Location is fantastic, just steps from the lagoon. I paid extra for the "premium king ocean view". That part was weak. The ficus trees block all but 10% of the water. If you're going to book, skip the extra $ for the view. Just not worth it. Otherwise nice place. Elevator be a bit slow during busy times.

Definitely heritage and central and enjoyable. Room service was very reasonable priced and the restaurant was fab. Great food and cosy. One of the best meals of our trip here. We were on ground floor so there was a bit of street noise and you can hear the people above walking - but all worth it for the character and space and position.
