Magnifique boutique hôtel. Idéalement situé proche de paseo de gracia mais au calme surtout pour les chambres sur cour. Le spa est très agréable : spa , hammam et petite piscine pour se relaxer (mais pas pour nager). Il y a aussi une piscine en terrasse mais en novembre pas possible d’en profiter. Rooftop : Bar et restaurant avec une vue sur la casa Milo de gaudi situé juste à côté… Le breakfast est exquis , le buffet très original et toutes sortes d’œufs, pancake… préparé spécialement pour vous selon vos envies Cet hôtel est vraiment idéal et la qualité du service justifie largement le prix!

It is the second time i have bin by Sir Victor Hotel this year. Really nice, i love the top roof, were you have nice view over the chimney and balcony, and be relaxed with good meals and soft music and with nice places with sun. The room is comfortable clean and still.

I absolutely LOVE the Sir Victor hotel. I try to stay there every time I come to Barcelona. Their rooftop has amazing vibes, and delicious bites. I visited their spa for the first time for a massage on this last visit and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Sir Victor for its location, staff, service, and overall vibe.

Bel hôtel, belle chambre, bien situé mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement et quelques problèmes techniques agaçants. Le spa (piscine saine jacuzzi) est très difficile d accès même en réservant la veille.

Overall nice little hotel with style and chic. Great rooftop bar for drinks and hang out overlooking the streets. Location is excellent at the heart of luxury shopping. Breakfast is a disappointment. Service is extremely slow and buffet selection is very limited.for the three days, there were very few people at breakfast,, at some points we were the only guests. There were at least 5 breakfast staff available but coffees took over 10 minutes. Very disappointing. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The hotel was dirty, the spa was the worse, with dirty cups in the sauna, no towel in the changing room, bad smell. My room was cold and I could not increase the temperature, there was no extra blanket. The service was very average.

I think the location is very good, so the occupancy rate is high that is why the hotel is maintained the business. but the hallway carpet shows signs of wear over time, and there are stains on the chairs and carpets indoors. The rooftop pool also has rust, and everything feels worn out. I absolutely do not recommend the spa's massage.

Idea location in upscale area of Barcelona with premier shopping and dining. Excellent gym and spa, lovely rooftop bar and pool, and good steak restaurant. Rooms very good but could use larger night tables.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location , it’s restaurant is really good , the quality of the food is the best , at dinner is a restaurant tres a la mode in the city so it’s crowded but fun with a DJ , food is so good 😊! Breakfast is good 😊 what this hotel has been a the best service in whole of Spain , their staff are so kind and helpful. The bad things in the hotel are : 1. Cleanliness is not their best attribute, rooms are not clean under the beds you find dust from other days and sometimes they forget to pick up the trash , towels or room service trays. Toilettes or restrooms in the restaurant at the morning are really dirty if you go to breakfast don’t go to the restaurant’s restrooms return to your room , they start cleaning them later than noon you’ll find toilet paper in their floors the wc dirty etcetera like gas station toilettes. 2. Maintenance rooms need maintenance soon, doors are already broken and carpets look dirty , as the curtains. They need refurbishing soon. 3. Lights in the room are darker and sometimes you need to go the toilet to see better. And sometimes the switch on lights doesn’t work and is really difficult to turn on or turn off the lights What this hotel has is that their service at front desk , concierge are the best but in the restaurant they’re really really the best in whole of Spain. They’re great. I guess if the put emphasis in cleaning better specifically the restrooms at the restaurant and their rooms this hotel can be 100/100

Hotel bonito y con un excelente restaurante, la comida tiene mucha calidad y por las noches en la cena hay muy buen ambiente con Dj cada noche. Vale la pena reservar. La ubicación es más que perfecta en pleno Ensanche y cerca de restaurantes y tiendas , así como una infinidad de cultura que ofrece la ciudad. El servicio tanto en restaurante , como botones , CONCIERGE y recepción son los mejores de todo España , excelente trato , amables y comprometidos con su trabajo. Son los mejores. Lo que sí está mal es la limpieza , las habitaciones no las limpian bien , debajo de las camas hay basura y polvo y así se queda por todos los días. Las alfombras se ven sucias al igual que las cortinas a veces se les olvidan las cosas para limpiar o dejan toallas tiradas o charolas de Room service o basura. Lo más sucio son en áreas comunes , en el lobby pueden dejar vasos con agua de días atrás entre las mesas y lo más sucio por las mañanas son los baños del restaurante. Hay papel de baño en el piso los botes de basura hasta arriba y los WC muy sucios si van a desayunar es mejor subir a la habitación al baño pues empiezan a limpiarlos hasta las 12 o 1 de la tarde. Todo el hotel necesita mantenimiento ya. Las habitaciones tienen las puertas rotas , maltratadas , alfombras sucias y cortinas también. Los baños también se ven maltratados. Pienso que así como su restaurante de buena calidad y que su equipo todos son excelentes , si ponen énfasis en la limpieza de puede ser el mejor

The staff was outstanding, hotel was overall clean and the location was great. Two concerning things - we had a visit from two male staff members bringing chocolates at 21:00 (9:00 PM) who used a pass key to enter the room after we didn't immediately respond. The intentions were good but scary for my wife who had already started to sleep. Secondly, the WC (rest rooms) in the lobby were embarrassingly unusable or dirty. To access, you have to enter through curtains hanging over a door that is unmarked, go down a very dark hallway - there are only two (also without lighting) and one had a door that wouldn't close at all. The other was dirty. Starbucks around the corner had much better facilities - we had never stayed in a hotel with such poor facilities and of course expected more.

I had the most incredible stay at the Sir Victor. The room was stylish, large, clean, and very confortable. Every staff member was incredible helpful and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The rooftop was beautiful and I know it made my stay in Barcelona that much better.

Phenomenal customer service, very clean and the food was amazing at Mr. Porter’s. The only feedback is that doors to the bathroom and closet didn’t close. The shower door not closing made it difficult to take showers without water leaking. But, that is a building management and design issue and HIGHLY recommend this hotel. This is my third trip to Barcelona and was better than the Majestic down the street especially considering price. Thank you.

Great location and neighborhood. Rooms had issues - fire detector was malfunctioning and had to be fixed, bathroom door could not close as it was off the tracks, basin was not draining properly, furniture was not functional as no bedside tables with plugs etc. Complaints were made to the front desk but there was no acknowledgement of discomfort experienced.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful location. We had the family suite which is two adjoining rooms. Lots of space. The room for the kids with two twin beds was very dimly lit and no natural light. The windows look out to a shaft between the buildings. The main room looked out onto a rooftop construction site between the buildings. Most rooms have balconies but not this family suite. Food was very good at the restaurant. Could hear and feel the base pumping from a nearby club until 2-4am.

Hola, me quedé 3 noches en el hotel, lo tenía guardado x que hace mucho que quería cenar en Mr porter, toda mi experiencia en general estuvo muy buena lamentablemente todo se vio bien afectado por problemas de calefacción en la propiedad, no podían apagar la calefacción y en mi habitación habían 28 grados!! Al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitación y volvió a pasar lo mismo! Hablé con el encargado finalmente la 3 ra noche me hizo un descuento de el 40% pero el problema no se solucionó nunca y tuve mover mis cosas de habitación En general eso es lo más lamentable el resto la comida el servicio los chicos del bar muy amables me porter ni hablar! Fantástico. Creo como viajero que cuando pasan situaciones como estas el hotel debe hacer algún tipo de de devolución compensación.

I had the most incredible stay at the Sir Victor. The room was stylish, large, clean, and very confortable. Every staff member was incredible helpful and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The rooftop was beautiful and I know it made my stay in Barcelona that much better.

Phenomenal customer service, very clean and the food was amazing at Mr. Porter’s. The only feedback is that doors to the bathroom and closet didn’t close. The shower door not closing made it difficult to take showers without water leaking. But, that is a building management and design issue and HIGHLY recommend this hotel. This is my third trip to Barcelona and was better than the Majestic down the street especially considering price. Thank you.

Great location and neighborhood. Rooms had issues - fire detector was malfunctioning and had to be fixed, bathroom door could not close as it was off the tracks, basin was not draining properly, furniture was not functional as no bedside tables with plugs etc. Complaints were made to the front desk but there was no acknowledgement of discomfort experienced.

I absolutely LOVE the Sir Victor hotel. I try to stay there every time I come to Barcelona. Their rooftop has amazing vibes, and delicious bites. I visited their spa for the first time for a massage on this last visit and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Sir Victor for its location, staff, service, and overall vibe.

Overall nice little hotel with style and chic. Great rooftop bar for drinks and hang out overlooking the streets. Location is excellent at the heart of luxury shopping. Breakfast is a disappointment. Service is extremely slow and buffet selection is very limited.for the three days, there were very few people at breakfast,, at some points we were the only guests. There were at least 5 breakfast staff available but coffees took over 10 minutes. Very disappointing. Other than that, we had a great stay.

As a hotel designers for over 40 years before retirement I scrutinize my hotel selection more than most. This hotel had a very hip vibe not lost on my 70 year old body. The facility is amazing. My issues were all easily fixed by management. We waited over 20 minutes after placing a drink order for it to arrive at our rooftop table. I was then presented with someone else's check for payment. We ate at the bar one night and the bartender came out from behind the bar to take our order. I thought that was a nice touch but the bartender had a case of bad breath. And finally even though at check in I confirmed we had prepaid for breakfast our last day there was a lot of confusion about what we could and could not have for breakfast.

Staying for one night to catch an early plane, the front desk called at 3am to “check that the room was occupied”, waking up my entire family. I have no idea what possessed the staff to think dining at 3am made any sense. The next day they apologized saying that their reservation system was broken. Sir Victor - next time your reservation system is broken do not check it by calling guests rooms at 3am. The rest of the hotel experience was ok but the 3am phone call was unforgivable - and to just say “sorry” is almost more frustrating.

Hotel très sympa, au centre ville mais dans un quartier calme à quelque pas des principales attractions de la ville.Les chambres sont très grandes, propres et bien décorées. le service est complètement à revoir! pour un 5* il y a vraiment beaucoup à redire! D'abord en arrivant les personnes à l’accueil nous gardent 20 min pour vérifier tous nos passeports sans proposer un verre d'eau ou demander si on a eu un bon voyage.. on sent qu'ils ont envie d'être ailleurs! Pour ma réservation j'avais payé tout à l'avance mais en arrivant à l’hôtel la personne à la réception m'indique qu'il faut que je paye la deuxième nuit. Je lui demande s'il est sûr, et il me dit que oui.. je vérifier sur mon compte et je vois que le montant totale a été déjà débité, je lui indique donc que normalement je ne dois pas payer deux fois.. et seulement à ce moment il me dit "oui en effet, vous avez raison"! On ne demande pas à un client de payer deux fois! on vérifier son dossier avant son arrivé!Le premier petit déjeuner horrible! on arrive à 9h30 (pas 6h du matin) et la salle du petit déjeuner est complètement à dresser! deux dames attendent début, sans dire bonjour ni rien, elles demandent notre chambre. Vraiment pas aimables! on s'assoit au bout de la salle (sans couverts) et on voit qu'une des deux dames commence à dresser à l'autre bout (alors que personne est assis là bas!!) . je lui fais signe de venir à notre table mais rien!j'ai du insister pour qu'elle vienne! à fuir pour le service!!!!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful location. We had the family suite which is two adjoining rooms. Lots of space. The room for the kids with two twin beds was very dimly lit and no natural light. The windows look out to a shaft between the buildings. The main room looked out onto a rooftop construction site between the buildings. Most rooms have balconies but not this family suite. Food was very good at the restaurant. Could hear and feel the base pumping from a nearby club until 2-4am.

Le spa est très agréable : spa , hammam et petite piscine pour se relaxer (mais pas pour nager). Il y a aussi une piscine en terrasse mais en novembre pas possible d’en profiter. Rooftop : Bar et restaurant avec une vue sur la casa Milo de gaudi situé juste à côté… Le breakfast est exquis , le buffet très original et toutes sortes d’œufs, pancake… préparé spécialement pour vous selon vos envies Cet hôtel est vraiment idéal et la qualité du service justifie largement le prix!

And finally even though at check in I confirmed we had prepaid for breakfast our last day there was a lot of confusion about what we could and could not have for breakfast.

Hotel très sympa, au centre ville mais dans un quartier calme à quelque pas des principales attractions de la ville.Les chambres sont très grandes, propres et bien décorées. le service est complètement à revoir! pour un 5* il y a vraiment beaucoup à redire! D'abord en arrivant les personnes à l’accueil nous gardent 20 min pour vérifier tous nos passeports sans proposer un verre d'eau ou demander si on a eu un bon voyage.. on sent qu'ils ont envie d'être ailleurs! Pour ma réservation j'avais payé tout à l'avance mais en arrivant à l’hôtel la personne à la réception m'indique qu'il faut que je paye la deuxième nuit. Je lui demande s'il est sûr, et il me dit que oui.. je vérifier sur mon compte et je vois que le montant totale a été déjà débité, je lui indique donc que normalement je ne dois pas payer deux fois.. et seulement à ce moment il me dit "oui en effet, vous avez raison"! On ne demande pas à un client de payer deux fois! on vérifier son dossier avant son arrivé!Le premier petit déjeuner horrible! on arrive à 9h30 (pas 6h du matin) et la salle du petit déjeuner est complètement à dresser! deux dames attendent début, sans dire bonjour ni rien, elles demandent notre chambre. Vraiment pas aimables! on s'assoit au bout de la salle (sans couverts) et on voit qu'une des deux dames commence à dresser à l'autre bout (alors que personne est assis là bas!!) . je lui fais signe de venir à notre table mais rien!j'ai du insister pour qu'elle vienne! à fuir pour le service!!!!!
