Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, tolles Zimmer, alles sauber. Was etwas schade war das im wellnessbereich gleuch 2 von 3 Saunen defekt waren. Und der poolbereuch etwas vernachlassigt wirkt.

Fantastisk service och trevlig pool samt bastu (nästan som ett spa). Gymmet inte toppen (saknade en del maskiner, mattor mm) men det var rent. Liten present till barnen på rummet och rymligt rum som passade familj perfekt! Kan verkligen rekommenderas även om läget inte var centralt.

We were charged for parking at the hotels parking lot, even though we were informed it was included when we checked in! The bathroom in our room was smelling horribly (sewer?). The hotel did not follow the enviromental ISO certification-promises. They took our towels for washing every day, even if they were not at all on the floor (the guidance was that they wanted to save water and thats why we should only leave towels on the floor, when we wanted them to get washed. The dishes in the breakfast buffet was dirty. Nice location, but disappointing stay.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön,nur der Stuhl am Schreibtisch gehört auf den Sperrmüll! Im Bad kam ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss und der Wasserhahn und die Dusche spritzten in alle Richtungen,aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau,Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Hammer,wir werden wieder kommen.

Room was dusty, floor had sticky bits on it, fridge was not clean (and I found a hair in it). Bathroom was clean. I had booked this hotel only because of the pool, as I was travelling with my child. On the day of arrival I was informed that the pool was closed. Staff did not offer any compensation (free breakfast or parking, etc).

Internet ging für zwei Tage nicht, keine Info o ähnliches vom Hotel. Bar schloss um 2200, Restaurant um 2100. Keine Magazine o Wasserspender im Ruheraum der Sauna. Bei 4.5 Sternen erwarte ich das.

Hotel przyjemny, bardzo uprzejma obsługa w restauracji. Dostępny basen, temperatura wody nie jest wysoka. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z wyłączonym ogrzewaniem - na zewnątrz było około zera stopni, w pokoju 17 stopni Celsjusza - grzejnik włacza sie samemu, zanim pokój sie zagrzał, trzeba było wyjeżdżać. Chyba konieczne jest,żeby obsługa hotelu, wiedząc o rezerwacjach, właczała ogrzewanie w odpowiednich pokojach, chyba to nie jest zbyt trudne ?

Das Zimmer war echt sowas von abgerockt….kaputte Möbel, altes Bad… Für 220€ die Nacht ein Witz. Haben erst in ein Zimmer eingecheckt, was bereits bewohnt war. Da hätte man als Entschuldigung mal etwas machen können. Für eine Nacht ging es jetzt, länger bestimmt nicht. Frühstück war ganz gut.

Waren zweimal dort. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal Pech und bekamen ein Zimmer über der Spülküche. Es war relativ laut; sie haben bis 00:30 Uhr gearbeitet. Dann kam erst Nachtruhe. Aber sonst war alles prima.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.Die Lage und die Sauberkeit, sowie das tolle Frühstück haben definitiv 5 Sterne verdient. Leider lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Wir saßen im Außenbereich und das Personal des Restaurants war sichtlich überfordert. So sind Gäste audgrund des fehlenden Service wieder gegangen oder mussten sehr lange warten. Die Damen an der Rezeption hat meinen Mann hingegen extra viel Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, mich allerdings gekonnt ignoriert. Nicht sehr professionell. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und feuen uns, auf den nächsten Besuch.

Lovely hotel. Not in the centre of Dortmund but ideal for the stadium. Near the park. You need to pay to enter the park and if booked online need to print off the passes for scanning so plan in advance. Lovely rooms. Clean and well thought out. Has all toiletries needed including body lotion and hair conditioner which is a bonus. I don’t think they do room service anymore and the bar/restaurant can get busy when there is a match on which can make service slow. The staff are lovely, really helpful and friendly.

You need to pay to enter the park and if booked online need to print off the passes for scanning so plan in advance. Lovely rooms. Clean and well thought out. Has all toiletries needed including body lotion and hair conditioner which is a bonus. I don’t think they do room service anymore and the bar/restaurant can get busy when there is a match on which can make service slow. The staff are lovely, really helpful and friendly.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön,nur der Stuhl am Schreibtisch gehört auf den Sperrmüll! Im Bad kam ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss und der Wasserhahn und die Dusche spritzten in alle Richtungen,aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau,Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Hammer,wir werden wieder kommen.

Das Zimmer war echt sowas von abgerockt….kaputte Möbel, altes Bad… Für 220€ die Nacht ein Witz. Haben erst in ein Zimmer eingecheckt, was bereits bewohnt war. Da hätte man als Entschuldigung mal etwas machen können. Für eine Nacht ging es jetzt, länger bestimmt nicht. Frühstück war ganz gut.

We vonden het allemaal erg netjes. Zwembad faciliteiten was ook erg netjes en schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Het enige waar we van schrokken was de prijs voor 1 glasje wijn €14,00. Verder heel tevreden!

As it was our anniversary trip, the hotel gave us a free upgrade and a couple of complimentary drinks. Lovely staff and a very pleasant hotel. Just an overnight stay so not too worried a little out of town, but I did see a bus stop within a short walk.
