amazing hotel. Staff were very nice, room was cleaned every single day. No issues what so ever. Very walkable to anywhere, right next to the water so very nice vibe. Bathrooms were very high quality. For a 5 star hotel I was expecting a gym with more machines/dumbbells but it was enough to get a workout in.

Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til byen. Der var rent og pænt. Hotellet er af ældre dato, det er lidt slidt. Poolen er ekstremt lille. Alt for lille til så stort et hotel. Poolen var proppet og der var ingen liggestole fri.

Staff and room were great as was the surrounding area. One of the top differentiators in choosing this property was the rooftop bar with views of the Med. when we went up there, the bar was. Loses for a private event. Not sure why that would happen when there are so many other places to have a private event, and this must be a reason for others to book as well. We will know better next time.

A recepção normal. No aplicativo constava que tinha traslado do aeroporto/hotel-hotel/aeroporto e as recepcionistas disseram que não tinha. Vista incrível do quarto. O restaurante fecha cedo e não tem nenhuma opção perto ou tele-entrega. Piscina não é térmica. Não tem sauna. O atendimento do café da manhã é excepcional. Atendentes super atenciosas.

The staff was very friendly and joked around with us when we arrived. That's unique and great after a long day. The room was sparkling clean -- spotless even. Roomy enough. Fast elevators that are not hot inside haha. Great hotel in the perfect location. Nice view too.

For us, this was a lot better than anticipated. The location is tremendous; however jetlag got the better of us. We will enjoy the area when we return in a little less than two weeks. We left on a cruise and so the hotel location was excellent. Not quite within walking distance, however only a short cab ride away. The room was exceptionally clean, with that being the case for the entire hotel. From arriving until departure, the staff was wonderful. We had a small bite to eat at the bar and one time had the burgers delivered by robot! I can't begin to think anything negative as this was the perfect escape after such a long and tiring day.

Really disappointed. This is marketed as a five-star hotel, but the room comfort was honestly unacceptable. The windows were extremely old and poorly sealed — cold air came through constantly and the room was noisy 24/7. I had to keep the heating on all the time just to cope, and even then it felt cold and uncomfortable. The window also made strange whistling/“whispering” sounds, which made it hard to relax or sleep.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful and any service we needed was immediately handled. The room was lovely except that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our third person. A bit surprised that there was no TV news channel in English though there were channels in a number of languages. Complimentary water was a bonus.

We had high hopes for this hotel but were let down several times. This is a great location to stay for a night or two pre-cruise. The Barcelona cruise terminals are a five minute cab ride. That's about the only plus for this hotel. The check in was slow, the service was slow and frankly the staff was not that friendly. Sergio was great. He was the one bright spot in the staff. Room service food is bland. All of the above pales in comparison to the "Superior" room we booked. Asthetically the room was nice but it was so hot!! Both days that room was like an oven. Nothing like trying to recover from jet lag in a room that feels like an air fryer. It was awful. My wife is always cold and she thought it was hot. That's saying something. There are several other problems with this hotel but I'll leave it at that. I'll be at the W next time before a cruise .

We booked through Expedia which includes free parking. Or "parking included" are the specific words. Staff at check in refused to believe me until i showed them the expedia website. When we came to check out we had the same problem insisting we paid for parking. Again i had to show them the Expedia website. This at 30 mins to check in and another 30 mins at check out. Very poor experiences with the Staff.

We left. That pretty much says it all. They booked us rooms on different floors (one room is for our kids we need them next to us) and when we asked to change they said “we are full”. They were NOT full, the hotel was empty. They were useless and patently unhelpful. Oh and the check in took 1/2 hour. In a 5 star hotel! Avoid.

From the arrival to thd check out, th e staff was very attentive making sure all of our needs were met. Very friendly and professional. Luggage taken to our room and a personal escort to the Cube Restaurant. We'll definitely stay there again.

Sara at the front desk was exceptional. Our checked suitcase had been misplaced on our flight and we were told by the airport staff (nicely) that we would have to go back to the airport the next day to see if it hopefully arrived. We only had that next day as our one full day before our cruise. Thankfully Sara was able to get our suitcase delivered the next morning and we were able to pick it up at the front desk just after breakfast! It was such a relief and so appreciated that she helped us with this unfortunate circumstance during our 40th anniversary trip.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Mariona was very understanding when we had a problem with our first room so she moved us to a better room asap because the situation couldn’t get fixed. Also with her and fellow staff they answered every question we had and gave us tip on how to get around Barcelona.

Great location, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and overall I am very satisfied with my experience. There are however two things that I believe need to be pointed out. First, check in is at 3pm. There simply is no other option so if you arrive on an early flight or your travels find you at the hotel a little before 3pm do not bother attempting to get into a room before 3pm because it simply won’t happen! Second, this hotel does not seem to have anyone willing or wanting to address rather noisy guests. Loud guests/music in rooms seemed to be something nobody wanted to handle.

We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is ideally located at the foot of the Rambla easy access to the cruise ship terminal and to the old part of town all in all a great location for someone who wants to spend a day or two touring the downtown core of Barcelona and then getting on a cruise ship afterwards to sail out… This hotel is clean the staff are friendly and the service was top notch

Stayed here for cruise day ahead of departure. Hotel is near pier, hop on buses to see Barcelona. We ate in the tapas/bar restaurant. I was excellent, drinks were delicious.

This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful, waterfront location. Everything about the hotel was top-notch. I only have one minor complaint, and that was the coffee in the morning. 6 Euro for a tiny, tepid, weak cappuccino was offensive. They would’ve gone a long way in my mind to provide coffee at a minimal charge. That said, I would stay here again.
