private pool. During low season everything is available to you and it can seem you have an entire restaurant privately booked for you haha. My wife and I were just very happy to be there. My wife says this resort is a bit older though appears to be maintaied well, kudos team Sri Panwa. Price is high though as well is quality. Being on a private peninsula, with everything needed around you and at your service, a private beautiful beach, really hilly for a crazy good run if you dare--I didn't have the time though wanted to attempt it--this is the place for you.

The hotel is old and definitely need renovation. Signs of the age are everywhere. Furniture is old, bathroom, shower - everything. No traditional breakfast for European. A lot of Asian food, but no classic western breakfast. Just eggs and sausages. This is it. It is not worth ITS money.

They received us well and let us into our room exactly on time, the hotel stay was exceptional and wonderful, during the stay and until check out of the hotel I had these comments: * There is no cooperation in the possibility of getting an early check-in and they are annoyingly strict with the check-in and check-out policy. * The food options for breakfast are limited and I hope they will be improved in the future. * When ordering coffee or eggs during breakfast, you have to wait for about half an hour, and you cannot take the coffee yourself and it is a negative point and I hope it will be improved. * When checking out at the reception they have an employee named (DEW) she was very rude and refused to serve me herself and did not provide me with the correct information about the subsequent procedures after check-out and did not provide me with a transfer service to the airport even though I had told them that I wanted to get this service upon check-in, all the advantages in this resort have become bad after dealing with this employee, I have never seen such rudeness before. The overall resort rating is low due to the (DEW) employee’s behavior.

For the price that you pay for this hotel you should really get excellent customer service but it was mediocre at best. There are parts of the property that didn't work like the bathtub so imagine me sitting there naked waiting for the water to cover my body only for it to keep swirling for 15 minutes. I then assumed I was stupid and did not know how to use a bathtub but after 30 minutes of trying I realized that it wasn't me it was the tub. My friend was asleep so I wasn't going to call them to come fix it so unfortunately I was unable to take a bath. The only saving grace about this property was the breakfast that you received oh my Lord it was the best French toast I've ever had in my life and that's the only reason they got three stars. Also though it was my bad I did leave my hoodie on top of my luggage for them to store, for them to then move my hoodie to someplace else. I didn't realize until I was already at the airport an hour away about to board my flight. That was unfortunate since I did not have an extra hoodie to wear so I was cold my whole flight.

Very impressed by the staff there. They were very attentive. I was pregnant during my stay there. At one point other guests started smoking a cigar in the rooftop bar, before I even noticed the smell, the staff offered to move us to another (better) table to avoid the smoke. I also tripped and scraped my knee, the nearby staff arranged first aid for me right away and they came to assist me within just a couple of minutes and was very professional with the wound care.

If you need quiet and just want to spend time with your spouse sir panwa is the place for you but if you looking for the party lifestyle this isn't the place for you. My wife and I enjoyed our stay but everything on the resort closes at 8pm. Also the resort is 30mins for everything and it cheaper taken cap we download the bolt app for cheap cap ride.

The handheld faucet in the tub leaked all over, causing a mess in the bathroom after taking a bath. We called for a ride a handful of times, and the rides never came. We ended up walking most times. The food, while amazing, was overpriced for the area. We went to the cafe twice, and received very slow service the second visit. We never spent less that $100 USD a lunch, which felt like a lot for the slower service and casual cafe vibe. We wanted to do the cooking class, but there were no openings. It would be nice if the resort reached out with possible activities before arrival. Overall, would maybe book again if there was the possibility of a sunny patio with view of a sunset or sunrise

The property is beautiful and amazingly built. This is on the shore and we stayed in a pool suite. Overall the property has the making for a five star review but there were a few items lacking attention. For starters, the main pool was closed for our entire visit. Then half of the hotel was closed on one day for a private event. Lastly, they could not seem to keep up with the food items on the menu. Two nights we ordered room service and were told items were not available. The second night it was our main course choice so we cancelled the order. This is a place for solitude. The only time we saw other guests was breakfast.

Amazing hotel with lots of food options and it's so massive. You have to literally ask for a Tuk Tuk to drive you around this hotel. Rooms and bed are comfortable and very spacious. Plenty of food choices for your taste buds. And definitely must go to the Baba Nest Rooftop for some awesome views of the sunset and ocean. Staff have been great... definitely giving props to the drivers of the Tuk Tuk for their friendly service.

The hotel has great views from almost everywhere. It has interesting nooks and corners and seating / relaxing areas indoors and outdoors with great views. The rooftop bar - babas nest is outstanding ! The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are great . The property has character and charm although it is short of top end luxury. The beach is small but other things more than make up for it. The infinity beach pool has stunning views and it was a pleasure to hang around that area. Although it is expensive, for the price point it is definitely great value. For us, the interesting spaces all over the property with great views mattered more and we would definitely choose this resort again over most resorts in Phuket.

The hotel has the most incredible views! We absolutely loved looking out over the cape. The room (Luxury 1BR Villa) was also huge and very comfortable. The staff were all wonderful and the hotel has good facilities. The reason for our average score is that our room had no sun, despite plenty of space for sunbathing. We asked to move but there was no where else available. The other reason is the bars were fully booked and it was hard to find somewhere to watch the sun go down. One evening, two venues were taken over by a wedding, which limited options further. The food in the restaurants was great and we found it good value.

My husband and I visited for an anniversary trip and we loved our trip. The hotel is more beautiful in person. The pictures don’t do it any justice. Our room was cleaned everyday in which it looked like we just checked in. The food was excellent and we looked forward to every meal we ate there. Our favorite restaurant was Aki, the Japanese restaurant. The view was to die for and the food was just chefs kiss. The staff is just phenomenal. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Whenever we needed anything they were happy to help and were very timely with any request. The only con was the alcoholic beverages were just ok but that is a small factor compared to everything else. We loved the Sri Panwa and will be making a trip back.
