Absolutely great resort, great food, beautiful room. My only gripe is the restaurant, pools beach are at ground level and it was down 5 flights of stairs from my room. No handrails on stairs, and stairways are not undercover. I'm quite old and that up and down 5 flights everytime I wanted to go to beach, restaurant pool etc was a nightmare, especially when it raining. They spent millions on a beautiful resort then skimped on a lift. However if you can deal with the stairs, or get a room at the lower levels it's a magnificent facility,, great rooms, very spacious and comfy.

We had a fabulous time at My Beach Resort. The view from the breakfast area and pool was amazing. There were lots of available chairs around the pool and on the beach. We took advantage of the free paddleboards and kayaks and ate in the restaurant 3/4 nights we were there. The food was amazing and the breakfast buffet had lots of options, although they could use another coffee machine. The one night we didn't eat in the restaurant we walked down the beach to At the Beach, which had a different feel but was also very good food and very reasonably priced. We had a massage at the hotel, which was excellent and not as expensive as one would expect at a resort like this. The only downside is that it is kind of out of the way (we chose it because we wanted the quiet) so if you want to see a lot of the area it will be more expensive and time consuming. But we loved the remote setting and were happy to stay on resort and just relax and enjoy the amenities there.

The hotel was great! It is located 1hr away from the airport and 30min away from the city center, but the amenities and the service are amazing. You can access the beautiful beach from the pool, so it is very convenient. The spa prices are also convenient, would recommend booking a massage. Food is good, although prices are higher than Thailand on average.

This is by far the nicest resort in the area, at least until the neighboring development is finished (lot of work going on around the resort but that's a good thing!) Breakfast was spot on every morning. Views are as good as most tours without going anywhere. If you want a view better than some tours there is one just a couple minutes down the road! Pool is perfect, beach perfect, activities are top notch, and quick access to rentals and exchange rates across the road that make the location seem not so remote. Our AC kept shutting off and we would wake up hot but the staff was so fast to respond and take care of us so it wasn't even a real problem. No real need to go to the big city areas, just down the road about 8 min walk, you have a 7-11, messages, shopping, and a good verity of food. I do recommend going to the Chillva, Naka, and Old Town night markets if you get a chance. 10/10!

Hotel and room was great , however sad part was NO ice machines available. During hot weather we drink cold drinks with ICE . Also was NO steps from pool area to the beach . People need to jump but risking of twisted ankles . By request of one tourist they put one steps but that was not enough ( before was sand bags instead of steps !!! ) joke . They did put those steps but need to be told . However room was super comfortable and clean .

Our stay at My Beach Resort was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable and went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met at all times. The resort offers amazing views of the beach and makes for a spectacular sunset. It offers kayaking and paddle board as a complimentarty service. The resort also offers a 10% discount on your orders at the Jouet D’ Art cafe. The food was great and there were plenty of options to eat for the breakfast Buffet. We had a romantic dinner scheduled on the beach during the sunset, and it was decorated extremely nice. However, a storm flew over and so our dinner was moved to the sky lounge bar and the staff was extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The mango sticky rice was one of the best I've had and would highly recommend trying it, even though it is pricier than in other places. Lastly, the resort allows you to stay extra time and use their services and amenities once you checkout and have a late flight. Overall, it was an extremely great place to stay and highly recommend it!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, the rooms were modern and clean, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were great and well priced. The two main pools are great with plenty of seating and lounging space. The beach and trees are the perfect back drop and the daily included breakfasts are fantastic with plenty of options to suit everybody. My partner and i had a fantastic time and will certainty return. The hotel staff put in alot of effort to clean the beach on a daily basis and it becomes noticable when walking further down the beach. The staff should be commended on their high quality service and attention to detail. 10/10.

I love swimming pools and this property features two HUGE infinity pools within steps of the beach. Also, you have the option of booking a room with a private pool (which I will do next time). The breakfast buffet serves standard American fare as well as Asian favorites like fried rice and shumai. Location is far from the bustling beach cities near Patong, so know that you will not be walking distance to shops and nightlife. But if you like sophisticated, international vibe with pleasant always smiling staff, this is your resort.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire resort is very modern, clean and kept to high standards. Check in, stay and check out were very easy and pleasant. The views are amazing, the rooms very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this resort to all my friends and family, expect me to return soon!

We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The restaurant was great. Breakfasts were amazing. There is a lovely French style cafe not to be missed. We enjoyed the massage and went twice. Everything was great.

Misleading Hype – A Complete Disappointment I chose My Beach Resort based on its inclusion in the Michelin Guide, but after staying there, I honestly can't understand how it earned that recognition. The experience was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The internet was broken or barely functional throughout my stay, which was incredibly frustrating, especially in a place that advertises itself as a modern, high-end resort. The beach was underwhelming and poorly maintained—far from the tranquil, pristine setting shown in the promotional photos. It felt neglected and lacked the charm you'd expect from a destination resort. My room was small and cramped, with a strong unpleasant odor that never went away, making it hard to relax or feel comfortable. I expected far better accommodations for the price. Speaking of which, the value for money is just not there. The rates are high, but the experience is nowhere near what you'd expect from a Michelin-guided property. I truly don’t understand how this place made it into the guide. Overall, this was not the relaxing beach getaway I had hoped for—I do not recommend staying here, and I certainly won’t be back.

Très bel établissement Personnel très accueillant, Belle plage mais la mer rejette beaucoup de détritus quand le temps est venteux. Cloisons chambre trop fines ( porte communicante) ce qui a été gênant avec des voisins bruyants Formule demi pension avec menu limité en offre plat. Un peu mesquin, mais très bonne cuisine

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and it was great that we could book day trips at the front desk. Food options at the restaurant were decent. Only negative was the hot water for the shower was only slightly warm.

Wow. This resort was as advertised and provided a great experience. Situated in a less populated area of Phuket, this experience was very relaxing and really felt like getting away. The resort is clean and exceptionally run. The food was delicious, and there were great options. Lots of choices for extras for dining and experiences. The pools, bar, restaurant and beach never got too crowded. The room was as advertised and comfortable. The beach and view are breathtaking. There’s a view of the big Buddha ona hill across the bay. There is a small town walking distance with souvenir shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. My only constructive feedback would be that at times I felt like some of the staff (not all, some were great) could have been friendlier and more communicative. The accommodations were good but the staff was not that great where it mattered. They have dress code for the dining area when people did not adhere to the dress code they would run over to them with a towel or be rather rude towards them. BE CAREFUL! they will charge your card multiple time causing your card to be locked. For me that was an issue since my card support was in a different time zone.

The staff and facility were accommodating and elite for the entirety of our trip. Our AC broke and they had it fixed within hours and gave us a free meal coupon for the inconvenience. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone. 10/10 experience across the board.

We had such a lovely stay at My Beach Resort in Phuket. The location is absolutely stunning - tucked away on a quiet beach with gorgeous views and a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Zean, Nat, and Bachi were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our time there. They brought such a warm energy to the space and made every meal feel like a pleasure. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, the rooms were modern and clean, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were great and well priced. The two main pools are great with plenty of seating and lounging space. The beach and trees are the perfect back drop and the daily included breakfasts are fantastic with plenty of options to suit everybody. My partner and i had a fantastic time and will certainty return. The hotel staff put in alot of effort to clean the beach on a daily basis and it becomes noticable when walking further down the beach. The staff should be commended on their high quality service and attention to detail. 10/10.

Beautiful resort on a gorgeous, quiet beach! The staff were all unbelievably friendly and helpful. I did not have a bad interaction with a single member there during my entire stay. My room was beautiful and comfortable, and the pool was very nice. Most of all, the beach side bar was the perfect place to watch the sunset each night. If you’re looking gift a bit more peace and solitude while still being within a reasonable distance from the main attractions in Phuket, I can’t imagine a more perfect spot!

The hotel is in a very quiet part of Phuket though and some distance from any nightlife or good restaurants. There is very little to do in the evenings. For those wanting peace and quiet it is therefore perfect, but we did have to take a fairly long taxi ride when we wanted to find more of a buzz. In addition the beach at the hotel is excellent when the tide is in - swimming is comfortable and pleasant. But when the tide is out, it is impossible to swim because of the rocks. One other small bugbear is that there were not always available sun loungers.

This property is on the opposite side of the night life and good shopping. However the hotel has transportation at a cost more expensive than a Grab which is like Uber but very convenient. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the other side. However I was happy we stayed here cause the peace and serenity when you want to decompress is amazing. The view is spectacular.

It was a great place to stay. Very quite and clean. Close to 711 and a couple really good local restaurants. We don’t have kids but there was lots for kids to do. The staff were so friendly.

The location wasn’t that great. When low tide hit, it was just all rocks. Everything was a taxi to get to where things were happening. It was a great hotel if you were honeymoon and just wanted to stay at the hotel.

The property was very pretty and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary brekfast but sadly we did not enjoy the food at dinner. We tried it two times and both time it was no good. Maybe due to the fact that the restaurants that we visited in thailand had such amazing food and taste, that we found the hotel food very tastless. Another small thing that they should conaider is having the bar open earlier. Bc we on vacation we want to have mimosas for breakfast or a beer. But sadly the bar didnt open till 11 am. And lastly i forgot to mention, if you stepped in and out the breakfast cafe and u didnt eat much or maybe u just wanted a lil coffee and then eat.... dont step out. Because they wont allow you back in. I had a coffee and croissant. Walked to the beach came back ready to have mh breakfast and they said no that i can only eat 1 time. Lol. But overall very pretty and quiet.

Très bel établissement Personnel très accueillant, Belle plage mais la mer rejette beaucoup de détritus quand le temps est venteux. Cloisons chambre trop fines ( porte communicante) ce qui a été gênant avec des voisins bruyants Formule demi pension avec menu limité en offre plat. Un peu mesquin, mais très bonne cuisine

Our stay at My Beach Resort was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable and went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met at all times. The resort offers amazing views of the beach and makes for a spectacular sunset. It offers kayaking and paddle board as a complimentarty service. The resort also offers a 10% discount on your orders at the Jouet D’ Art cafe. The food was great and there were plenty of options to eat for the breakfast Buffet. We had a romantic dinner scheduled on the beach during the sunset, and it was decorated extremely nice. However, a storm flew over and so our dinner was moved to the sky lounge bar and the staff was extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The mango sticky rice was one of the best I've had and would highly recommend trying it, even though it is pricier than in other places. Lastly, the resort allows you to stay extra time and use their services and amenities once you checkout and have a late flight. Overall, it was an extremely great place to stay and highly recommend it!

Overall the service was excellent and the hotel was lovely and relaxing. You have direct access onto a beautiful and very quiet beach, but still very close to Phuket centre. The spa was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and restaurant food also very nice, but I did get food positioning from a fish curry a day or two into the stay so that put a bit of a downer on the trip, and I was nervous eating at the hotel after that. My partner also wasn’t allowed to bring food out of the breakfast buffet so I had to come down into the restaurant while still sick just to eat a bit of dry toast. We extended the trip to recover and had to move rooms, the second was in a poorer state that the first but it was still comfortable. Would probably stay again.

Everything and everyone were great. Quiet neighborhood, but still be able to walk to the close-by “village” and a 7-eleven. It locates on the farthest side of the island, perfect for those who love a quiet vacation. There are two drawbacks however. Everything and everyone were great. Quiet neighborhood, but still be able to walk to the close-by “village” and a 7-eleven. It locates on the farthest side of the island, perfect for those who love a quiet vacation. There are two drawbacks however. Nice location. Very sweet staff members. My suggestion is to rework menu. No other place to eat nearby, so I had to eat onsite. Emphasis is that the staff very ver kind. Beach access easy. Pools nice. I will stay there again 😁
