The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. This is an amazing property and well within 5 of best Domaine’s which make really good Grand Cru’s. All within walking distance. Excellent location. This would be our to property going forward. Also met the owner who was very helpful along with an equally well trained staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the arrival and departure were easy, the hotel is very clean and well designed, the rooms and the beds are large and comfy. As the hotel is well located, I advise it to anyone visiting the region.

My average rating is due to following Reception unattended at most times with emergency number to phone if needed Nowhere to have a drink as staff not working from Sunday pm until Wednesday except for cleaning We stayed 3 nights No where to sit inside to read our books as bar/restaurant with seating area was closed Weather was very poor Restaurant for dinner was very good We had a wine tasting which was excellent and purchased wine as a result Breakfast €25 Wes a poor offering after day one was offered a cheaper option as I don’t eat meat /cheese This consisted of tea/coffee A few bread rolls and pastries And bottle of commercial juice For €15each! Hotel costs double to stay in relating to all other ones we stayed in in the area and service is best described as half

Beautiful property and grounds. The staff was very nice, and staff was enthusiastic and persistent in trying to set up dining reservation at the hotel.

The Chateau was situated in a beautiful setting of grape vines and was peaceful. The rooms were updated to a modern design - a little dark but very clean and comfortable. It was a close drive away to the main attractions of Colmar.
